I had booked a room at The Pride hotel, Chennai for a day. I had requested for an early check-in, and an extra Bed. I assumed we wouldn't be getting early check-in but considering my parents old age, Ms.Sunita at the reception was kind enough to let us check-in as early as 6 hours. She is a true hot
It should be an old hotel but they have well maintained it. Buffet wasn't great,cud have added few more items. Service is top notch.
It is a business hotel. Staff is friendly and polite. Rooms have aged but are well maintained. The hotel is quiet. I couldn't use the pool, but it looked well maintained.
Breakfast was balanced.

I had a wonderful experience at the (Hotel smart plaza, New Delhi). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

Room was nice clean and specious housekeeping well maintained but rest room was small and break fast was spred nicely and food tasty and delicious staff are frendly manners
Good rooms, quite spacious and near and clean. The service was amazing and I enjoyed my short stay. Even the breakfast was good. It's quite accessible and safe. Security is good, all staff have a pleasing personality specifically the receptionist was always smiling and ready to help.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city..it's just 2 min walk from metro station to hotel.3 km from railway station. The rooftop restaurant food is really good...

This hotel is located at a good place. Rooms are good but not properly designed for comfort. Staff is courteous but not trained properly. So if you expect some help form them then you will most probably be disappointed. Food is ok but highly overpriced. A buffet dinner costs Rs. 750 with not many op
