Excellent food from Apoorva sangeetha. The mini tiffin has got small idlis, vada,Masala Dosa, pongal and a dessert. The Pongal was amazingly good and so were the Idli- soft, fluffy and so delicious. The sambar tasted perfect with the two coconut chutneys. My request for extra coconut chutney was also honoured which made me feel special.
Good packing. Good food will definitely order again.
Best place for Vegetarian Food. The Sambar tasted delicious😀😀😀. Good food and good place. Pongal and Sambar are the best here from the foods I have tasted.
Ordered North Indian thali. The quantity was enough for two people, totally unexpected. The items tasted very good and there were a lot of varieties - tomato soup, peas masala, paneer butter masala, salad, 1 set tandoori roti, vegetable biriyani, plain rice, dal, papad, Gobi Manchurian gravy,cauliflower fry and lassi.
Giving only 4 stars because zomato delivered the order only after 2 hours. Want to give zero to zomato for delivery but I guess the reviews allowed here are for the food alone.

my everyday breakfast hangout..food is really tasty..usual south indian dishes..i mostly take the mini tiffin for breakfast priced at 99 bucks..they have a nice lunch combo as well..north indian..chinese..ac hall is also available..crowded most of the time..service is prompt..oh pics..shall upload tomorrow..

Food is excellent and the service efficient.
The only aspect that puts me off here are the tip-hungry waiters...they expect something even if the've served only a cup of tea / coffee. Best thing is to ignore them and just enjoy the food.

Whenever I go there, I find that service is always fast and efficient and the food hot and delicious.
Really enjoyed the Masala Dosai, Idli, Chola Bhatura and others. Affordable for a quick friendly outing as well.
I had been there when I was in Chennai ...if you wanna try south indian food you can be there to liberate your lips...they provide four kind of chutneys with dosa which I never had seen anywhere..be there to give a treat to your taste buds..

North Indian Thali was amazing, paneer butter masala was very nice , paneer is very soft, naan was pretty hard.
The paulav and sweet was good, dal was moderate. Thali is very heavy for an individual.
The dosa's were also amazing, fried rice was nice. Had it with my family.
But it was definitely worth it.
Sangeetha is my fav. Rava dosa and poori. i also liked chaat. Masala mik is a great soothing one.

The food was good. Right form the soup to dessert, everything was better than what I expected it to be. I loved the mushroom 65 starter. The food is easily better than many Veg restaurants in Chennai. And bit cheaper too compared to other restaurants. The only things to improve is their ambience. They need to improve that to lure customers. But for people who don't really care about the looks, this hotel is a must try. Loved it.
Nice breakfast, hot hot idly n sambar and chutney. Sambar is little sweet, that has to tweaked to Chennais sambar. Ideal place for bachelor's. Feels like little expensive, than other small joints. Will do visit again for other dishes.

I have ordered south indian meals and chinese combo for home delivery for lunch. Food delivery is very quick. Neatly packed. Meals tasted very good as usual and fulfilling. Chinese combo also tasted good but too much oil. Quantity is good enough. Thumbs up👍👍👍
Ordered food through zomato here..butter naan,mushroom masala,fried noodles,shezwan fried rice..no complains about the food..a safe place to choose.. delivery was prompt.. quantity of the food was very less compared to the price

The best to have here are the thali and combo.
North Indian thali and Chinese combo. Totally worth the price. The Chinese combo serves to average appetite people. North Indian thali is too filling for one person.
The naan isn't great.
Paneer is very soft and doesnt have that south Indian taste. Tastes proper authentic north Indian dish.
Mini idly is just yummy. The idly melts in your mouth.
Oh and the Chinese combo gives you - soup, 2 starters 1 gravy Manchurian, veg fried rice , veg noodles and juice. 1 scoop ice cream. Yes. All of this 😍

Having been here multiple times over the last few months, the last being tonight, I can confidently tell you that it's a very unassuming quick bite vegetarian restaurant that delivers what it promises.
You are not going to go wow and neither one would have to complain. You get South Indian, North Indian, chat and juices. They have both a/c and non-a/c seating arrangement; and they do brisk business all through the day. There is always a supervisor who is around to get things moving for you; that is if you think the service is not fast enough already.
I love the Chilli Parotta here. And all the traditional South Indian dishes of idli, dosa and the poori masala are good too. The Parottas are nice and flaky, however the chappathis are quite thin. They do offer combos such as naan with paneer butter masala.
To give you an indication of what the price is like: today we had a plate of idli, chappathi, 2 naans and a paneer butter masala at a cost of 295.
Ah. A classic. I've seen this hotel transform through the years.
In short: Fine dining for your family/friends.
Elaboration:
Really good quality food. Right from that amazing sambar, to that gobi manchurian, everything is made well. The quality is really nice. There's no compromise over there. North Indian and South Indian dishes are equally great. Eat anything and you'd be satisfied.
The service is also pretty fast and customer friendly. The A/C hall has a good ambience to it with some plush seats.
It's one of these classic fine vegetarian hotels that has stood through the sands of time.
A permanent choice for some great quality dining! :)

This place has just gone from ZERO to HERO. What an unbelievable transformation.
This outlet is just near my Church, but never use to visit it due to its bad customer service, bad food quality which I personally faced in the past.
With no Choice I had to visit this outlet with my family after the Good Friday Evening Church.
Oh Boy Ohh Boyy, I was surprised to see how friendly the staff was. I was happy to see how well they have educated the staff to treat the customers.
Then came my second surprise, which is the food. To describe in one word it was Yummmyyyy. I just can't believe I am still eating in Sangeetha. When I meant Sangeetha the outlet especially in this area.
We ordered idly, parota, chettinadu combo, chilly idly, and few others items. I dont have even a Single complaint. I am very happy with the SAMBAR they served. Gone are the days where they use to serve sweet SAMBAR. Now it's soo good.
This is going to be my regular breakfast zone after Sunday Church. Guys please keep this good work.

Ideal cost effective place to satisfy your hunger with gastro friendly south indian cuisine... But it's located too far even from Ampa Skywalk...

Breakfast...Mini Tiffin!!! Yum...yum...yummmmm. I love my idlys and dosas a lot, so my favorite closest "go to place" is Sangeetha's. They have good food, fast service and great parking, what more can they offer.
Love the food, not too pricey, the location is a major plus n no hussle bussle for parking. South Indian is really good, but to my surprise I liked the chat combos too which they have. On the flipside, staff needs to be more courteous.. Right from the way they handover the menu card to how attentive they r while taking the order, how they serve you food... Everything needs improvement. It appears as if they are v proud that, their restaurant is pretty famous n they don't really care much about you.

Hand wash for A/C Hall might be inside the hall itself! Coming out of the hall and washing hands seems too awkward! The taste was good and service was good! :)
Just reached home after finishing dinner from here, this is the 2nd visit. Food tastes awesome value for money cos 3 adult 1 kid bill reached 480/- only.
But tried something from the evening special menu list-cheese masala dosa- sorry to say that was not so interesting which to say special. But overall good.
Had my lunch here.... Tired their mini Punjabi thali... Actually it was good.... their panner tikka was fine...the dal was not bad... overall a good thali.... service i didn't have issue...a good vegetarian dining experience
They are very classic and served super fast. It was after t nagar purchase and post lunch time. We were al super hungry and tired and was looking out for some space with parking friendly and found this gem.
My lil one was by the time slept n my lap and he would get very cranky of I wake him up, so I decided to stay n car and my remaining family went in. They promptly delivered inside car super quick and i just had great relief as it dint disturb my kid sleep as well. All the food were super tasty and special mention to their coffee!

One of the busy and good Vegetarian restaurants in Nelson Manickam Road. They serve Breakfast Lunch dinner and evening snacks. Fresh juices, coffee/ tea, and quick bites are available.
The food is very nice. We have idly. It was very soft which was served with sambar and two chutneys. 1 set idly around 38 rupees . We have onion dosa also. It was good. Around 98 rupees. There is a separate AC hall available. Parking is free for cars and bikes. Big space for parking.

During my travel in India just for one day I visited lovely chennai. And thanks to my best friend I had nice breakfast in sangeetha. In Abu dhabi I already experience this lovely vegitarian foods and I was very happy to have food in sangeetha India Chennai where originated authentic receipy.
This mini tiffin was delicious and I love the complimentary tea too. Healthy, hygienic and delicous food with great service. Love from sri lanka.
Sangeetha group. Good food and nice ambience. Decent parking not easily noticable. Located before Nilgiris and after Aksaya Bhavan.
The food are all great taste without doubt it's premium. Juice is worst can be improved very well.
