What an amazing place for the vegetarians who live away from the city. You're weekend getaway spotted. I didn't expect the dishes to be so well cooked and served but it was astounding. Every dish was given details and presented in it's best.
😊 Here comes a new addition to the vegetarian scene in city. And this one doesn't fail to impress us with its fusion menu including Indian, Chinese, Mexican and Italian dishes.
Location - this one is located in ECR road, in the same premises of amravathi restaurant. Comes on right side of road when u travel towards Mayajaal.
Parking - good parking space is available inside the premises. And a security person is always available to help us park.
Ambience - it's neat and nice ambience. Best suited for family and friends. Can easily accommodate about 60 people at a time. Its a full ac restaurant.
Food - we started with the lemon coriander soup. The presentation and taste both were wonderful. They were served in beautiful small designer pots.

The ULTIMATE destination for VEGIES...
To a great afternoon!

It's a restaurant located at a quiet and nice place.
We were served with watermelon and coconut cooler as we entered and it was refreshing!
Then the starters and main dishes came in. Also, the service was good and ambience was perfect.

.
Now, I'll tell you few things that are must try!
.
.
First, is the chutney paneer.
This exotic dish by cream point is not only fancy to the eyes, but is a treat for your tongue as well. Covered with chutney, wrapped in banana leaves and grilled like that makes it taste fabulous. Not only the paneer, but the sauce; a mayonnaise based salad was BRILLIANT! Trust me when I say this, the paneer literally melts in your mouth, giving away the chutney's taste and with the sauce, it's simply out of the world. This fusion dish by chef, Mr. Vijay impressed me a lot and is highly recommended.
.
.
Next is the Manchurian Mirchi Bhajji. Another fancy dish form cream point, uthandi. A South indian dish fused with Manchurian. This dish might raise some eyebrows but it's taste will satisfy your cravings for some lip-smaking food. Spicy, tangy and an amazing garlic sauce with it took it to another level. Totally loved it! .
.
.
Also, the Kadai Paneer. I swear it tastes fabulous. The paneer slices are so soft and melt in your mouth. With the even distribution of spices and flavours its amazing! Any paneer lover wouldn't stop eating this.
.
.
.
In the dessert, I loved the falooda and the Gulab Jamun. They were well made and we're totally perfect!
.
.
I loved the place and suggest it to any person.
Never thought that I would enjoy a veg restaurant this much....must try to all....everything we tasted was so good....the starters were the best ...coming to mains I liked their naan and the village combo a lot....the desserts were also so good....but drinks were just average....but this is one of my favourite restaurant now😋😍

Rating
Food: 9/10
Service: 9/10
Ambiance: 8/10
Overall: 9/
It's a easily identifiable place in ECR. For people who love to explore some of the native dishes of Tamil Nadu this could be a good choice. They have a good attractive seating which can accommodate around 60-70 people for a serve . Tried few of there native dishes and was really impressed . If you wish for a lesser spicy menu they have good accomodation as well. The service and explanation of menu is really commendable. A non vegetarian lover would never regret after trying there beautiful combos.
As you take a leisurely drive down the scenic ECR Road, you will come across this eatery nestled in the Amaravathi food complex.
The decor is no nonsense and strictly functional but once the food starts hitting your table, you would be transported into culinary raptures.
Started off with the Lemon Coriander Soup which was attractively served in pottery bowls with lids which when opened gave off a delightful aroma.
The starters as well as the rest of the meal were all suggested by Chef Vijay Danny .
Chutney Paneer was the softest slices of Paneer marinated in a green chutney and tawa fried a la
Polichathatu ,Kerala Style.
Masala Corn Cheese Balls,Spicy Chilly potato and the innovative Manchurian Mirchi Baji were rest of the starters, which were all tasty
The main course items were Kadai Penne which was Penne pasta tossed in a Kadai vegetable gravy,Trio of Naans( Olive,Bell pepper, cheese) served with Yellow Dal and Kadai Paneer, Cheesy Vegetable fried rice,Masala Ghee rice and my personal favourite - Village Combo.
That is truly a must try dish with 3 types of wholemeal rotis( corn,Bajra and Ragi) served with stuffed bhindi and brinjal curries,Pickle,Dal and was not only great tasting but healthy as well.
Desserts are a must to end a special meal and we finished off the proceedings with the innovatively presented Motichoor Rabri Parfait, Gulab Jamuns and Baked Yoghurt served in a jar.
Not only were the dishes presented beautifully ,they were all consistently good and all you hardcore ,non vegetarian fans too would enjoy this type of innovatively presented pure, veg food.
If you are driving down ECR and if you want to try Vegetarian fare albeit with a twist you can just head on to the newly opened Cream Point Restaurant. This is a unit of Savera Hotels, Chennai and is a Pure Vegetarian Restaurant located at Uthandi on ECR.
The menu is quite varied and comprises of fusion dishes. Chef Vijay Danny who has curated the menu has used his imagination and knowledge of spices to come up with an interesting menu and add his signature touch to every dish.
We ordered a Watermelon Coconut Cooler which refreshed our parched throats. Started with the Lemon Coriander Soup - It was quite a favourful broth filled with diced vegetables and quite good.We decided to go with the Chef's choice and a procession of food came one after the other.
