Rare place around Vadapalani & Saligramam! Location exactly opposite to Prasad studio/ road opposite to AVM studios!
Parking: They have amble parking for 4 wheeler & 2 wheeler! Easy to park :)
Food: Quality & Quantity matters here! I started with manchow soup, had lot of fresh veggies :)
Starters: tandoor paneer starter (forgot the name) which was served with veggies like mushroom, onion & capsicum! Medium spice, paneer was soft & cooked well. Also ordered gobi muncurian, crispy, spicy & yummy :)
Main course Rice: Nut pulao & subji veg biryani, pulao was dry, lot of cashew nuts and finished with crispy onion in it, very mild and good if you looking something very light! Subji veg biryani alias veg biryani: was a DHUM biryani, with lot of vegies, cooked well, rice was so soft and amble quantity for one to eat.
Desserts: Special faluda was so exotic and big :) with lot of fruits! Also ordered sizzling brownie which was served sooper hot with vanilla ice cream.
Ambiance & service: Calm & neat place for family dinning, staffs are attentive & polite!
They also have buffet for 400rs, will try it next time!

Being around in Saligramam for a while, and not really exploring the food scene here, prompted me to check out Firdouse, which was catching my attention for a while. For starting sake, the delivery is very quick and doesnt really make you wait for ages before tucking yourself into the food.
I stuck to the basics while ordering. The good old chicken biryani, kodi vepudu and to top off an intensely meaty meal, I went for the chicken tikka naan, and boy how pleased was I after the meal, the food was amazing.
The Biryani is great. Long grains of basmati rice, was scented with the aroma of cinnamon and cardamom which always defines my idea of a perfect biryani. The spicing of the chicken and rice is perfect, though I found the chicken to be a bit overcooked, making it a bit dry. Overall though the Biryani is highly recommended given the fact that its high on spice and has the right amount of whole spices in it. The Brinjal gravy to go along the Biryani, just completes the entire experience. But what really blew my mind was the Kodi Vepudu, one of the quintessential Andhra dish, which I was yearning since long to taste. First things first, the chicken is intensely coloured, just giving you an indication that the dish is huge on spice, just the way an authentic Kodi Vepudu is meant to be. The chicken is tender, and incredibly soft, so soft that you probably would'nt need any teeth to chew it. The over-riding aroma is of ginger, garlic and chilly, along with the crunch of cashew-nuts, accompanied with the intense spice, this Kodi Vepudu is surely going to blow your head. Texture wise and flavour wise, the Kodi Vepudu is insanely good, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone. It's one of those dishes which make you keep going to the same restaurant again and again.
Now with the palate being exposed to some really strong flavours from the Biryani, and the sparing amount of chillies used in the Vepudu, I needed something much more mellow and something more light, and the chicken tikka naan provided the right solace. The chicken tikka is extremely smoky and the chicken is perfectly cooked. The naan is stuffed liberally with this really well made chicken tikka, leaving your tastebuds satiated to the point of Saturation. With so much of positives going on for this place, I'd certainly be happy going here again, and trying out much more this place has to offer.
Sudden Plan. Went for a dinner night with my collegues. Good Customer service. Ordered Prawn Briyani, Al faham dijaj, Chicken Fried rice. Good Taste. Especially Loved the taste of Al-Faham Dijaj Chicken. Thanks Firdouse Restaurant
The food here is tasty and reasonable.I especially love their staters and grill.The place and ambience is calm and pleasant.They also provide valet parking.

Ordered fish tikka, pepper barbecue prawn and barbecue prawn... Absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh. And they went beautifully with their mayonnaise. Can't wait to dine-in!!!
This restaurant prepares delicious foods and all are so tasty and yummy😍😍 My only fav restaurant !! !!Just love it!!!! Prices are also cheap and considerable.
I ordered fried rice and tandoori chicken, bith are very good. If you call to them and request for our preference like deep roast etc., the feedback is taken and executed. Also chicken is fresh and tastes good. Appreciate quality is maintained.

It was a long time pending plan visit Firdouse and finally made it last weekend.
It was around 9pm we entered almost the restaurant was empty. The ambiance was good and well maintained.
Our kids loved in the first look itself since they are having kids play area inside. So we got relaxed😉
The service was good and quick. The staffs were very polite.
We ordered cream of chicken soup which was okay. Starters we had french fries, fish finger, Firdouse spl kebab and mutton vebudu. The fish finger and kebab was awesome. Well prepared. Mutton was also good.
We ordered butter naan, parotta, chappati along with egg masala and panner butter masala for mains.
The roti range was really good and soft. The egg masala and panner butter masala was okay.
We tried 1 spl chicken biryani which was really different and good.
Overall it was a good time at there till the bill payment.
The problem is they don't have card payment option or paytm. Only way is cash. Which they have not even informed earlier. It was really embarrassed. There were quarrels started when we left the place coz of the same reason with other customer. In such big size restaurant no other payment mode is really not worth. So someone planning here please go with cash in hand no other mode of ppayment it looks.

food was gud.. but the brinjal curry given with the biriyaani had a burnt smell and it was spoilt.. please make sure this doesn't happen again
Very decent restaurant with good ambience. Overall the taste was a excellent. Waiter was so polite and suggesting their best dishes.

Hotel Held at easily accessible location... Ambience is not good.. But in terms of comfort inside the hotel awesome. As per food concern starters is good.. Especially barbeque fish at Vera level taste. But serving time is too ahead.. It show be reduced as possible to retain the customers..

It's one of the best restaurant in chennai, the food is very delicious and the staff is awesome in the way how they treat and deal with the customers.I and my guest had wonderful time and pleasant food in fact try everything on menu it's perfect. They were up to my expectations and my surprise event for my guest came out perfectly, not to say the atmosphere is great prestige .I truly recommend them and they will be my destination for my events from now on.

Excellent and calm restaurant. It has Kids play area for children below 4 years. The Special Fridhouse chicken is something special here. Try it once you will like it.
