The concept of Dabeli with Khakhra was amazing. Paneer Pizza was absolutely delicious. One of the best places for celebrating birthdays since it’s quite spacious and food is great. Dishes could be made a little pocket friendly! Overall, the ambience and artwork is really appreciatable! Would love to go again :’)

Came to this place for giving my birthday cum joining treat to a group of around 25 people of my lab, and it perfectly didn't disappoint. We chose this place after seeing the reviews and photos on Zomato, especially the ambiance. And boy, it was as shown in the pictures only.

We went there for dinner and had a big table on the 1st floor booked for us. The ground floor had a billiards table, a carrom table, and a chess board among others. We went and started playing, and then it was time for dinner.

Dinesh was the assigned waiter for our table and he was really good, and helped us a lot in knowing the various items that were in the menu. We had a hell lot of items, some of which literally, even I can't remember now. The starters, main course were perfect(especially the kulchas), and there is a huge variety that is available with them. The only complaint is that the paneer steaks that they served were a bit hard, and we wanted to try all the varieties of desserts available, but all were not available, so we could try only the limited ones that they have.

As I said, the ambiance was perfect, we clicked a lot of photos, and the food was also near-perfect. Also, it's going to be a bit hard-hit on your pocket, otherwise, it's all fine.

BFF actually the name justifies the place. You can really spend some great time with ur friends. Pretty soon it's gonna become a restro bar. Ths place has some really tasty food with perfect blend of funky ambience and some games.

A new addition to Alwarpet food scene. The ambience was serene. Seating was good except for the couch seating which was a little uncomfortable. We did not have adequate back support.

The menu had continental as well as north indian cuisine. We ordered Cheesy Fries, Chilli Chicken, Crispy Chicken with Hot Garlic Sauce, Butter Paneer Pizza, Butter Chicken Pizza, Grilled Chicken Steak & Pink Lady.

The cheesy fries were crispy but not so cheesy. The amount of cheese was less compared to the fries. But overall it was a decent dish. The butter paneer pizza tasted great. The crust was thin & crispy and the cheese and butter paneer blended really well.

The chilli chicken was the usual indo-chinese affair. The butter chicken pizza was yummy too. The chicken steak was over cooked and hence hard and rubbery. The mashed potatoes that came with the steak however was good.

The best dish however was the crispy chicken. My my.. The crispy-outside-juicy-inside texture worked out very well. Loved it to bits.

The pink lady was basically watermelon, pomegranate juice with granita. It tasted good.

It was a little heavy on the wallet. But there were some really good dishes worth the money. Service was great.

I normally like place which is not so loud so that you interact with the person next to you . This is one such place where food is also great . Hostage I must say deadly good . Was really nice and calm setting .had a big billiards table in the ground floor and the food was tasty and a nice place to chat with friends along with some nibbles . but was costly for the quantity they served which can be more looked after quantity wise and cost wise but a nice place in alwarpet for dining and chilling

Shout out to Dinesh for helping us choose the best options in the menu!
We had chilli egg, jalapeno cheese balls, tandoori gobi, dabeli nachos (so creative) and masala fries for starters.
Ordered dal tadka and chicken chettinad to go with our rotis and dosa waffle (points for creativity again) and bff chocolate cake for dessert. Oh and the drinks 'good olden times' and virgin mojito' were awesome too! My family and I loved every one of it and would love to be back again for more!

This season of joy and love, what you need to do is grab your BFFs to the newly opened BFF.
The moment I entered this place, I fell in love with it. After which, I fell in love again with the food.
I guess I found my new happy place.
I can’t choose among what I loved the most.
The pizza was perfect with the crust, cheese balls well done.
The mock tails were very refreshing and different.
My dessert pick was a heavenly chocolate ganache and the chaux pastry which was fabulous.
The place is well reasonable according to its standard and ambience.

Ambiance - a very calm place ,the walls are wonderfully painted . Freaky creaky quotes on friends on the walls where good .

We are a group of 4 and we reserve special places for special occasions. Thus an April birthday called for BFF, Alwarpet.

Such a pretty place with kickass interiors. Those bed size couches and fancy bottle like chairs and swings and bright colors and what not..??!! Totally fell for the place.

Coming to food..

For starters.. 1) Flaming wings: goood but somehow flavour didn’t travel to all parts of chicken. 2) cheesy chicken fries: light starter any day. 3) Fish skewers: not great. Just okay.

For drinks... Passion fizz, Nannari fizz and Virgin mojito. Sincere request to work on their mocktails. Virgin mojito was fine though.

For mains... Got two curries Chettinad chicken and Mutton curry to go with our Dosa waffle, Cheese garlic Naan and herbed rice.
Massive HIT. So Indian and Good. Loved the naan and herbed rice. Both the curry were amazing.

Since it was our friend’s bday, they picked the hint, on us wishing her and got her a cake and took us by surprise. That was very sweet and kind of them.

They let us lazy there for a couple of hours and service was top notch. Thanks to Dinesh and Blessing for their kind service. Helped us to choose better and click few good pictures too :)

Looking for a place with amazing ambience and awesome food? Then this is the perfect one. Parking shouldn't be a problem though located on the main road. They've got seating on two floors which includes chairs like swings which are really cool. It also has a dance floor and some fun games. We'd ordered:
Masala Omelet - with 2 slices of bread. The egg was nice and fluffy and the bread here is amazing. I would be willing to pay even if the bread is a separate dish. It was that good. Try any dish that is served along with bread for that matter.
Tandoori Chicken Tikka - my favourite dish. I've eaten it in many places but this one is something different. It is served like a sizzler. Hence it stays hot for a longer time.
Chilli mushroom - saucy dish with vegetables - made in Chinese style.
Profiterolls - A pastry served in 3 different flavours - dark chocolate, white chocolate, strawberry with some sauce on it. It was average and not worth the cost.
Overall I had a great experience.
PS: You'll have more fun if you visit this place with your friends.

It was a great dinner at BFF! They were very polite and the service was impeccable. Cozy seating for a comfortable after work dinner. They kept serving the food as and when we finished. The food was tasty and value for money. Their coco mango Mocktail was refreshing and the ultimate nachos super tasty!!

BFF is located adjacent to OH SO STONED, TTK road, Alwarpet. The place looks very simple from the outside and has a resto lounge look from outside. Now for parking they have valet parking, so not to worry. So, BFF was opened with an idea of making it a resto bar/pub, but due to delay in getting the alcohol license the huge place is now a restaurant.

Ambience, the restaurant is huge and has two dinning spaces, GF and FF. The ground floor has a dark lighting and enough place to accommodate 40+ customers. They have a pool table right after you enter the restaurant with the logo of the restaurant on the ceiling. The place is very spacious and easy to roam around. Then there’s first floor which again is very huge and the seating is very posh and looks very similar to that of a resto bar/pub. The sound system and mocktail bar counter are LIT.

Food, we started off with Khakhra nachos, baby corn salt and pepper, chili paneer, bun maska, paneer bruschetta, Jalapeno cheese balls, Paneer nuggets, veg quesadilla, veg ceaser salad, chili egg, flaming wings, chicken tikka bruschetta, tandoori tikka chicken, grilled chicken steak, pizzas, double Choco mousse, BFF Choco devil, and Trio chocolate. The baby corn salt and pepper was bit too salty. Chili paneer is one dish you need to look out for, spicy and good. Bun maska again is another dish you need to look out for. The small buns filled with butter and green chutney. Jalapeno cheese balls is a usual dish deep fried, crispy on outside and cheesy inside. Paneer nuggets was very oily and simple. Veg quesadilla, my favorite from BFF. Chili eggs, I didn’t try but the dish was too tasty I believe because my fellow friends finished it quickly. Flaming wings and tandoori tikka are items you should look out if you are hardcore non veg person. Soft and spicy, grilled chicken steak is from the mains. Finally, their pizzas, they have two variations, BFF sized and medium sized pizza. BFF size is actually big for the price they are placed at.

Coming to desserts, they have a lot to try actually, double chocolate mousse, the dark and white chocolate filled in a tiny glass cube. BFF Choco devil, chocolate based sponge cake with Choco sauce. Trio chocolate was also good.

Service, the place is huge so their serving time is pretty slow. They are very friendly and knows what to suggest to their customers rightly.

Overall, BFF is a good place to dine in, definitely recommended. It will do better if they get their bar license soon. Their food goes really well along with alcohol.

My rating would be 4/5.

Ordered French Fries for my kid and she seemed to love it ...

Fajita Nachos, Margherita Pizza , Crispy Chicken with hot Garlic Sauce, Spaghetti Pasta Aglio-E-Olio, and Mutton Sheek Kebab

Fajita Nachos tasted good , but they could have more generous on the chicken. Mutton Sheek kebab was the best of all .. Nice and tender with a great spice balance ... Spaghetti was hot with a good hit of italian aromatics .. Pizza again was good , but a gooey cheese would have made it better...

All the drink that we ordered was great except the Pink lady ... It was bland and not cold too .. adding additional cubes only made it worse ..

Nice ambience with good food. We ordered Jalepeno cheese balls and it was impressive; spicy & tasty. Next is the garden fresh pizza, not so great though. Finally, waffle with ice cream. This time awesome again.

Only thing to note.... The restaurant name is confusing with their other one BFF 2.0. When I Google for BFF, it takes me to BFF 2.0 which is a bar & confusing. Wish they have unique name.

Excellent ambience and a nice location with great parking right in front of the restaurant, which is a rarity in this part of town, since TTK Road is such a busy road.

Multicuisine food - menu is not unique, but the food quality was very good and delivered promptly. Wait staff are very courteous and responsive.

Seems like a nice place for young people, but we went as a family and felt very good about it as well.

The wall just by the entrance features interesting trivia about the history of Alwarpet and the names of some of the streets in and around there (the ones with British names, i.e.).

Should be noted that this location has been "unlucky" for any restaurants that set up shop there - BFF is about the 4th or 5th one to open up at that location after the predecessors all folded, one after the other.

Here's to hoping that BFF finally breaks the jinx and survives for the long haul!

Just another amazing place to hangout on weekends with your BFFs. When I stepped the first thing that impressed me was the wall art. We took the sofa on the first floor which was comfy but the back rest was miles away 😜. Starters were then served real quick and I loved their chilli paneer, Aloo tikki burger with mint mayo coz the patty was well done. I then chose penne red pasta for main course which was decent and meant to be that way. Mocktails was the flash, Ordered Pink Lady for my girl and she said it was sweet And I chose a sour guava drink which was GOOOD!

BFF is a month old resto bar which is located in alwarpet right adjacent to oh so stoned. This place is all about having a great time with your friends, I've never come across a resto bar with board games and also they even have a snooker table. I'm pretty sure this place is definitely gonna be the most happening place for it has the pretty cool ambience which gives a great vibe.
They also have a we cool party hall and also a screening area with very cool surround system. The wall painting and the quotes are the main attraction over here also the swing seating needs a special mention.

We started off with jalapeno poppers and chilli chicken, both were good start. The chilli chicken was seasoned at the right level and the meat was cooked perfectly. The tandoori paneer tikka was really good and for a resto bar that serves veg this was too good cuz most of the resto bars won't focus much on Vegetarian food. The chicken tikka pizza was good as well as the penne Alfredo pasta which alone could have had some more seasoning to it.
They are yet to get the licence to serve alcohol and once they get I hope it tastes well cuz the mocktails what we had was a bit let down. The virgin mojito was big let down as it was too diluted and lacked the basic taste of the mojito whereas the pink lady on the other hand tasted great.

The desserts over here are a must try cuz again not a lot of restobars Focus on their desserts. The trio profiteroles were simply the best and BFF chocolate devil was very dense and tasted absolutely chocolatey and tasty.

Overall this is a must visit place to hangout with your friends and yeah also a perfect place that gives the perfect vibe to party

BFF is a restro bar in Alwarpet. Due to license issue bar will be open shortly. Let me say my overall view,

Ambience - ⅘ Lighting facility in some place was dull.

Food - ⅘ Food was good and had some signature dish where you can't try it outside.

Service - ⅘ Pretty quick and very polite

It has 2 floors of dining area. Both are operative now. Surprisingly it has one more floor for private party where it can accommodate 25 members. This place was great and it have home theatre and Bar in it. I love this place.

We were seven and the food which we tasted,

Mocktails:

1. Pickled Virgin
2. Fresh lime soda
3. Pink lady
4. Coco Mango

I don't want to share my friend's opinion on mocktails since they have different opinion on this. But I feels that mocktails were pretty good. Especially coco mango which was fusion of coconut and water. This taste really good. Pinky lady was again fusion of watermelon and pomegranate. Though I never experienced pomegranate taste in it but it was really good.

Salad:
1. Greek Salad veg

Contains five to six vegetables with some salt on it which taste good.

Starters:
1. Chilli Eggs
2. Babycorn salt n pepper
3. Paneer Nuggets
4. American crispy corn
5. Tandoori chicken tikka
6. Crispy Chicken with hot garlic sauce
7. Flaming wings with black pepper mayo

We have tasted everything but I wanna share just few items which I get impressed. American crispy corn in veg and crispy chicken i loved the most. Chicken thighs were marginated with nice masala and fried. This was excellent to taste and i have never tasted like this. American Crispy corn was excellent with good measure. Corn was really crisp enough to have a bit on it. Chills eggs was also good enough spice on it. Other starters were not bad. Baby corn and paneer nuggets were usual in taste.

Main:
1. Butter chicken pizza slice BFF spl
2. Garden fresh pizza slice BFF spl

Pizzas was really good. Thin crust, loaded with veggies and cheese on it. Worth to taste. Dish with BFF spl has some unique style in it.

Desserts:
1. Double chocolate mousse
2. Trio Profitorels
3. BFF Choco devil

Trio profitorels was pick of the desserts. Each Balls stuffed with one of the Tri flavours choco, vanilla and strawberry cream. Rest of the desserts were good to taste.

Service:

Staffs were very friendly and kind enough to tolerate cliche request for all our orders.

Verdict:

If you have friends circle of about 10 to 15 members, to have luxurious dinner and don't know to where to go in city, then you must try this place. This will never disappoint you. .

Another resto-bar in our city but this one is located in one of the most happening spots in chennai. Parking would never be an issue here for both two wheelers and four wheelers. The person at the reception gives you a very warm welcome.

The ambience is very catchy and you would just be absorbed into it. They also got a party hall in the first floor. The pool table and the swings are the main attractions. The wall paintings and quotes about BFF are way too relatable. They got some comfortable seating options to have a good long talk with your friends.

The service and the order processing time was decent. The 'Jalapeño Cheese Balls' and 'American Nachos' are worth trying if you are a vegetarian. The non veg starters were delicious. 'Chilli Chicken' and 'Flaming Chicken Wings with pepper mayo' were my personal favourites. The mayo was consistent and the chicken was soft and tender.

The mocktails were just too disappointing and they seriously need to improve on it. The basic 'Virgin Mojito' was also messed up. I hope this won't happen with the alcoholic drinks once they receive the bar license. The thin crust pizzas were yummy and the pasta had the right amount of sauces in it making the main course a positive.

The desserts were the best part here. Their special 'Choco Devil' pastry and 'Chocolate Mousse' are just drool worthy. The 'Trio Profiterolls' are served in three different colours, a must try from BFF!

We came here on a weekend and was surprised to find hardly a few people in the restaurant. However, the food was fresh and really tasty.

We had a pink sauce veg pasta and butter chicken pizza for main course, chicken wings and crispy chicken for starters, and a chocolate mousse for dessert, all of which were excellent.

It's a perfect place to hangout with friends and would love to visit again.

Another new resto bar hits town and this one's perched at the always looming TTK road in Alwarpet. BFF gives an instant catchy vibe at first instance with the spacing being nicely spread out and it feels like an ideal place for youngsters especially wanting to come and chill. There is an added pool table which is quite an attraction.

The menu is a one big slider compromising of a host of items. The menu is apparently similar to the one in Bangalore and I believe even the same chefs have been retained to floor the items with the same taste. There was no fooling around with the menu and it was good that it happened to be just a single slide with all the options listed out at one place for the eye balls to catch attention. The bar license hasn't been obtained yet and I believe once that comes through, it should ideally be a more happening place.

We tried a host of items especially from the small bites category of which the panneer bruschetta, jalapeno cheese balls and chilli panneer stood out. To be frank I expected a little more from the Khakra Dabeli which somehow didn't appease much. The greek feta salad was more of the usual thing. The Maska Bun laced with a slather of butter is a nice addition and so was the chilli egg which I believe would be a great potential starter especially sipping along with your drinks.

Tried also a shot of one of their pasta and pizza creations which tasted decent but not something to really bowl you over. The service was quick witted and our items kept coming at frequent intervals. The pace didn't drop even with the crowd slowly dripping by. The rates seem on par with what you would expect about a restaurant of this magnitude.

On the whole, BFF happens to be a nice peppy sub urban kind of restaurant which should induce attraction. Once the bar licence comes in, they should be picking up further steam. They also have an area upstairs for party decorations. It's initial stages for BFF and once things start prepping up, the road ahead should hopefully be favourable.

One more resto bar this time it is in the city, near mylapore. So the ambience is great they have a snooker table and a couple of swings. Coming to the food I loved the starters, nachos and cheese jalepneo are recommended. And I was not really impressed with the main course, the pizza could use a little help. The mocktails were delicious, virgin pina colada and the pink Lady recommend. Coming to the desserts these were THE best, the Profitroles were amazing. Apart for this they also have a private Hall for sma parties that can accomdate around 20 people, which has a bar as well as a home theatre.

I was at Satyam Cinemas, watching an interesting movie and, I received a text from my old schoolmate asking me to join him for lunch. [Never ask your friend "where" when you are asked to come. If you ask, you well know the answer is going to be ****** 🤣🤣🤣. Haha!!.. Just Go😉]

Movie with your best friend, followed by lunch with your schoolmate whom I hadn't met him for long, you know? Who says NO? I was super excited to meet him over a lunch and also about the place which he said it's gonna be a surprise.

Well, I was like.."Ahem🤩".

And, this where we arrived finally! To the BFF at Alwarpet, one of the most prime location of Chennai.

BFF stands tall at TTK Road, Alwarpet and "Never a miss" for anyone taking a flyover, U-Turn or for any Alwarpetians🤣🤣

Located at the most prime location draws an easy attention to the locals.

🏚️ Ambiance:

I'm sure it's gonna surprise you!! 2 storey's with a huge spread base - filled in with superb comfortable sofas, hangings, high raised tables, single seaters, centre pool table, long diners, open bar and, every nook and corner with graffiti and sarcasm.

The first floor is a lit. Amazing interiors, huge luxurious sofas and dining, wall art everywhere, dj, open bar and, glass curtain walls to keep the weather out and guests in! You can also host your club meetings with their ample space.

Before you settle down with the amazing set up, you will be having more to digest if you get to visit the second floor unless you've booked. Looks so private isn't?? Yes!! It's a "Private Restro Dining" and you got a private lift to the second floor which is a 20 seater private theatre with the bar❤️❤️

OMG is what you gonna utter over and over when you are BFF!

🍽️ Food:

We were six together. Few were vegetarian, few were non vegetarian while the rest were both with alcohol. And, this what we loved the most about the BFF. It satisfied all six different taste buds!

We ordered almost everything on the menu and here you go,

The Mocktails had a mixed reaction. Few of my friends liked and rest did not. But we all together as six, loved the Coco Mango💛💛. Surprisingly, the coconut and mango so well blended together which I couldn't even dream off!

As the name suggests, the Good Olden Days reminded the "Nanrai Sarbath". Salt, sweet and sour was at its best with the sabja seeds floating over.

Pink Lady had more of the watermelon dominating and couldn't get much off the essence of pomogrante. But that's not an issue though, it was super chill.

The Greek Salad was so well dressed with Romaine, olives, bell peppers, tofu, tomatoes, cucumber, oregano, olive oil and tossed up with black pepper and lemon juice. Perfect! A best way to start your lunch. Super healthy and tasty❤️

For the starters, the starters were amazing❤️ Baby corn, American corn and paneer nuggets were quick bites, simple lipsmacking serves which will make you want more.

The chicken tikka bruschetta with a grilled bread, garlic rubbed, shredded chicken on top with olive oil and salt was a much needed for the day. Especially with the salsa, it felt authentic Italian.

Khakra Dabeli Nachos was a self serve where you got to dress up and eat while the Ultimate Nachos was a heap of cheesy melted crispy nachos. A definite try for the Nachos addicts. Spiced up and crisp!!

Paneer nuggets and jalapeno cheese balls were regular ones. Crisp outside, cheesy and soft inside.

Chicken Sekuwa needs a consistency to cook. While the chicken is raw, the natural spices had to be mixed and tossed around, leaving it to cook under wood fire. To our surprise, it was cooked perfect!! The hot garlic sauce was as an addition and it did its job well.

Ultimate veg Quesadillas had a crisp tortilla filled with cheese and Vegetables which was quite heavy for a single serve but then we managed to have. The tortilla wasn't over burnt which helped to be crisp and not turn black. The salsa sauce and garlic dips were the best companions.

And here comes our favourite❤️, the Flaming wings with black pepper mayonnaise was brilliant. Super juicy, soft, so tendered leaving us to lick our fingers over and over. Infact, we repeated this plate twice and we did not feel enough 😉😉 Pepper helped the spice and mayonnaise to be greasy. It was hot and tremendous.

On the Mains,

🍕 Garden Fresh Pizza
🍖 Grill Chicken Steak

The Garden Fresh Pizza had a thin crust and mandatory veggie toppings with melted cheese spread over. It was regular and serves 2 comfortably. Asusual dish on any bistro and it did not amuse us except for the crust.

Here comes our another favourite dish❤️, the Grill Chicken Steak was so satisfying with smashed potatoes, grilled and tossed up veggies and a steak of chicken with layered sauce all over. OMG!! The chicken was very soft and tender where knife slot through so comfortably. Mashed potatoes to the saucy chicken steak is the best combo you could ever ask for ❤️❤️

If you wanna have the best in class French Profiteroles then BFF is the place. Extremely amazing and highly recommended for anyone who steps into BFF. It was super puffy with filled in cream, custard and layered with trio combinations of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry were classic 💖💖💖

Triple chocolate mousse was regular while the BFF choco devil was a killer. Served chill and probably they could also have an option to warm the cake, which would bring in more flavour.
Strawberry sauce along with choco devil was superlicious 😍

🎎 Service:

With such an order, with so many requests from us, the staffs were very friendly and helped us with our dishes on table as quick as they could. Order was served too quick which is quite a new especially in a Restro bar which takes ages to be served.

Kudos to the lightning fast team!!

BFF is a new place on the long TTK road which has already been flooded with all kinds of restaurants and outlets...This particular restaurant is located right next to Oh so Stoned and is easily visible..with an initial idea of opening a pub but due to delay in getting an Alcohol license they are operating as a restaurant for the time being...

The parking is exclusive and seems sufficient for the place and also have valets just in case of shortage..So i don't see any issues in parking as of now...

The Dining area is divided into 2 floors both of which for now are operating as a normal restaurant dining area just that the first floor has already been equipped with a high quality sound system...The Ambiance on the Ground floor looks similar to a pub with some decent furniture and graffiti on the wall..A snooker table present in the center was the main attraction here..The First floor has more laid back Seating(literally) and also a bit posh looking dining area with a killer sound system...

The Service was pretty average with waiting time on the higher side..Though the servers were kind of polite and attentive they needed a bit of training on service and plating as most of the food(starters) that arrived at the table were messed up due to bad handling..

The menu here is similar to any pub you can find as these items are best to play a second fiddle to the drinks..Given below is the list of items we tried and my take on them..

Khakhra Dabeli Nachos : Khakras served along with a few items like dabeli, mashed potatoes, peanuts, pomegranate and sev in separate containers...Which needs to mixed in and had with the khakhras..Gladly the owner helped us and showed how to eat this...was really good and worked well as a stater before a meal..

Baby Corn Salt and pepper : Babycorn fried in tempura batter and sauted with spring onions and garlic...A bit extra salty to my liking but the tempuras were crispy and perfectly fried..

Chilli Paneer : The spiciest dish of the lot and it was just lipsmackingly good..Soft cubes of paneer is a spicy chilli gravy along with onions, bell peppers, ginger, garlic and spring onions...A must try item for sure..

Bun Maska : Small buns filled with maska(butter) served with Green Chutney..Fresh in butter and smell and aroma of the butter was just too good..

Paneer Khurchan Bruchetta : Small Cubes of fried breads topped with a spicy paneer based topping..I personally did not find anything related to khurchan in it..

Jalapeno Cheese balls served with sweet Chilli Sauce : The Names says it all..These were small jalapeno and cheese filled balls coated with bread crumbs and deep fried..So soft and loaded with cheese and was too good...

Paneer Nuggets : Though a bit oily this was good in taste thanks to yummy paneer filling coated with a crispy layer of bread crumbs..

Ultimate Veg Quesadilla : A yummy filling of bellpeppers, beans and veggies was taken a notch higher with the help of cheese filling inside a perfect tortilla..

Ceaser's Salad Veg : A pretty decent one but well made and perfectly mixed to give out a decent taste..

Chilli Eggs : This was the best dish of the meal..Eggs that cooked in a spicy chilli gravy along with onions, bellpeppers and spring onions...it was just amazing in taste..must try for non vegetarians/eggetarians..

Flaming Wings with Black pepper Mayo : Too good were these wings that were cooked in a hot and spicy paste and served along with a pepper based mayo..Both complemented each other very well and the chicken wings were well cooked too..

Chicken tikka Bruchetta : Spicy Chiken tikkas on a crispy bruchetta..This one was bite sized and good one to try..Served with Chutney which complemented the dish well..

Crispy Chicken with Hot Garlic Sauce : Thin slices of chicken crispy fried and tossed in a piri piri kind of topping and served with a hot garlic based sauce..A typical tasting fried chicken which can be a worthy side dish..

Tandoori Chicken Tikka : a mildly spicy tikka kebab that was perfectly cooked in a tandoor and served with a spicy peanut chutney..The Aroma of the smoky tandoor helped the dish a lot...Sadly found bones in a tikka..Tikka is usually supposed to be boneless..

Grilled Chicken Steak : Grilled boneless chicken steak cooked in a bbq sauce and served along with veggies and mashed potatoes.. i did find a hint of rosemary in it..Was really good in taste..

Pizzas : Tried a couple of varieties of pizzas and i liked all of them..The base was thin and well cooked with a crispy finish and the toppings were generous...They have a BFF spl pizza which is basically a big slice of pizza of choice..Worth trying..

Coco Mango : Of the many drinks(Mocktails) we ordered i was able to try only one of it..Coco Mango was a mango and banana based drink with a coconut...Was chill and perfectly made..

Double Choco Mousse : Melt in the mouth kind of chocolate rich mousse...Perfect balance of the dark and white chocolates filled in a cute little glass..

BFF Choco Devil : Chocolate based sponge cake topped with a rich chocolate ganache..This one was loaded with chocolate good enough to give you a chocolate rush..

Trio Profiterolls : Small choux Pastry filled and topped with white chocoalte, Dark chocolate and strawberry cremes..

On the whole the food was pretty decent with scope of improvement here and there..Also a few dishes hit the right spot when it comes to taste and these can be well enjoyed once they get their alcohol license as according to my friends these are worthy sides to drinks..As a teatoteller i must say the starters were really good..and so were the desserts..other items can be improved a bit along with the service..Having said that this place has all chances to become a happening spot once they get their alcohol license...Good ambiance, great music and delicious sides...

BFF did not dissappoint!! Beautiful ambiance, very retro ! Bang in the middle of the town. Prices are decent..
The food is lipsmacking.. we ordered 3 starters (Babycorn Manchurian, Jalapeno Cheese Balls and Chilli Wedges) all of them were brilliant.. esp the cheese balls.. mind blown. The main course could have had more choices but it was good.. ordered a Arabita Penne Pasta and Garden Pizza Special... Pasta was good.. pizza I would say was little sweet for my taste.

Over all the food.. the ambiance.. the courteous staff made it a experience worth while. Will happily come back to try more. All the best guys.

Just when I was trying to explore new places in Chennai, found this gem of a place in Alwarpet... Few experiences that I would like to share with everybody....
Ample car park space, just when you get in on the ground floor it’s a coffee shop, on 1st floor it’s a restaurant.... varieties of seating place, from swings, lower seating to bar chairs, they have got it all.... They have a place for private parties too on 2nd floor, which can easily accommodate about 35 to 40 pax
coming to the service,attended us immediately, well spoken and courteous staff, food was well presented, tasted really good...
