A really good place with nice ambience and friendly staff ,I went to this place while I was searching for bakeries nearby in mogappair and liked it from seeing their christmas edition pictures in google, so gave it a try , there was so much fresh baked goods , we tried the chocolate and mango pastry alone ,along with cold coffee .I felt my cake was a tad bit dry but dad ,he said the mango one had a really rich taste and wasnt dry, cold coffee was just to my liking, loved it.Wanted to try the Easter eggs though but couldn't as we had to travel soon.
Go to place for my mom whenever we step out of the house... And want to have a simple snack time.... The sandwiches are decent and priced reasonably... The Cakes r fresh most of the time... And they do offer a lot of varieties... Overall... A go to place for just cakes.. but nothing more than tht..
I ordered a half kg mango cake from gingerbread and the taste was just awesome. The cream was so fresh and tasty. Also the mango jelly smelled and tasted like pure mango. It's like no one can eat just one bite and the two of us ate almost all the cake same time.

Small and nice coffee and dessert place. Cappuccino and cafe late didnt have much difference. Less or no cream.. cakes are delicious. Can get coffee and tiramisu here even till 10:30 pm. Bread and cookies are bit costly.

I have been a customer of Gingerbread from the time it started as a single store at Mogappair. I been extremely impressed with the quality and flavour of the products produced and sold there. What stood out the most is the fact that Gingerbread doesn't use any preservatives in any of its products and the owners seem to pay immense attention to sourcing ingredients that are the best, so much so that when I relocated to Bangalore, I made it a point to pick up stuff whenever I drove back from Chennai. Gingerbread has constantly tried to innovate with flavours, textures, healthy ingredients and unique offerings. I and my family are big fans of their products. I have been ordering Christmas cakes from Gingerbread for the past three years and the care taken with ingredients and the recipe has made even my customers ask for more. I guess that's what happens when a former Pastry Chef from the Hyatt, Australia, combines passion and his art, you come to expect a masterpiece. Kudos and best of luck, Gingerbread.

Amazing cakes..Irish coffee was reallyyyyy good ...they dont drench the cake with water to make it soft like other places..the place will burn a hole in your pocket..freakin expensive..rip offf..but yeaa texture flavour really stands out.π

I have ordered for cakes and pastries, they are lip-smacking delish. Best part if you order two days prior they will deliver the cake at midnight for an additional cost provided that the cake weighs more than 1kg.
I bought pav breads and they are on the expensive side of Rs 66 for a 4bun pav, but they were the lightest bun I ever had. Most of the things on the menu are a bit expensive in comparison to other premium bakeries, but they are worth the extra penny spent.

I have been using gingerbread from the day they started in Mogappair West. All their cakes and flavour cannot be matched with any other bakery shop for sure. I love the truffle cake a lot. Kids will always love their chocosticks.
After being a regular at gingerbread for almost 3 years, I finally decided it's time to review them. It was our parents' wedding anniversary and so we decided to try their new toffee and caramel cake. In all these years gingerbread has never let us down and I think it's only appropriate to say that this time too the cake was a big hit. It was simply delicious, every layer so beautifully soaked in the flavour of caramel!! The caramel beautifully complemented the rich sweet taste of toffee ensuring that the overall experience wasn't too sweet on our palates. Although their cake prices are considerable high, I would have to say that they are worth the cost!! Looking forward to having more such incredible pastries from gingerbread!!
I am highly satisfied with the range of cakes they have. I ordered cakes 4-5 times every time different flavours and the taste, freshness, decorations were awesome.

I am from Bangalore surrounded by many coffee/pastry shops but in here this is a Superb coffee shop, with personalised service, Made to feel extraordinary, Friendly service and fresh fare that is simply delicious. Beautiful cakes and pastries that take care of smallest need. It is for sure a Premium Cake shop.

I had been to Mcrennet, Cakes & Bakes, frenchloaf..... but the quality here is very good...I mean freshly baked. I have my office near thirumangalam and make it a practice to drop in at gingerbread every saturday afternoon and grab breads, muffins and pastries. I was also told that their products are chemical free. whatever I like it and buy it. And my favorite are those muffins.
Gingerbread has some really nice eatables in this city. Cakes aren't their only speciality. The breads, sandwiches, cookies almost everything is equally good.couldnt leave one. A 24 hour delivery for cakes is really a great thing to do.. Most shops dont do that. Top notch π Would give the maximum rating. Must try for all.
Bought a step cake for my brothers wedding. Firstly I thought it was quite expensive but later I was really happy with their services. The cake design and the taste was really good. They send me a person for helping me (cut the cake in pieces and placing in plates) it was really helpful as I dint organize anyone to do the cuttings.

what I meant was that they are not only specialists in Breads but in Pastries as well.
I was lucky enough to discover this place just beneath my Gym.
These guys are Masters in making fresh cream cakes with a wide spread menu in hand. Cant forget those relishing moments of chocolate, black current, nutty crunch butterscotch and pineapple flavored cakes.mmm... Simply superb.
Other Items include Donuts and basic bread variants.

A good place to chill and eat snack. Doughnuts tasted so good. I loved the cappuccino as well and that too for Rs.60. Didn't like the blueberry cake very much. Ambience is okayish. Wide varieties of cakes are available. You can call them to place your order for door delivery. Ample amount of parking space available for bike/car.

This is superb cool place to go & buy baked items. I personally love their puffs. Pizza & milkshake also awesome. I like their staff who friendly tells us what is what & suggest us to make orders too. Clean & good atmosphere. Lot of things available like cakes, buns, stuffed buns, bread varieties French bun varieties, sandwiches & milkshakes. They have their unique taste in every items. It's too good to taste. Overall I like ginger bread. Few seatings only available. Parking is available infront of the shop. They also make orders for plus size cakes.

Gingerbread Premium bakers have the authentic way of preparing and serving bakery items. They have wide variety of bakery products with premium class. Well maintained and hygiene. They have table chairs to occupy 10-15 members at a time. Would recommend it for all time go.

I ordered twice from them till date, for birthday cake., and it has been the best cake experience. Their delivery was on time and the cake was exactly what we asked for. The quality of the cake, and icing was yummy. There is no other bakery we would think of, for birthday cakes other than gingerbread. They should open more branches.

Taste , quality and hygiene is too good. Only improvement area is availability of food and their lazy attitude. You won't get the bun and bread that you need even at 10.30 am many days. That makes it not my first choice in Mogappair.
They have the best pastries in town. The bread varieties are also great. Slightly on higher price range but the quality and taste compensates for it.
