They do pretty good work with food preparation and presentation.
The chef comes to table personally to check the guest's satisfaction and experience.
Keep up the good work with more ice shots
Upscale fine dining place with more of continental varieties.
One in some places with late night dine-in experience.
Their midnight biriyanis and polut co-cuvin piping hot and fresh @ 01:30 a.m is some jogging experience.
This my second time here though first time for night dining experience.
Way to go, keep it coming..
Good ambiance food it's awesome very friendly service nice restaurant peaceful place I like this place
Food was delicious. No complaints on that front. Special mention to the Chicken Florentine.
Service could have been faster. Management could have been more efficient. The waiter is friendly and tries to explain the dishes, kudos. However the slow service should definitely be looked into and improved
Cobbler is the best range of fruit pies, including apple, blueberry and the reputation is well
preserved in fruits are served warm with fresh homemade vanilla ice cream crafted with real vanilla beans!!
Their varieties are versatile and craving-full.
The senior waiter or whoever named "rajaram" had good knowledge about the menu and very keen in explaing its properties and combinations.
We experienced very good service and worth spending quality time by knowing more about the preparation and recipes.
Way to go.... especially their staff and the Chef.

The place has an ambiance that relaxes your nerves after a long day. We had gone there for our anniversary dinner. The staff were very hospitable and the food was decent. Though the menu included many non-vegetarian specialties, we had opted for a veg buffet. We started of with a mushroom soup that was perfect in consistency, texture and flavor. The fried starters were also crispy and light. The panner tikka served was soft and spicy. Coming to the dessert, the creme brulee was runny, a bit of a disappointment there.. Overall, the food was good and the experience worth the money
cozy place to dine in, was try south indian non-veg menu for a long time in adyar and found this place recently with multiple combo option Parotta and chicken curry, Idiyappam and Paya, Buy one get one Chicken Briyani offer.
Been hear 7 month back their was only continental menu but when i went this time to my suprise they had good chettinad food hopping to try more varities . Mutton briyani which ran out of stock it has some hold yummy apple cobbler.
Visited This Place Last Week For Dinner My Experience Was Very Good And Fine..Ambience Was Neat And Good With Dim Lighting & Fine Seating...Service Was Very Good Staff Were Polite...Now Coming To Very Important Thing Foodddd...We Started With Soup We Try Both Veg Nd Non Veg Soups..Spinach Veg Was Excellent Best One..But kozhi Milagu Rasam Was Not To The Mark Next We Went For Starters We Had 1.Peri Peri Chicken Was Yummy (Recommended) 2.Meat Balls 3.Cheese Balls 4.Cheese Nachos 5.Mushroom Caps Every Was Good ..In Mains We Had Chicken Curry Was Veryyy Yummy Must Must Must Try With Naan..
My Overall Experience Rateing is 4/5 In Aristo Adyar
We went for lunch last Wednesday, the place was pretty nice. The food was good they had different varieties in the menu with more of indian and continental. Especially not to forgot the Idiyappam + Paya combo and Parotta + Chicken Curry. The price is very economic and pocket friendly Combo. Topping to all that, they really do a good job with taste. “Must try Combo’s “.
i visited the place last week it was calm and food taste is good , first time i had continental food the seafood is awesome and tasty..
Adyar has got such a calm and composed place with pretty amazing foood and drinks(thats coming up soon) The staffs were friendly and pleasing in neatly and swiftly presenting the dishes before us. Right from the starters, the Gobi, the cheese balls, mushroom caps and the nachos were scrumptious and well presented. I would definitely say that the palak soup was one of the best I've ever tasted and it was my favorite of all. Getting into the main course, the Kadai paneer and Mushroom masala was tangy, spicy and rightly proportioned as the gravy. I tired the Aristos special main course which wasn't just new but different which I haven't tried anywhere else. The only thing that I felt could be better were the desserts, otherwise overall it was a great experience of both South Indian and North Indian Food.
The ambience is really soothing and with comfortable dining experience. The speciality includes Seafood , Contintental , Indian. They have a lot of amazing starters which I would recommend such as Bread Salad , Meatballs , Mocktails . Main course I would recommend the Chicken Curry and Chicken Formante.
Would recommend this for young crowds and family crowds for dining experience.
A really warm ambience, that gives you a peaceful experience . The staffs are super friendly and the service is fast and neat . The dining area is comfortable and they're coming up with a new bar experience the upcoming weekend . Their starters are scrumptious, our personal favorites were meat balls & mushroom caps . They have a variety of main course items , both south indian and north indian . Their kadai paneer and mushroom masala are yummy . End the amazing experience with their delicious brownie with icecream ❤
Everything about this place was fantastic, right from the ambiance, decor and the food. One of the best Continental restaurant, Yummylacious food, Ordered their soft crab cake and fried chicken, portion sizes are good and price is on little high-side, worth the money. Good customer service. Food quality is very good.
Good Conti food.
Great starters with fish fry.
Fish dishes were yummy.
Perfect fusion menu.
A good place for friends to chit chat as long as you want with just a coffee.
One of the good dinning spot near Adyar.
We are fond of Continential food but not until we discovered Aristos at adyar, was amazed by the quality, mouth watering cocktails, their soup was yum and last but not the least the Roast lamb was awesome. Above all great ambiance, smart servers, we enjoyed all the dishes whatever they recommended. Overall a must try for a good IndoConti cuisine. Wish you all the best, will be back for more soon.
5 star comes after the 2nd visit to Aristos in 2 weeks. The last time we went there we weren't satisfied with the food provoking me to write a unsatisfactory review about the place. This prompted the management to call me back and promised better food this time around and boy I was treated to a surprise.
Thanks to Mr. Swami who had called me the very next day after my visit and accepted their mistakes and was all ears to the comments I made about the food. He had invited us over to prove me wrong. So my friends and I went there expecting a better service and an improved quality in food. And I wasn't wrong..
Like the 1st time the elevator wasn't working and we had to climb all 3 floors again to reach the restaurant. But this didn't deteriorate out quench for good food.
Mr.Swamy personally took care of the arrangements to the extent that he made me meet the chef and explain the preparation process.it was surprisingly good to know that this management goes to any level to impress the customers.
I have had Italian food in authentic Italian places before and this place was very close if not better to such places.
The food was amazing, right from the start to finish we were treated to some excellent Italian food which started with complimentary garlic bread.
This time around there was no cancellation from our side since all the items were simply outstanding. Even though We ordered a non veg soup instead of a veggie they had exchanged it to a vegetarian soup with a smile.
My colleague who was a first-timer to Italian cuisine, actually liked it better than everyone of us.
Overall an excellent experience and a satisfying evening. Will I visit this place another time, a definite YES !!!
Liked dining here, cozy place with warm welcome and amazing interior... Food at its best and more of seafood soups and main courses.
Had some cocktails of theirs which is well prepared with right punch.
Have tried less.... Coz was in a hurry will visit again to venture more and it's a thumbs up 👍
Been here for Yesterday Dinner with Friends.
Booked a table through reservation, it was quick.
We have Ordered Brain Storm which had fries assortment accompanied.
Ordered Mojito Mint Cooler which was refreshing.
Then we ordered Meat Special BBQ platter which was good too.
They have specials on the drink menu with some Indian style calamari, prawns and fish fillets which colour was exotic and tastes real good!
Food was good, Ambiance was great and Service was very good.
Food 5/5
Service 4/5
Ambiance 5/5
Value for money 4/5
Overall 4.5/5
Will definitely come next time for Lunch as they seem to have very nice combos on weekdays and for Sunday Lunch.
Love this place and its food especially for Thier live events.... Was there for birthday event and amazed as same as before.
Just can't get enough.
I visited during a weekend. Booked a table @ restaurant confirmed within few minutes, this Resto bar is easy to locate it's on LB Rd main road and the parking was easy.
Loved the ambience and food. They have a wide range of cocktails and the lobster is too good. I tried fish and prawns, I was so happy seeing "jerk chicken, lobster, t bone steak in their menu and everything was Delicious. the cocktails were literally heavenly and mouth watering.
The Place is nice and cozzy, feel like left apart from the traffic and noise.
Had some good time with friends on valentine's night dinner. It was specially prepared menu for that particular occasion Cajun sausages, orange glazed prawns and the Moroccan lamb stew was scrumptious.
Forgot to mention their live band setup played with boom box and karaoke songs by artists and other guests were more interactive as well. Was really fascinating to see them put-up a good show.
Totally its a dinner worth that night with flower bouquets and singers and candle light, topping all that there service and tasty food. Way to go !!
Went to Aristos after our Exams got over using Eazydiner to get 50% off the bill.
That's how we managed to order so many dishes xD
For starters, we ordered Formaggio Olive Palle and Calamari Crum.
For Main Course, we ordered Stuffed Chicken Roll, Corn & Spinach Au Gratin and Chicken Florentine Cassarole.
All these dishes from the starters and Main Course yatsed great! They had some carefully structured presentation as well. However, the food took quite a lot of time. While the waiters were helpful in deciding what to get, service time was a disappointment.
The desserts are pretty decent here. We ordered the Creme Brulee. And something which looked a bit like a pudding. They tasted nice.
I would suggest you to skip the Mocktails. They taste average at best.
While most of the food tasted great, it's pricing was a tad expensive had it not been for the 50% off coupon.
On the whole, it's a nice place but it definitely has room for improvement.
Aristos bistro with yummy food and excellence service was a gr8 experince. It is perfect place to visit with family as restaurant. We have been welcomed warmly, we started with a Crab bisque, fried calamari, herb grilled shrimps, in one word-was fresh with unique & awesome taste.
Puzzled I ordered main course and their dessert (Mexican taco prawn, scallops with brown butter capers with lemon - rare to find in chennai market, Grilled ouzo and nutmeg lamb chop, Chicken Florentine casserole) & desserts Choco mocha, Pannacotta, Oyster with tequila shooters.
Staff was very attentive and every time they have enquired about our requirement.
So... thumps up to ARISTOS for their good efforts, Thier varities vary with quantity I will come back again with my family and friends to venture more into their menu.
Went there with family for a lunch get-together there recently at adyar.
The welcoming was very warm and cordial so was the ambiance inside the Restaurant on the third floor.Very Different interiors very original and unique ideas.
The items that we ordered was Tiramisu and Rasberry Pannacotta with Beef Cider casarole , Chicken Stuffed , Mushroom caps with veg keesh and Egg keesh . The food served was prompt and on time. The taste of all the items served was excellent. Since non of the items ordered was spicy we asked for some spicy, which they managed to pull out from the kitchen with some spicy flakes.
Any Restaurant serving continental with good main courses are always appreciable.
Over all a must visit place for the ambiance, it's service and for the quality of food..!!
Had lunch on a bright sunlight, good food and service. Place to spend time peacefully in those traffic with some mild house music. Mocktails were on them, fish sizzlers and steaks are great to dig in. Pannacotta was very unique from other places I have tried, very few places serve good desserts.
Time spend worthwhile with food tasted memorable. One notable thing I have noticed - no fuss about giving something extra...... thumbs up for that.
Had a great time!!!We had 50% eazydiner discount offer. In total its a group of 05 persons, had fun eating & getting-together and all that. Their desserts were yummy, our bill amount was around 6500/- but we ended up paying 3000/- total, slashing:)
Awesome experience at Aristos. As we entered two things has made us spellbound, one is their ambiance and second how they have welcome us. Food was really mouth watering and juicy especially grill herb prawn, stuffed chicken , clam Italiano & egg keesh, dessert was so amazing with lava cake and their pannacottas . We have enjoyed as a group with friendly service. In pricing point of view its very reasonable place compared to other continental restaurants around the city. It is a real happening place with some love and fun to hang out with friends and family.
Really outstanding experince with extra-ordinary service and presentation, don't know why people end up saying it's expensive or any other thing, just need to know the effort of getting something prepared just for with your own specification.
But instead i think they would be happier eating 1 among the 100s of portion of gravy or biriyani prepared for at least for 300 to 500 people.
Very reasonable compared any other conti or European I have ever ate.
Rethinking the type of food and the love it would really make a big difference.
People who end up giving negative comment is it really that you didn't like the food or the food is just not your type. Because nor every taste suites everyone neither every place serves Indian cuisine.
Final word is just amazing and who really had something in mind about there is always more to continental than pastas and pizzas this is where you should head.
Their meats are yummy and juicy and those who think it's all creamy and cheesy!! Well it's continental and there is always more to it, just need to find it AND it's not Butter chicken masala sadly.
Thumbs up to the restaurant.... with those oyster shooter!! Next level stuff.
At Aristos we had great experience of hospitality, with mouthwatering seafood dishes like Fisherman basket which contain crab , fish , Oyster , musscels , clam ,prawn and squid etc.., & dessert are awesome taste mainly choco mocha & key lime pie which are not very common in Chennai .
Aristos is specializes in serving seafood, Italian and Greek cuisines.
It's rare to find European food well prepared in Chennai.
Located in L.B Road, Adyar it's a five minute walk from Adyar depot. just opp. to Imcops hospital.
The ambience of this place is beautifully done up using hues of brown, dark wooden furniture, dull tungsten lamps and cozy sofas along with groovy music in the background. Can be termed as a perfect date place.
Hospitality was excellent, very efficient staffs they informed ahead about 20mins preparation time.
It seems each food is separately prepared as per our individual requirement. Worth the wait time, though they have other bites to entertain us.
It seems its average wait time for any food prepared on spot.
Perfect place to head if you enjoy more of Continental cuisine over Indian.
Don't know about others idea.
This place and The Good Spot have truly added-up the culinary taste in Adyar...
The meat is great, the sauces are great as well, everything is good and outstanding. My particular favorites are the Beef Cider Casserole, the Grilled Stuffed Chicken (very juicy stuffing), the Chicken Florentine Casserole (proper Florentine with spaghetti).
My friend had their lobsters and it was huge and meat was very yummy too it seems.
Way to go....
I really want to go to the restaurant try their steaks (one of some places who actually cook steaks as per Rare/medium/well-done) and seafood some time. But I am confident they will be outstanding, based on my experience so far.
On the whole, Great experience trying out some exotic dishes and tempting to drop by fine dine experience.
First visit as a part of a team treat. Arranged a buffet for 40 people at very short notice and given the time they had, they had done a really good job.
Cream Chicken Soup - 5/5 - I just loved it.
Chilly Egg - 4/5. Could have been more crispy
Fish Fingers - 4/5 - could have been more crispy
Chicken Pasta - 5/5 perfectly cooked, the white sauce was a good and chicken had properly blended as well.
Herb Rice and Chicken Curry - was a little too cold but tasted good.
Desserts - Brownie and Icecream - no complaints
Food - 4.5/5
VFM - 4/5
Ambience - 5/5
So overall 4.5/5
Would definitely recommend this place to friends. I'm sure, with advance planning, they'd do a wonderful job for special buffets.
Extremely hospitable!
Do try the crab cakes, prawns and oysters! They went out of their way to prepare new meals for us and it was extremely tasty. Ambience is beautiful and peaceful.
Only one word to describe my experience here - Awesome 😀
Got a good feeling with the ambiance when I initially entered the restaurant and it got elevated to greater extent with the taste of the food. There is a perfect balance in the taste and I extremely loved every dish served. The grilled stuffed chicken is so well cooked and the gravy along which it is served is creamy and delicious 😍.
Service is prompt without much delays.
Keep up the good work Aristos 👍!!! You are going to be one of my best hangout spots.
My rating -
Ambience - 4.5
Food quality - 5
Food quantity - 4.5
Service - 4.5
Pricing - 4
Overall rating - 4.5 👌
Great place. Excellent service and ambience. French cuisine served best here. The steak was well cooked. The mocktails and desserts were top notch. Loved the place !!
Aristos had caught our eye long back when we went for a Sunday brunch hunt, but it took some time for me to try it out. Aristos is in the 3rd floor of the building that is otherwise set to host multiple restaurants/pubs. We entered the place at 8.30pm on a weekday and it was all empty. There were two employees of the restaurant to attend to our needs.
The place was exquisite in its design and architecture. You wouldn’t be wrong into thinking you’re in an Italian museum of wood art. The detailing with woodwork is commendable and its interesting that they have invested so much into it. The tables are also apparently African import and looks royal too. I am a little confused about the lighting patterns in house. May be it’s the Christmas season that’s caused the colourful lights to come one, but I would have preferred yellow lights or similar to compliment the immense woodwork. That’s something totally upto the owners, no complaints!
We were offered garlic bread to get things started. We ordered Chicken Canapes – chicken salami, chicken topped on bread and mayo. A fantastically prepared dish which gives a distinct taste of every content in the dish. Perfect!
For main course, we wanted to try a fish and meat dish. Pan fried Mahi Mahi serves fillets of mahi mahi topped with sauce and herbs, served with mashed potatoes and veggies. The mashed potatoes cannot go wrong. The fish was well made and the dish in its entirety was heavenly.
The other dish was a meat platter, chicken piece, chicken sausage and beef. The chicken was great and the sausage was delicately prepared. There have been places that serves rock solid sausages but this one was gentle and soft. The third chunk of meat was a tough nut to crack, in the scenes meaning a hard chunk of meat to slice down. May be its just under/over-cooked. But that is not something to let us down and spoil our mood. I suggest always providing steak knife along with these dishes so it becomes easier to slice em down, be it rare or well done. :)
On the whole a wonderful experience at a fabulously designed restaurant complimented by satisfying food and great service. Bound to come back again soon!
Went on a weekend and our large group of 9 people were the only customers. Which meant that we were attended to very promptly and food arrived soon. We ordered a bit of everything (perks of going with a large group). The crab cakes and the scallops in the fish platter were really good. Our fish main course was tender and delicious. However, I started to notice that every sauce tasted more or less the same. The Salisbury steak was very good. The mushroom cheese rice (or whatever it was) was really delicious and the veg starters were good. But the veg pasta was overcooked and undersalted.
Special mention for the desserts. The key lime pie was to die for, the choco dessert was good too and the apple cobbler gave the pie tough competition for the best dessert of the meal.
Our server was really nice and offered to cut up our steaks for us. However, the portion sizes were tiny compared to the price they charge.
The place is small and cozy and dark so not sure if it would be nice to go there on a more crowded evening since space is quite snug.
We visited the restaurant, for a buffet, on a Monday afternoon, and were surprised to find out that we were the only customers present, despite the day being a National Holiday. Maybe the reservation we made two days prior was a bit overkill, considering the restaurant was void of any customers. But don't assume the lack of customers as a sign of lacklustre service or bad food.
We were attended by two waiters. The waiters behaved professionally. This is my first encounter with European food and loved it every bite. The food was a little too mild for my taste, but that maybe the characteristic of European food. Spices were literally non-existent. The number of items were limited but well executed. I was reluctant to try the oysters, but at the end that was a different experience and I don't regret it. My only disappointment is the lack of good deserts. There was ice-cream, cake and custard and thats it.
The cost was a bit on the higher end. It was around 900 INR including taxes per person. While the food was good, it may not be the best bang for the buck.
Food: We ordered the crab soup, veg cream soup, sea food grill, and few other dish names that I can't remember cuz our bill had listed out dishes other than what we ordered with the same price tag. On the whole the food was good, had a burst of flavour and was presented well. However, the fish in the sea food grill was real tough to chew and swallow. They did not disappoint in all other dishes.
Ambience: Simply elegant and star restaurant worthy wood work. Definitely worth a look.
Service: Service was moderate but the taste was worth the wait.
I've never actually dined in here, so this is based on a bunch of home delivery orders I've done. This is a superb place! It's rare to find European food so well executed in Chennai. The meat is great, the sauces are great, everything is good! My particular favourites are the Beef Cider Casserole, the Grilled Stuffed Chicken, the Chicken FLorentine Casserole. I really want to go to the restaurant try their steaks and seafood some time. But I am confident they will be outstanding, based on my experience so far.
This place and The Good Spot have truly lifted the culinary scene in Adyar to new levels!
Aristos is a new stand alone fine dining restaurant in town, that specialises in serving seafood, Italian and Greek cuisines.
Located in L.B Road, Adyar it's a five minute walk from Adyar depot.
The ambience of this place is beautifully done up using hues of brown, dark wooden furniture, dull tungsten lamps and cozy sofas along with groovy music in the background. Can be termed as a perfect date place.
Service was good, however the pace of serving was tad bit slow. Can be improved.
Perfect place to head if you enjoy more of Continental cuisine over Indian.
On the whole, Great experience trying out some exotic dishes and a pleasant Fine dine experience.
Went here with a couple of friends. Really liked the setup. Good music too. The quality and taste was of the food was very good, but a bit too pricey considering the quantity. The service was good.
The ambience of this place is nice and chic. They have an elaborate menu but we went with whatever the waiter suggested. Most of the items we had were great. They serve different kinds of seafood as well if you wish to try.
Quiet and lovely just what you want nowadays. Staffing was adequate and they were very humble. Food is outstanding. Liked crab cakes. Quite a few options on the menu to choose from. Presentation is something that should be given importance to and these guys justified that.
We have been here last Saturday with my family and was surprised to see such a elegant place. As we entered there was live homely 80's N 90's Jazz and Blues music playing. The food we had was awesome the Bouillabaisse soup mix seafood thin soup, Mexicana taco prawns, Herbs grilled shrimps, Creme brulee I would rate it 4.5 , very friendly service .
i have been checked in on Saturday there was a Orange Tab band was playing western music it was awesome and the restaurant is very nice interior and lighting too. food is so delightful. nice place to have dinner we will visit again with friends
A curation of the most European dishes ever, a restaurant like Aristos is the breath of fresh air in the culinary scene of the city. Unexpectedly we were here for a weekday dinner; unexpected because as opposed to the usual boring weekday dinners, this one was super fancy in every way. Being on a very central road in that locality, its vivid sign board is sure to catch your eye. The subtle setting of the place – lighting, seats and decor set you right in for the elite dinner that is the European feast.
Went on a weekday for lunch. V were the only people there. Turned out to be a romantic lunch on our wedding anniversary. Had read their sea food was best, ordered crab cakes, grilled makhi n broilled oyster, they were well above expectations. Great experience, recently opened try them for weekday lunches befote they get busy.
i have been there on last weekend with my friends its exciting place to spend evening get to gather .
food and the ambiance is good and we tried only few verity on the menu but is delightful and we are planning for weekend at aristos
This place has been on my "to eat" list, so when the opportunity came up to celebrate a family member's special event, off we went.
We chose to order the mains straight away, as we were quite hungry. We ordered:
It took 15mins from ordering to table, all the food arrived together, so we could all eat at the same time. Brilliant!
Every single dish had generous portions, super tasty, and cooked to perfection. It's a treat to find a place that creates dishes with an authentic European flavour using local ingredients.
and given the food quality, service, was worth it.
I will be back, as there are many dishes, that look too good to pass up.
This place has the perfect ambience to sit back and have a chat with friends over a light dinner. The menu has a huge variety and could take a lot of time to go over and decide on your order. We went with seafood plater it was yummy and overall the ARISTOS is a nice place have a continental seafoods and more
Good food, amazing ambience, which pleases your spirit.. definitely a happening place in Chennai. The food was great
nice ambience and totally worth for the money. they have good choice of seafood continental dishes.Staff were so friendly Really Nice Experience. we enjoyed the dinner
Good place, loved to sit on window seat overlooking LB road. Food is good and ambience is amazing. You can enjoy amazing food while looking the view
Food here is very nice.. We have ordered cheese mushroom caps, Rossini steak(red wine sauce), Mahi Mahi fish, apple virgin mojito & creme brulee.. Everything tasted awesome.. Both the mains are served with mashed potatoes & veggies.. The steak can be rated as one of the best steaks in chennai.. Staff was very courteous & helpful.. Only negative about this place is its area it is too small..
There are so many new food joints and some relatively new ones in Chennai, that we have our bucket lists full all the time.Aristos at Adyar is a Bistro, specializing in seafood, that's popped up with all its colours. Some of my friends who had visited there earlier had mixed reviews to share. So, we went in with the same mindset when we were invited to try their menu that is being revamped.
Well Can't blame them for putting out food that looks great and appetising but disappoints when tasted ... because I'm still figuring it out !!!
The restaurant is in a office like building and difficult to view from the roads inspite of the numerous display boards ... once u reach the third floor , you are intrigued ! Be the wooden door 🚪 design or the interior, huge candle waxes , modern lighting !! The place was empty when we entered and the manger mentioned it's not a huge crowd puller yet ...
So the menu is elaborate with all kinds of meat and different combo that you want to try them ... so the best part was the start .. soft yum garlic breads !! That piqued our interest but ... that's a big one ☝️ you see ...
We started with herb grilled prawn 🍤... the presentation said dive in pls !! Once you do .. I could taste the pepper !! Pepper and pepper !!! Very less meat was there ... and I just couldn't get the dish !! Maybe that's how it's suppose to be ? Still figuring it out ...
For mains we started with crab cake ... it was okay at best ... once you taste it with potato mash and mayo, it was good but why ? Very honestly .. I could feel the rawness inside 🤔 and I'm again left thinking , is that the taste ?!
Then we tried Turkish fish ... it was served with herb rice .. at first taste you will love it but then it leaves a bitter taste soon ... is it the mushrooms ? Well again my taste buds are not sure ...
And then the best of the lot ... stuffed grilled chicken ... yum yum sauce and good filling .. but the chicken meat was lil hard ... overlooked maybe ?! But it was still the best of the lot
And then we did some bakalava take out ... it should have been better !
So all in all it was one experience I'm going tag as experimental ... was that how they are suppose to be ? Or was it just okay cooking ?! Hence the 3.5 ! The decor, service, preparation and potential for taste ...
Questions to be answered ...
I'm intrigued enough to try more dishes at their place ... let me reserve judgement till next time !!
Kudos 😎
Its is a Fine dining Continental Restaurant in adyar, chennai where Amazing food dishes with Phenomenal services are offered. The dishes are all continental, and the seafood bouillabaise soup is a topper.
With Enough space for parking both 2 and 3 wheelers, this place is a remarkable one in adyar, chennai.
Good one !!!
Aristos definitely creates a brilliant first impression with their meticulously planned and laid out Ambiance. Comfortable seating, beautiful lighting and an impressive interior work. They also have an interesting menu especially on their non vegetarian listing.
Tried their crab bisque, veg clear soup and Veg cream soup. The crab bisque was thick, flavorful and had sufficient crab meat in it. Try this out if you are a fan of sea food soups. The appetizer menu comprised of Fried stuffed mushroom caps, Formaggio Olive Palle, Chicken Vol au vent , sea food vol au vent and crab cake. Being a sea food lover , I was drawn to like all their sea food preparation. The crab cake was crispy and quite appetizing. I was not very impressed with the vol au vent , however the sea food version was much better compared to the chicken version. The Formaggio Olive Palle is another must try for the cheese lovers. They have a decent beverage menu , the Strawberry Daiquiri tasted too sweet and the Orange juice was dilute, maybe due to the excessive addition of Ice cubes, this is an area to improve.
Among the main course we had tasted, The Corn and Spinach Au gratin was outstanding and the grilled stuffed chicken would definitely appeal to the chicken lovers . They had even paid attention to the mashed potato served along with the stuffed chicken and I personally loved it.
The Creme Brulee, Cheese cake and the key lime pie were the desserts that we had tasted . The desserts were good , presentation could be improved . I would definitely pay more visits in the future especially for their sea food menu.
Food: 3.5/5
Ambiance: 4/5
Service: 3.5/5
Value for Money: 3.5/5 (as per the menu pricing)

Aristos which literally means ‘The Best and much more relevant to Upper class’. The menu at Aristos has the best Greek, seafood, mediterranean and continental dishes. spotting the location is kinda tough without the maps, the restaurant is opposite to the IMPCOPS hospital on the 3rd level. This Review is based out only on the Grill Feast Menu at Aristos.
Only one word to describe my experience here - Awesome.
Got a good feeling with the ambiance when I initially entered the restaurant and it got elevated to greater extent with the taste of the food. There is a perfect balance in the taste and I extremely loved every dish served.

Way to go

Food was very tasty. The non veg is priced a bit high. However, all of us enjoyed the dishes we ordered. Frecasse veggie, grilled lobster, mexican prawn. The Virgin pina colada was good, the key lime pie was excellent.
One thing I did not like was the use of peacock feathers to decorate the table. Please remove these!!
Perfect place for continental foods. They will help you to order item by explaining what the dish is really. Price is little high. Quantity of food also good.
So today we, my husband, my sister & I decided we would just go out and randomly pick out a restaurant to dine in, as we weren't able to come in terms with one single place and I had to treat them for my birthday. Moreover I needed a break from the household chores as #chennaisuperkings were playing today. And I dint want to miss watching DD vs CSK. But then realised we have a 4 month old with us and needed a calmer and quieter place to be in and watching the match was the mission. Heading out we spotted #Aristos and thought we should give it a try. And I am more than glad we did all agree to go to one place finally!! We were pleased with the ambience. And I personally loved the use of a peacock feather in the centre of the table . Coming to the menu, we tried:
1. Fried stuffed mushroom cap with dip And Stuffed chicken roll for the hors d'oeuvres
2. For the sides we ordered baked broccoli with cheese, fried sausages and garlic bread
3. Choice of potage were cream of pumpkin soup and chicken cabbage chowder
4. Corn ane spinach au gratin
5. Sea food mix grill
6. Baklava and American waffles for the desserts
7. Lemon Ice tea for beverage
Of the tried and tested, the best ones were pumpkin soup, chicken cabbage chowder (hubby recommended), garlic bread and corn and spinach au gratin. And definitely baklava tasted at its best!
Baklava is worth the mention, it is a must try here. It was flaky, nutty, crunchy and was layered with perfect amount of cinnamon flavour and sweetness.
I would definitely return back here for the baklava served!
Ponnusammy the manager was very courteous! And the service was at its best and very friendly.
To perk it all we were given with complimentary garlic bread. Thank you Aristos for a wonderful evening and a good service.
Price: Total bill amounted to ₹3149 and we ended up paying ₹2361 because of my Dineout Earnings.
FeedBack: For the price of Sea food mix grill portion size can definitely be improved.
Nice restaurant with lovely music. Friendly staffs. The owner of this restaurant must be a good natural lover. And have much interests on arts and works. Food tastes awesome. Must visit more more !!
Good place for day crashing, coffee sandwitch and hours of day study cozy warm with very courteous staff....
Must go for spending quality time and there special weekly cakes!!!
Good food with warm service tried couple of items from the menu, food quantity and presentation is phenomenal.
Had one sitdown buffet, we didn't get to share though the spread was huge and more. Very flexible and understanding service person, preparing according suit the taste. Must go try more varities.
The seafood is amazing. I especially loved the herb grilled prawn. So juicy
A pretty good place! But has the potential to be better
Awesome and flavourful food. Service was A+. Must try place.
Coming from Australia, delighted to find great quality continental food.
Very accommodating and they also cooked Chinese and Indian food items to accommodate the guest taste and preferences and they were spot on.
Deserts are die for and all of us enjoyed really and prices are very reasonable too.
Overall Excellent experience
Enjoyed the best meal of our stay in India. Visiting from Australia, we were not in the mood for Mediterranean menu. But the kitchen obliged by whipping up pan Asian and south Indian flavors. Delectable food that we just could not stop eating. For me, the texture of the prawns is always a mighty indicator of the kitchen's expertise. Theirs could not be faulted.
The decor in this placed is pretty special too. It was all polished wood and made to resemble the hull of a ship.
Special mention must be made of the manager. Most obliging and really tended to our every need.
Would definitely return.
