This experience was from prior to lockdown. Patissez from Pheonix Mall has unique varieties of freakshakes and for a change wanted to try their wraps.
Chicken Tikka Stowaway Wrap was served with some fries and a dip which is my all time favorite dip among restaurants in chennai. The wrap had a good blend of mayo cheese and the chicken which is worth for the pricing. Apart from this their chocolate tarts are my all time favourites.
This is one amazing place to have food. They have brilliant pastas and grilled pork. Order a couple of things. Everything tasted really good. Especially their monster nutella shake. Omg it was one best decision.

This roast chicken was a part of a special festive menu . The chicken was juicy and soo well flavoured . It was a perfect balance by adding in the mashed potatoes and veggies cooked in butter . It was also accompanied by a sauce to make sure that the flavours of the chicken remain
RATATOUILLE LASAGNE
The lasagne was soo fresh and soo flavoured with its smell all over the place . It gives you all the drools . It’s a vegetarian dish which would be loved by all .
Taste wise it was really good. The price is also decent considering it's in palladium. It cost me RS 167 for the chocolate tart. The ambience in food court is simple but elegant
Already visited this cafe when they newly opened in phoenix marketcity mall & during that time couldn't take pictures of the food and again visited through Zomato gold benefits but didn't get chance to taste their non veg dishes. Definitely will visit this cafe once again for their non veg options

Patissez is an Australian Café open in the 2nd floor of Phoenix Mall, the same place where Spaghetti Kitchen & Noodle Bar used to be. The beautifully done ambience and the bright blue sign board is sure to lure you when you pass by this place. We happened to be here for dinner on a weekday night just to break the mundane work week.
Menu: 3/5
An old school styled menu with printed sheets clipped together on a writing pad. They have some interesting appetizers, burgers, pizzas, pastas and some Indian mains and tandoor options as well. As you skim through the menu, you will find a lot of interesting fusion variants of some classic European and continental dishes. But what stand out are the freak shakes. They have so many options of these gigantic milkshakes with all sorts of toppings and a whole lot of other beverages as well.
Ambience: 4/5
The place is quite huge and can serve a very large crowd. Rugged wall structures and tables create a vintage look, while the bright blue and turquoise monochorme upholstery adds colour and vibrance. I loved the idea of bottles with fairy lights hanging all over. It gives a very warm and elegant look to the place. The seating is very comfortable as well. The serving dishes are also very vintage and unique. The ambience is chic and classy, just perfect for any good cafe.

The order: Fish orly-icious, Three ways Chicken Tikka, Dynamite Rock Shrimps, Flaming One 9” pizza.
The first to arrive on our table was fish orly-icious and flaming one pizza. We sent back the pizza to be served later. The fish was great. In namma chennai style – it was semma! Crispy on the outside and so tender and juicy on the inside and sprinkled with coconut, onion powder and chilli flakes. The mint chutney was perfect in consistency. It went very well with the fish. There were 5 big pieces of fish served. It was so good.
Then came the three-way chicken tikka and dynamite rock prawns. We were literally spell bound with the presentation. Every dish was presented so uniquely with so much attention to details. The presentation and colours on your plate will make the foodie in you go bonkers! The chicken tikka was melting in mouth. We could taste the subtle yet well marinated flavours of cream cheese, basil and chilli distinctly. The chilli will hit you, yet it is so tasty. The feta, olives and sun dried tomatoes paired very well with the tikkas. All the three flavours were so unique, loved them to bits.
If the starters so far were “semma”, then the dynamite rock prawns was like “vera level”. Served in a tower structure with a twist to the classic bhel puri, it had loads of spicy fried baby prawns. The sauces were so good and it this was a winner on the fusion menu. You can sense the flaming sriracha sauce in every bite, yet you will be so tempted to wipe the plate clean, just as we did.
Along with the starters our pizza was also sneaked into the table. Well, it will get cold and dry by the time we get to it, but we understood that the staff did not understand out intentions, so did not want to send it back again. After relishing all the exciting starters, we turned towards the cold pizza now. And to our surprise, it was still soft. The thin crust pizza with roasted bell pepper and chicken chunks tasted good. I felt the toppings were very sparse though. I would have loved to taste this one hot out of the oven, may be the next time. By now were we so full and decided to try the freak shakes some other time.
Over all, the food was extremely delicious and unique. There was nothing that went wrong and we were completely satisfied with the taste.

The service was a bit disappointing. The staff seemed to be a bunch of newbies with no background of hospitality. They were very mechanical and focused on just bringing the food to the table, but showed no signs of courtesy. Being a weekday dinner, there were hardly three to four tables occupied. There were more staff than guests, yet we felt unattended. The water was never refilled, food was just placed on the table and there was no offer to serve the food. The pizza was brought in as a starter and we requested to serve it later. After few minutes, they just served all starters and also the pizza along. It was not even reheated or kept warm. It lay on the table for a good 30 mins until we finished the starter. Definitely not how one would like their pizza to be!
Value for money: 3.5/5
For the full order including taxes, the bill summed up to Rs. 1985 for two of us. This was after we requested to waive off the service charges. We ended up paying 1489 by using a 25% discount through our Zomato gold membership. Is that a good value for money? Well for the food may be yes. The taste and presentation were top notch. The quality was good, and quantity was also huge. But for the service and complete experience, this is definitely on the pricey side. Remember you should also pay your parking in Phoenix. This is not a place where you could frequent, but undoubtedly, one of the places where you don’t mind spending those extra pennies once in a while for some great food.
My take:
A beautiful café with cozy, warm ambience and some delicious food. The fusion menu is actually fantastic! It reflects the amount of detail and innovation that has gone behind curating the dishes, and the result is some delicious food with innovative presentations. If the food does not impress you enough, the presentation surely will. One of the cafes that you should not miss!
One of the few places in chennai where you would not be disappointed with anything that you may order from their menu. Their offering is spot on from the fried chicken wings to the pasta, pizza and their mains. Loved all the dishes and it was pretty easy on the pocket. Service is quick and courteous and decor is inviting. Definitely a welcome addition to Phoenix and to the city of Chennai.

Nice ambience, a little pricey, but good food. Nothing much to complain. I liked the fact that there was a salad given almost with all the orders. We had the "Just give me a veg pizza", Pancakes, mushroom crumbed, fish fingers and coffee shake.
It is a nice place to dineout.humble staff and the ambience was adorable. We ordered one pizza and one pasta. Pizza was good it was a pan crust pizza. And then we ordered one vegetable lasagne and it was nice. But I don't like the plating of lasagne. They served lettuce and onion in the side but the lettuce was not good it was spoiled. There was no need to give lettuce on side, because lasagne was good.so please take care of these things otherwise it was a good experience. I hope very soon I visit this place again.☺️☺️

Pink sauce pasta - one of the BEST pasta I've tried so far, the flavour hit the spot, the spinach and garlic bread were equally amazing additions
Nutella addicted waffle - served hot and was amazing, though the whip of ice cream which they provided with it lacked richness.
My friends tried Patissez fried chicken and we're a bit dissapointed as it was nothing out of the ordinary considering the high pricing

We had a slightly mixed visit to Pattisez, but there were enough positives to make it an overall enjoyable experience.
The decor is really nice- and that's saying a lot given its in the middle of a busy mall. Their space is large enough to escape the worst of the crowds. The interiors themselves are the now-standard cafe chic. Unobjectionable, if uninspired.
Service was very good. The lady taking our order was thoughtful enough to ask if the burger being ordered for a table of 2 needed to be sliced into 2- a small enough detail but this is the sort of thing that makes all the difference.
We had the brushcetta and a crispy veg burger. The bruschetta wasn't as good as we have had in a lot of other place in town- the flavors weren't delicate enough for my taste, with the bell peppers being sliced far too thickly.
The crispy burger was so crispy that it was stiff. A little overboard here, and again the vegetable accompaniments needed to be thinner sliced, but the patty was good as was the bun.
Pricing is a little heavy, but not out of line with say a Double Roti who serve similar food.
Overall Conclusion: well worth a visit. it feels much like an oasis of calm in the middle of the chaos that is Phoenix Mall.
Starters were very good, we ordered paner, chicken, fish N prawns. pancakes was perfect fluffy and soft. Juices had no sugar in them, didn't taste good, pizza had too many chili's in them had to pick them out before eating.

Had my weekend cheat meal here and the food is too good to have. Our orders were a Nutella freakshake, omelette on a skillet and a chicken pizza. Nutella shake was good but expected the quantity to be a little more as the name freakshake gave us an expectation. Omelette was fluffy and good and asked the chef for the method to make such for my daily protein fix(too good to have a cheat food like that). Finally the pizza was too yummy. Thin crust, saucy tomato sauce with a few basil leaves which can give serious competition for Dominos and Pizza hut. Next time will try their donuts on display and few other beverages too as this time we had another appointment to go. See you soon Patissez.
A place with good ambience and friendly staff! Might be a bit harsh on your pockets but totally worth it! It's hard to find charcoal bun burgers in Chennai and Patissez easily dominates the first place amongs the very few joints - I personally loved the version without pickles, but tastes vary. And for the Grilled Chicken '75s, it was amazing! The flavour was subtle but mouth lingering.
As mentioned, the staffs are super friendly. The TAT is relatively quick and options in the menu are plenty.

Amazing place to have food in Phoenix. The decor is really cool. Having pizza is a must here. One of the best pizzas I've ever tasted in my life. Butter fish is good too. The freakshakes are freaking awesome. A must visit place for sure.

Pancake - Not as fluffy as Gabriel Iglesias, but pretty sure it's fluffy enough to make you adore it. ;) Being served with melted butter and maple syrup, it's presented beautifully by being topped with luscious fruits. I'm down, one of my favourite places to have pancakes from now on.
Salted Caramel Espresso - The mixture of sourness and sweetness with espresso over it, it was indeed unique. Could have tasted better though.
Real Vanilla Bean - Classic. Wouldn't fail to put a smile on your face. The consistency lacked towards the end. Nevertheless, loved it.
About the ambience - Like I have mentioned before, the ambience is beautiful with pretty pretty wallpapers. Felt very comfortable in the spacious environment with cozy seating.
Service - They took their time to get the order to my table and seemed quite moody too. So, the service wasn't really satisfactory. Or maybe, it was their day off.
Would I recommend? Absolutely. Do check this place out and share your experience with me.

Visited the place after a tiresome evening shopping. The ambience is perfect and that's what attracted me the most .. I had garlic bread, Shakshuka masala and a mint hot chocolate .. The Shakshuka was yummy with a tangy edge and mint hot chocolate reminded me off Lindt's mint truffles .. A must try and will be visiting again soon ..
Located on the 2nd floor of Phoenix market city, this place has a lovely ambience. We ordered a burger, the lasagne, zucchini fries, garlic bread with cheese, a veggie wrap and a white pasta. Every dish tasted yummy and we had a very enjoyable time. Staff were polite and although service was a bit late for a few dishes, the dining experience made up for it. Thumbs up!

Dropped by this new place at Phoenix mall for a quick dinner on a weekday night. Patissez is a huge cafe/ restaurant with artistically done interiors. It has a very welcoming ambience, but there was hardly any table occupied. We had ordered for Paneer tikka pita pocket , Mushrooms and pickle pizza and a Michael Jackson freak shake. The pita pocket was very soggy because of the paneer filling inside which was very oily. But loved the green peas hummus dip which came along with it. The pizza was amazing. Loved the flavours from the pickles. Finally, the shake was all things chocolatey with tiny brownies on the top. Overall, a good meal!
We were starving after a long shopping streak and we found this restaurant. Once we stepped in we fell in its beauty. The ambience was really nice. We decided to order pancakes, watermelon juice, and mushroom cream pasta. It was amazing!! The price is a bit high but it is worth it. Do try it!

Main Course - Creamy Mushroom and Garlic Chicken PastaDynamite Rock Shrimps is a must try here in Patissez, Phoenix Market Velachery. Thought it will be too spicy, but it was not that spicy as we expected it to be. The Shrimps, olive, mixed with puffed rice and to add lemon on it tasted so super. The pasta tasted really good, and it came very fast as the order was made. Tasted good and it went well with the garlic bread. Staff here was courteous and they helped us for ordering. Every thing we had was served very quickly and the food was great.The Staffs are so friendly, and they do suggest the best dishes to order. (If you ask them for suggestions)😀

Lovely food, great presentation and warm reception by the staff. Tried creamy mushroom & garlic pasta with chicken.. It had a very nice texture and was really yummy. Definitely will come back to try more from the menu
My favourite was their mushroom albondigas. The banofee shake was little watery. The waffles were going and their cilantro foam soap had good flavours.
A really impressive joint and a welcome addition to the mall, the Pheonix market city. The ambience is good and the place looks neat. The service is satisfactory, and the menu is interesting, too.

Was here to grab their monster shakes and to be specific just for the Nutella freak shake. Having been told as the father of freak shakes oh yeah ! They nailed it. And their American burger is a must try one which is huge portion for two and I haven’t tasted such a juicy and fully loaded flavourful chicken patty so far. So give them a try too.

My hunt to patissez was wating to taste the heartella which is fully loaded with little hearts and nutella! Was sooo yummy nutella and little hearts combo went good! Which all costed around 2000rs and is quite costly but worth it for the food provided.
Prawn and fish grill - 2 piece of layered fish fillets with 4 pieces of jumbo prawn which was not de-shelled. So I had to put some efforts before enjoying your food. The fish was phenomenal and we loved it.
Cavery roast chicken - half chicken and chicken sausage served with some veggies and sauce. Taste was absolutely good when consumed hot.
Eggs your style - can be customised like boiled or scrambled, both side or single side fried. Service with a break and veg cutlet. We Loved it.
On the whole the presentation of all the foods were good and appetizing. Must try restaurant in phoenix market City with your loved ones where you can enjoy some quality timing with good food.
Great spot to spend time with friends and loved ones. Limited food options but good options for vegetarians and non vegetarians.

The ambiance is modern and "interesting". Fairylights in bottles... Geaffiti and art on the walls... Retro-modern furniture... Neons and spotlights. Makes for an interesting mix.
The food is a nice combination of all sorts of things. We tried the Chicken Pizzola Sizzler and the Thyme chicken. While the suzzler was good the thyme chicken was a flop... Not enough flavour. The chef was kind enough to swap that dish for a Basil Pepparoni Pizza which turned out to be amazing.

Recently dined here for a weekend lunch. Despite being Vegetarian, we got good options to pick and liked the food. Though the Ratatouille Lasagna was lack of layers, it tasted yummy. The cheesy garlic bread was soft and good. The ambience was great.

I went to this place for dinner on a weekday. It was not crowded much. Beautiful hanging led lights/bulbs make the place look more beautiful. Wall paintings also look good.
They are known for the freak shakes. I ordered a Heartella, it was so very well presented and the shake tasted so good 😍 and I ordered a “Just give me a Veg pizza”, thin crust classic pizza of choices of 9/12 inches. The pizza tasted great. The burgers had varieties, I had a veg burger and it was a charcoal bun and it was an absolute delight to eat.
Overall, all the dishes looked good and tasted delicious. The staff were so kind enough and humble to explain us dishes helped us in choosing the best one. I would definitely recommend this place and I will pay a visit again for tasting their other varieties.

Coming to the food taste:- Mint condition freak shake was Good but, go for it only if you love the hard mint taste and otherwise don't. I really loved it when it was about to get empty. Spiced Napalitano was the greatest dish i tasted here.You may end up ordering it again if you once take a spoon of it...It was that good and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! They have pastas in spegetti,penne & fusili. I chose fusili for "Spiced Napalitano" and spaghetti for "Go pink" . Go pink pasta was tasted more like the tomatos and it was very less in quantity. T-Rex Pizza was great with many chicken pieces. Mushroom N Pickle tasted ordinary.
Overall the tastes are Good in here and All the dishes i tasted here does satisfied me in different ways.

Well, This place has astonishing interior. You can take good insta-worthy shots and If you are planning to spend time or a day out with your loved ones, then this place highly suits you and to Anyone who wants to chit chat for hours in a calm & relaxed ambience. They do also have an beautiful outdoor seating. If spending money isn't a problem for you, then you peeps will definitely love this place.
If you are about to visit here and avail complimentary dishes by using gourmet passport membership, Call them and confirm whether they'll accept or not. They told they're about to close the complimentary dishes from the gourmet passport.
Patissez is located inside Phoenix Market City and this place is absolutely amazing. It’s super spacious and the decor is wonderful! The food is a tad bit on the expensive side but it’s absolutely worth it. From the presentation to the taste, everything is absolutely scrumptious. I ordered the Quinoa Salad paired with the Pineapple juice and a Cold Brew. The main course was a warm, wholesome mushroom pasta with fried mozzarella. I definitely recommend visiting Patissez for a mouthwatering experience.
It's a beautifully maintained restaurant in Phoenix Marketcity Chennai. The decor is beautiful which gives good vibes. They've good variety of food on menu as well. I tried the Paneer Pita Pockets which I completely loved. They tasted unique and yummy. Do avail great offerson Dineout and Zomato.
Visited Patissez for lunch and started with chicken porridge soup which was creamy. For starters, we had the fried chicken which was really crispy and soft. For the main course, we had the BBQ pizza which was good but the center of the pizza was a little soggy with a little too much oil but it didn't spoil the pizza. Thyme roast chicken tasted excellent but the mashed potatoes were not that great. To finish off, we had the real strawberry milkshake which was amazing. Definitely worth the prize.
The service was also very quick and the waiters were polite. Overall, a good place to try continental food.
