This is a place basically you will like to take away your food and have it at ur home. The ambience is not so good and a comparatively small place. But the Biryani is indeed very tasty. I ordered Mutton Biryani. It was delicious and the different flavours of spices made it finger licking. Been travelling across many parts of Chennai, this is the best Biryani in town so far.

Bilal has always been my favorite even if am from a locality that has the alleged best biryani shop in chennai called as ya mohideen...Bilal has always been close second for many years but seems to getting to the top spot for many of my friends from the locality of pallavaram..For a simple reason that ya mohideen is not as great as it used to be...so when all eyes were on the new outlet of ya mohideen there is a new outlet of bilal that has opened right opposite to it...
A pretty small outlet which will serve nothing more than a quick dine in outlet..the ventilation is a problem here with less fans too so you might end up getting grilled in hot climate...but it has a decent dining area of 20-25 ppl which is kind of clean due to the fact that its comparatively new...will have to see how it stands the test of time...
The service is quick and prompt...and servers are kind of friendly which could also be due to the reason of me being a regular here..
The Chicken biryani is the best here..even in the whole locality of pallavaram IMO...the special chicken biryani made with scrambled egg and boneless chicken pieces is even better and the addition of cashews makes it even better..in addition to biryani this place serves and array of other items too..fried rice and parotta varieties especially which are kind of decent and worth a try...tandoori and grill are average ones...
Latest addition being the Shawarma is pretty average with a more spicy and salty version..But it is loaded with filling and is enough for one normal eater...
Pricing is pretty nominal for the food served..decent dining space with prompt service and some good food makes this outlet of ya mohideen worth a try...
This is the new one opp. Ya Mohideen on GST. Their biryani has always been as good as Ya Mohideen. The difference is the texture where the I prefer Bilal over Ya Mohideen. Biryani while it is well cooked and spicy the wetness that prevails in Ya Mohideen will not be there in Bilal. Quantity is pretty good and I like thier Chicken 65.

For ₹200 although a bit pricey, the quantity if briyani you get for take away is very good. They fill up a 1000 ml box. Believe me, its adequate for 2 people. I have no idea about the quantity they serve when you dine in. Also if you order on Swiggy or Zomato you will get only 750 ml box not the 1000ml box. Also ordering online, you will be paying around ₹230 with no coupons (delivery extra). So better go directly and order a take away. Works for me.

After many years we went to this place to have our favourite Mutton biriyani, oh what a wow briyani that was. Briyani was so tasty and the mutton was well cooked. I was wondering why this place was so crowded and later understood why this hype.
Amazing briyani, chicken 65, brain fry and soup. All the food tasted good. Service was excellent and well taken care. There is a wait time to enter but not long.
Definitely recommended place for a family dine in. This place is open until 2.30 am so if you wana go crazy with food this would be the right place.
They have snacks outside the hotel and samosas and bun butter jam was amazing.
They have valet parking so vehicles will be taken care of.
Briyani super taste, but grill chicken is not taste and its very hard and dry. I like mint chutney. Noodles also taste good.

Bilal pallavaram here we don't have beef , we have mutton and chicken briyani, tried combo briyani nice , chicken 65 was also fresh. Poratta is ok.
