Bombay Halwa House - Chennai (Madras) - Photo album

Food was authentic and good in taste. Really enjoyed the food. Ambience will be little kind of damp &gloom(might be their theme). Service was good as well. Dessert - ordered their falooda after tasted came to knew the ice cream used was of old stock. So returned it. P.S - only thing was felt heavy
Awesome place. Pure north Indian taste. Choice of non-garlic available. Car parking available. Food was very tasty, multiple choices, excellently cooked. The front desk is very understanding and cooperative with customers. Order taking and table service is chakas. Senior team members are continuousl
Food was good especially Veg Patiala and Punjabi Paneer for the usual Tawa Roti and Butter Naan. Veg Sheekh Kabab starter was equally good. Service was fine.
I've been here twice - a few months back and last week. The food is really good and the service is prompt as well. You don't get network inside the place 😅 the food is quite good and I really liked the paneer tikka! Another highlight was the special lassi which was great. It's a great vegetarian pl
It is a quiet little place tucked away in a busy area like T-Nagar. The signage could be missed easily so I do hope they make it more visible esp in the day time. The ambience is simple and clean. Service is quick and they have a good variety of vegetarian North Indian food. Recommend if u are in th
Food was good. Second time I visited but this time service was little bit slow. Overall taste was good I would recommend Punjabi paneer & Matka paneer . Must try !😊
We tried this place because we had a hankering for good North Indian food. The small exterior door led into a spacious interior with great ambience. The menu had some great options along with dishes that you don't typically see in North Indian restaurants. We tried a few dishes and loved them all.
Food taste was really good. I would recommend to try their paneer dishes. Just we had to wait longer outside.
One of the best North Indian restaurants in Chennai. Taste, quality and service are good here. This place will be crowded in weekends, even though they have seats in both ground floor and furry floor you've to wait for a while in peak time. Food items are priced on the expensive side. Desserts quant
This is cut out straight from Delhi and is thronged by many, so plan ahead and reach earlier. To give it to you in one line, this has all the exotic Indian delicacies at a slightly costlier price tag. The ambient Desi music and the hanging lights in the ceiling, makes the place alluring enough. Ther
This is a pure veg restaurant at t nagar, to reach here you have to take the flyover after crossing tnagar bus stop, then getting down from flyover have to make a u turn to take left opposite to the flyover side. Follow Google map its perfect. This restaurant from outside it looks like it is closed
The Place was Neat and Clean and Staffs were also Friendly, so we had no trouble with that place. And the Dish I liked the Most from what I tried is "Baby Corn Manchurian", So I recommend you guys also to try it when you visit this place.
Small spaced outlet serving North Indian vegetarian food. Not spacious, but not too packed either. Excellent service. Food is decent, though most of the gravies are quite standard in taste. Paneer dishes are good. Kulfi Falooda and Special Lassi is very good. Ironically, a place named Halwa doesn't
We made an unplanned visit to this restaurant while shopping in T. Nagar. Excellent ambiance. We got butter roti with panner butter masala. Their Panner was mouthwatering. Even now, I couldn't get the taste out of my mouth. Couples and families can come here and experience their finger-licking-good.
Food taste is delicious. Even thali in lunch is also nice. If you are looking for true 'North Indian' food in T nagar, then this is the right option. Staff is co-operative. I liked the rabdi very much.
