Best part about the place and does not matter when you visit morning, evening or even noon, the donuts are gonna be ever fresh !! Only drawback, watch your calories mate !

Been to a few outlets in the US and finally got to taste the one in Chennai. It is located on the ground floor right near the central escalator. A strategic location indeed! Their donuts are really good compared to other donut outlets. Lot of options to choose from, good combo offers and very cost effective. They also have eggless varieties too. Do ask them to warm it a bit before eating, as the flavor tastes better when melted. Filter coffee and Ginger chai are good drinks to have. Yet to taste their burgers and other beverages. It is an open seating area, and ambience is lively and can get loud. There is adequate seating space for about 20-30 people. It can get very crowded on weekends and festival holidays. Overall, a good place for yummy donuts and a cup of coffee/tea.
One of the best donuts in chennai you will get here ....decent ambiance ....very fast service ..and also they have very good burgers chicken burger really great lil spiced up patty was good...nice place to hangout with friends...
Being a single outlet of dunkin donuts in this area, you will find this place always crowded. We ordered one caramel eclairs and one choco overloaded donut. Its taste was upto the mark as a dunkin donut standard. However, the staff here was a little confused and was not able to help you out properly. But I would totally recommend this place if you are a donut fan.

Visited this place on a busy Saturday evening in phenoix mall..too crowded on weekends.
Ordered a box of three donuts , two veg and chicken burger.Food was good. But Ambience might be quite better. Since it's too crowded , u have to hurry up eating.
Tables and sofa cushions could be kept clean.
Donuts was soft and tasty.Service was prompt.
Donuts are simply perfect and the burger is as well great. Good packing...a great restaurant for a quick snack or a morning breakfast. Excellent quality!!

One of my routine back in the States was coffee n doughnut/flatbread for breakfast at DD. I dig their blend along with the one's from Tim Hortons and Waffle House. In India, their menu seem to look more like McD rather than a coffee place. I see that they are kinda in an identity crisis in India.
Coming to this particular location in Phoenix Market city, I have tried a couple of their chicken burgers. Didn't really like them. They didn't seem to get the flavor combo right. But they are OK. The filter coffee and the americano have a hint of their original flavor. I have come to like their filter coffee, which isn't really a Chennai filter coffee rather a lighter version of their blend with foaming milk in it. Its kinda a mix between a latte and a actual filter coffee. I kinda like it for the lightness and original DD flavor.
Doughnuts are pretty decent. The local weather definitely plays spoilsport in the texture and moisture, but they do get the flavor very close to their originals. You can also find a lot of flavors that you don't usually see in the US.
Go for the coffee and doughnuts. Some may even like their burgers. You can definitely try 'em once.
4 stars for the coffee based drinks and doughnuts, 3.5 for anything else in their menu. May be, I am a little generous considering my nostalgia.
The place is big and ambiance is average. The donuts as well as the coffee were good. The service is fast and various sitting arrangements are present.

To one of the best donuts in town...cartwheel is a must try here..... You can also try for veg burgers here because this is the only place where I have had a nice, filling veg burger............. :)
A variety of fresh doughnuts on offer. We opted for the Box of 6 priced INR 299/-. Chose the Death by Chocolate,Caramel and another chocolate based variant. A good hangout place. Overall a nice experience.

It is located on the ground floor adjacent to the Big Baazar department store inside the Phoenix Market city mall. I visited it along with a friend for dinner. It had a nice ambience and the service is quick.
I tried their Naughty Lucy Burger [Rs.239 plus taxes] as well as Spicy Grilled chicken burger meal [Rs.258 plus taxes] which came along with a coke and potato wedges. I also ordered a Rainbow pop Donut [Rs.69 plus taxes], Ginger tea [Rs.79 plus taxes] and Bangalore startup coffee [Rs.79 plus taxes].
My favorite among all the dishes is the Naughty Lucy burger as it had a large size patty loaded with cheese, chipotle sauce and a hint of green mango wrapped inside sourdough buns. I also liked their Ginger tea which is strong and refreshing.
This is the perfect place to have the original donuts, dessert food.

Den for any donut fanatic. Got an “Alive by chocolate” donut with a chicken burger. Donut was entirely filled with melting chocolate. Every bite was a piece of heaven. The burger was good as well. Loved the extra cheese layer.

Hard to miss in Phoenix mall..I ordered a burger combo..It had burger, potato wedges and coca-cola..Veg burger was extremely good..The filling was saucy and the entire combo was worth the price.Had a cinnamon doughnut also..It was okay.

Paneer burger! Yes! You heard it right. Apart from the array of donuts and coffee options this burger is the only reason I frequent this place. KFC, Mcdonalds and the likes come nowhere near this veg burger. The right amount of veggies, softest buns, tasty patty and the lip smacking sauce- am in heaven. All this for 90+ taxes. I rate this place just for the burger and their service. Do check it out.

Best place for donuts and the ambience is cute! Personally, I'm not a big fan of donuts as I feel that they are too sweet. But then, I had to come here to get my little sister something sweet to eat and ended up ordered two donuts. I loved the Death by Chocolate donut and the Nutella donut. The Nutella donut had Nutella cream oozing out of it. The cold coffee here is good but it is a little watery and it wasn't thick. I liked this place and would come back the next time to try burgers and finger foods.
Visited this cafe few times.. I always end up in ordering box of 3 donuts. Caramel donut is my first choice ,it was so yummy, from the very first bite the caramel was oozing out, couldn't resist myself from licking it😉 . Ordered different other donuts.. however caramel will be always in my list.

Im not much of a fan of sweet foods. But hell yeah when i crave for something sweet donuts are just the right choice for me and dunkin donuts has a wide variety of it which is very delicious. A box of six cost 299 you can get box in 3, 6 or 12. You also have the signature donuts and many other combos you want. And yeah dont forget to tell them to heat your donut as it tastes much better heated. Their wide varieties also comes in various designs too. They do serve burgers, fries and other drinks too even though its a donut shop and you should give those a try too their not bad.

Very very berry donut, not so sweet, glacy, topped with blue berries - quietly fell in love with this 😍 one donut whose centre is not 100% fat free (pic will tell it all)🤣 Potato wedges, slightly crisp and not so starchy (I like it this way but wedges are to be starchy) and minus of any spice or seasoning👍🏽 Hot chocolate, a perfect cup of cocoa😍😍 Only let down was that the hot chocolate had overflown traces around the rim and drips from stirring 😡

Ordered a Diwali Special Box of 9 doughnuts (₹224) from Dineout just to spend my dineout earnings before they expire.
And I have to say, I regret not ordering a second box. The Doughnuts were SOOOO good. It was an assortment of doughnuts with flavours like Original Glazed, Coffee, Chocolate, Crunchy Berry, etc. I have to say, NONE of the Doughnuts disappointed. Doughnut lovers in the vicinity, or planning to visit Phoenix Mall MUST buy this box. ₹224 is TOTAL VFM for the 9 doughnuts.

I tried their combo of capichino and a donut.... The capichino was thick and foamy, rich in taste.... Best part was their donut...it was so soft and melting in my mouth...

I will give a short and crisp summary of my experience here. You will really find a gud quality burger here with a really rich patty whether it is veg or a non veg. Donuts are really good. I would really suggest try to pick coupouns with booking movies for dunkin donuts so that after movies you can enjoy a good appetite in Pheonix with decent price rates.

Placed in the ground floor close to the escalator. No one fails to notice them and their catchy offers. We dropped in for a chat over donuts and ordered a death by chocolate and two shaken iced coffees. They had offers for those as well.
Ambiance is spot on. It hardly took sometime for our order to be ready.
Death by choco was really something to die for. The stuffing was done so well and served piping hot. The iced coffees were different from the usual cold coffees but I liked it. The menu is reasonably priced for the quality it delivers. The bill was 200 so.

It takes them some time to understand your order... but otherwise the chocolate drinks and the donuts are great. The taste is almost as good as what you get in the US.... But there is some customisation especially the addition on the pickled mangoes in the burgers and wraps. The furniture and upholstery could do with a makeover...
