I would really recommend and rate it as one of the best chat corners in the city. We had Pani poori, bhel poori, pav bhaji and chole batura. Paani poori was good Bhel poori - was the best bhel poori i had. Pav bhaji - bhaji was normal. So better don't order it Chole batura - 2 batura with chole. It was also normal. But other chat items were good and

Recently this place has done renovation and took the most part of it in the basement where there used to be a different shop. The interior is more sober, hygienic, fresh foods and no outside dust. Order the food, pay and take your token and give it to the kitchen/food counter and once done go and get it. The Panipuri stall is still outside and also the juice and lassi section (beverage). I tried many of the chat items and all are damn yummy and value for money. Give it a try for a quick bite.

The food was too good. They had authentic north indian chaats and sweets. The best part was the pani puri. It was just like what we have in Kolkata. I would definitely recommend this place. The place is also budget friendly.

This place was first just a paani puri shop, about 10 to 15 years back. We get the best paani puri here. As school and college students we could afford a plate for 15 rs those days and you would get 7 puris. Later we had the sev puri, papdi chaat, aloo chaat, jal Muri and bhel. It’s amazing how this place earned recognition and is a huge place which offers a variety of chaat. My best pics: Vada Pav Bhel puri Aloo tikki Chole batura replaced kulcha chole Sandwich Aloo tikki + channa Channa samosa Badam pista kulfi P.S. parking is the drawback. Your vehicle especially cars might get locked since you would be parking on the main road, so be careful or take an auto. Also go around 4 pm or 5 pm so there’s so crowd. On an average you would need only 50 to 100 rs which you would be spending 😁

Good place in Nungambakkam to try various chaat items. Small but nice place to have a decent spread of chaat items. The owner is very cordial with customers. Had Tikki Chaat, Corn Bhel and Lime Soda. Very tasty. Also, it is open late till 10:30pm for a late evening stop over with family. Has chaat, sweets, sandwiches, juices. Try Lime soda sweet and saltnat the end. Will recommend this place. Pocket friendly place.

Their pani puri is really worth every puchkas. Perfect taste with lipsmacking tangy spicy flavour. Lots of various chaats and sandwiches. Do try cheese grill sandwich so nostalgic of childhood memories after having the hot sandwich. Must visit place.

A roadside chat shop which has developed its own name in the locality; had dropped by past 8 PM so they only had limited menu. Vada Pav – Soft bun and hot vada with spicy saturated chilly; wasn’t big yet had its own flavours with every bite Butter Pav Bhaji – Wholesome veg gravy with the buttery bread; extra butter on top of the gravy made the whole meal butter-some. The gravy had no spice, but the kick was good Aloo Chaat – Had a unique minty kick with a twist of chaat in it. Full of potatoes, puri and peas, well-cooked Badam Pista Kulfi – Best way to end the meal was to go after their thin Kulfi; had an equal distribution of both nuts Personally, wasn’t happy with the service since had the language barrier to understand which items were available and which wasn’t. Yes, it is pocket-friendly but there is no seating available and parking too is a constraint

Located near the entrance of Rangoli Sarees, this chaat stall definitely earns a place in one of the best chaat stalls in Chennai with their mouth watering chaat items and Paani Poori. I never miss to taste their Paani Poori whenever I cross this spot. One can get a street food experience with good quality food and service. With respect to Paani Poori, more than the taste, it's the experience that one gets while eating talks. The Paani Poori guy serves everyone, surrounding the poori basket, each with a poori dipped in the tangy paani and you wait for your turn drooling to get your next poori pushes the taste to another level. A plate of Paani Poori priced at Rs. 35, you get 5 paani dipped pooris and 1 dry poori at the end. Pooris are big enough and holds the Paani well without leaking. Another must try is their Sev Papdi chaat costing Rs.60. Cost of the items are little bit on the costlier side compared to other street chaat stall. Probably, they are trying to cash in on the fame they have earned all these years. But, I would say it's a worthy experience one can get. Another good thing about this place is the usage of bio degradable areca leaf plates for every servings.

Pani puri was the best among all chats. We got Raj kachori (little bland but taste was good), Muruku chat (good one), dahi poori (best one to try with kids) no parking available so plan accordingly

The Nungambakkam Chat corner is the best place to have chat items.pani poori or phuchka or gol gappa is my favourite here. The only place I know in Chennai where you get them in their original taste. Alu chat is also my favourite.you also get samosa chana. Apart from these you get good bhel poori, papadi chat,Pav bhaji. Alu ki tikki is not upto the mark. Lassi and Kulfi for the dessert. Nice road side eatery to snack indian dishes.
