Hi frnds, last nyt I went here along with my sister.. One of the finnest chinese restaurant I ever seen through in Chennai... customer service and the way of treating us was very polite and gentle manner.. Really food was very good at taste and presentation, must try the "Phuket fish" wow the taste was awesome and never forgot to taste the "fried ice cream" bcoz inside the ice cream was cold but the outer layer was hot. It was the different experience... Worth place to visit.. Thank you! Wang's kitchen😍
Dropped in along with my family members to Wang's kitchen and that has become my favorite dine in Chinese restaurant for having Hong Kong chicken noodles and Wang's rice chicken along with Manchow chicken soup and Mushroom & Garlic pepper soup.
.
Also we ordered some starters singapori chilli chicken, roasted chilli beef, szechwan prawn and phuket fish. I used to love Wang's kitchen for its singapori chilli chicken and Szechwan prawn, similarly Hong Kong chicken noodles with Singapori chilli chicken along with Szechwan prawn was a good combination and it was rightly spiced and quite tasty. Roasted chilli beef comprised with sufficient pieces were gently spiced with onion and capsicum tasted too juicy and I like the deep marination and we can also feel the juicy tenderness in every single bite of it.
Always been a fan of Chinese cuisine. And wangs is one of the best in town. Their quantity is really good for the money. They have the best in town spring rolls. I would definitely recommend that
Definitely has to be in my mind everytime I think Chinese and this serves it purpose to the cuisine! Absolutely affordable great food served in ample quantity
•Glass noodle soup, Priced at ₹125 is a 45./5 .
•Manchow chicken soup, priced at ₹155 is a 4.8/5

•Chicken lollypop (S) priced at ₹185 is one of a kind and is a 4.7/5

•Chilly panneer priced at ₹245 is a 4.9/5. Love love love it
•Veg momos, perfectly cooked and loved the dip. Priced at ₹265 was 4.9/5

Hi guys! So, I visited Wangs Kitchen to try out their food a couple of days ago. Above anything else, I would first like to show my gratitude to the staff for their kind hospitality.
To begin with, wangs has about 39 outlets in Chennai (Recently opened in Pondicherry as well). It is popular for it's delicious soups both veg and non - veg. I tried their Chicken Monchow soup - Great texture and the well balanced flavours satisfied my taste buds to the max .
Up next was one of their best selling dishes- Dragon Chicken : Sweet, tangy and perfectly cooked garnished with some cashews was like explosion of flavours in my mouth. Before visiting Wangs, I had read a review where someone had specifically mentioned about how tender and tasty their spicy Crispy lamb was. So I just had to try it out!! If i were to describe it in one word, it would be scrumptious . This dish definitely deserves all the appreciation. I tried my hands on The chicken fried rice & veg garlic Noodles too- very well prepared again. The menu has so much more to offer but there was one dish in particular that caught my attention- Chicken Bao. Now ,what makes it so special??
1) Softness of the Bao, of course.
2) Tender and Juicy chicken stuffed inside
3) Veggies used.
The perfect trio gives a joyful experience to your taste buds in real sense.
The one and only drawback I found in the food was that too much oil was used in the food preparation but the quality and quantity wasn't compromised on one bit. The spices were perfect and the food was delicious.
If you are a vegetarian and love Chinese, you just don't have to worry at all. Wangs has some amazing starters and main course to offer. From Chilli Paneer, Baby corn, Manchurian etc, each of these are cooked with different flavors only to satisfy your taste buds. They have a vegetarian Bao too (Do give it a try).
Talking about desserts-
I tried chocolate brownie with ice cream and what a trip to heaven it was. Highlight for me in the dessert section was "The fried Ice cream"." Caution : Please have it carefully as the ice cream inside the fried bread literally explodes in to your mouth. To be honest I ended up spilling it on the table with my very first bite. Hahaha! Figured the art of eating it the right way now!!!
Hope you guys enjoyed reading my review. Let me know about your experience with Wangs Kitchen. Would love to share it on my blog. Happy eating!

Wangs offers some excellent Chinese food 🥘
They used to be great yet nowadays they seem to be losing their touch
The soup : Manchow Soup was my favorite it was thick and the high flavors of coriander 🍵
Chicken Bao - Not the best but wasn’t bad . The Paneer bao was good 🥠
Dragon Style Prawns and Salt & Pepper Babycorn - The Prawns were excellent but pepper was over dominating in the baby corn starter 🍤
Wangs special Noodles and Ginger Capsicum Fried Rice along with Manchurian Sauce - This is their speciality - The fried rice was class apart 🍚
Banana Wonton - Vera Level ❤️ The banana stuffed wontons dripped in honey and vanilla 🤩🥟
Definitely would go for the few lovely dishes 😀
i ordered from wangs kitchen kilpauk branch through their call centre 044 3925 3925. ordered the following items. veg lung fung soup, paneer dragon style, mushroom manchurian, egg wangs rice, egg wangs special noodles, veg manchurian sauce momos and banana wanton , darsan with icecream. the soup was thick and good with lot of veggies. panneer and mushroom starters were ok. the rice and noodles were good in taste and quantity. veg momos were awesome. i liked the desserts banana wanton anf darson. both were unique in taste and i have never had them before. the qantity of items werr decent but icecream quantity was too less. packaging was neat except for momos where thr sauce and oil were dripping from the box. overall a good meal and value for money
Have ordered good food from here before but today the food was lacking flavour. The noodles and fried rice could do with a little less oil. Quantity of fried noodles for Szechwan chopsuey was very little and the sauce was bland with very few pieces of chicken . Chicken Wang's special noodles had only some bell peppers and pieces of chicken it didn't have mushroom or any other vegetables as mentioned in the menu.
Thanks to the management of Wang's Kitchen, they gave me a replacement of my order ,and I chose Chicken Wang's special noodles and it was very tasty and like it was mentioned in the menu had mushrooms capsicum vegetables chicken and was medium spiced soft noodles. Indeed the Chef's special.
This franchise of Wangs Kitchen is located just opp to Fruitshop on greams road Kilpauk branch.

Fried Momos were the best there. I jus loved it.
The food was fresh and served hot. I loved the dragon paneer and it's really delicious. The quantity can be increased a bit but other than that everything just perfect .
My tryst with Chinese food has been an ongoing journey and in that quest I went to Wang's kitchen last night.
It was pouring with rain still I ventured out and one of the main reasons to pick this outlet was its proximity to my house.
It is a compact place done up in a rather utilitarian manner ,they do more home deliveries than dine in
Well since I am a regular home delivery customer ,I knew exactly what to order.
Went with our family's favourite Lung Fung chicken soup which is a mild, thick soup with the added goodness of diced carrots ,beans in addition to chicken pieces.
A nice way to start the meal on a rainy day.
Next went for the Dragon Chicken which is diced pieces of Chicken sautéed with cashews in a sweet n spicy sauce,Crispy Chilly Lamb which was a tad spicy as a stand alone starter but which when later paired with rice was better, Salt and Pepper Prawns which were way too spicy for my palate.
I really enjoyed the Kothey DimSums which were panfried dumplings served on a bed is garlic sauce.
We also tried some Chicken Baos which are not on their menu but which are a few of the new additions to their menu which will be launched in mid November.
Frankly all the starters we tried filled us up but we could not resist ordering the Wang's special mixed fried rice which was rice stir fried with chicken, shrimps and veggies in a mild form which makes it a nice base to pair the spicy side dishes like I did with the Crispy Lamb.
We finished off our meal with the Deep Fried ice cream which are basically balls of ice cream encased in a dough envelope ,dessicated coconut and deep fried .It was drizzled with honey and is supposed to be a one biter.
The contrast of the cold ice cream and warm covering gives a great taste sensation .it is a must try dish.
Wang's kitchen is familiar territory where you get the kind of Indo Chinese dishes that we all love but as they are coming up with new and varied dishes in the future ,could be a destination for exploring new taste sensations too !
This outlet is located quite close to my house and I have eaten here a few times and ordered home delivery on more occasions than I can remember.I was invited over to taste their improved and new menu and was well looked after by Mr.Subbu.
We started off with our favourite Lung Fung NV soup which as usual was filled with the goodness of diced vegetables and chicken. The starters were Dragon Chicken - boneless diced chicken in a sweet and spicy sauce with cashew which was quite excellent, followed by Crispy Chilly Lamb - strips of lamb stir fried with red, green and yellow capsicum. The capsicum lent a bit of sweetness to the lamb and was cooked quite well and very succulent. Next was the Salt and Pepper prawns which were prawns sauted with bell pepper and peppercorns which was a bit too spicy. We couldn't resist ordering the Kothey Pan Fried Momos on a bed of garlic sauce which was as good as expected. We were also served Chicken Bao which would be available from middle of November. The chicken stuffing was chinese style fried chicken in Barbeque sauce and the crunch it gave contrasted with the softness of the bun and was very flavourfull.
For the main course we ordered the Wangs Special Mixed Fried Rice which had pieces of chicken and prawns and paired very well with the Dragon Chicken and Crispy Chilly Lamb. We finished off with their Fried Ice Cream. This is the first time that I have tasted this and I was pleasantly surprised with the taste and the contrast between the cold and melting ice cream and the crunchy exterior.

Wangs is where I first had Chinese food around 7-8 years ago and since then it has become my go to place for satiating my cravings for non home cooked food. However, when i discovered Zomato , i was surprised to find that not too many people were chuffed at the Wangs experience. The ratings were consistently low across all the Wangs outlets , the reasons for which I couldnt quite fathom. That, however, didnt make me sever ties with the restaurant but it led me to understand that the opinion of other people dont do justice to what a place could end up meaning to you. Now, if i had seen these reviews and rating in the first place, i might not even have thought of trying Wangs.... But then, I would have missed out on experiencing what has become synonymous with Chinese now..... What i wanted to convey is that , if you do really want to try some place, go ahead and do it because that place might indeed have something that resonates with you and doesnt with others .... And as far as wangs i concerned, they have me as a customer till the day the thought of eating at Wangs doesnt excite me .... Thank you for everything....
Decent Ambience good location. Food was really good and Service too. But for a information they are charging 10% as service charges. Good quantity.
Really good and tasty Chinese food . The place is like a small box and interiors are not that good . Although always a low volume Chinese music is played which is very soothing . Regularly they keep coming up with new dishes and combos and offers . Just had the egg chow box and it was delicious and very much filling for a single person . It contains noodles with amazing gravy and omelet all together , now they have come up with a new combo called spicy rice box which is also worth the price , will try that out soon . They lack staff to give proper service to every customer , mostly people don’t prefer coming here and order it online . Apart from the combos , the dishes are expensive but the quantity is a lot . The food over here is very oily and thus not recommended for Heath conscious people . You will mostly find this place empty . Not a good place for chit chat with friends nor to spend time with family , prefer going here alone if you have a strong desire to eat Chinese else avoid . The food although tasty it is not healthy at all .
KellysvWang's kitchen is one of the best restaurant ... MST of the people gether in wangz kitchen...the staff of this kitchen are also good weather Steward or kitchen..Wang's kitchen have a Delicious chainese food..
I like Chinese food, and good service name of franchise, I like momo
The place only and only serves Chinese food . It is quite small place and is not very nicely maintained . The staff are courteous but they take a little long in preparing the dish . Every month they introduce a new combo and an offer. They even have happy hours from time to time. The noodles are delicious and they have a good variety of it , loved the Cho Box which is their current ongoing promotional combo offer . The prices are very reasonable and the quantity is quite good. Mostly people prefer ordering rather than eating inside the restaurant , but if you eat inside the restaurant you will find that the calming Chinese music that is played the entire time will calm your mind .
I love the food here. It offers the best Chinese food that is not heavy on the stomach and at reasonable prices. The wontons are delicious, not that other dishes are not so. Can go there again and again.
