I had two sundaes from CCD. Toffee suprise and cocoa fudge! I loved toffee suprise coz it had this really nice caramel flavour and I love caramel popcorn! 😍😍 Cocoa fudge was sort of ok. Wasn't so sweet.

Usually a Good place for a cup of hot coffee however now a days there are other places coming up good. and they kind a run out of tea more often i don't know why.
they should work on their menu it seems. also it will be better if they don't use the disposable cups to serve coffee until its been asked for.
Its like any other CCD outlet. Had a regular cappuccino a latte. Both were good as always. I have noticed that the ccd outlets in malls tend to serve coffee in disposable cups. I would prefer proper crockery or an option during sale. Its healthier and a greener option for the environment. No complaints here...uts just a preference and a suggestion

Cocoa fantasy - My favourite. As costa coffee is closed nowadays, we can't get the triple chocolate truffle. The substitute is here. For chocolate lovers

Well….most of us know why we go to Coffee Day…Not much to say about this place, If you are a guy accompanying your girl or just a wanderer, you will at times feel bored or tired and might crave for coffee.
Among the various coffee outlets at phoenix, Coffee Day turns out to be the cheapest option.
I’d recommend not stopping just at coffee or tea, do try the various snacks that are available and also the small cookie packets are my fav from CCD.
I prefer a Hazelnut cappuccino which I find more or less the same at all CCD outlets except that some serve in a paper cup and some in a ceramic one. (This one was in a paper cup).
The samosa’s are really good and the prices are nominal when compared to the outlets at the mall.
Overall, CCD gives you the caffeine needed to stay awake and agile while shopping.

This outlet is a CCD express located in the ground floor if Phoenix Mall. I had ordered for chilli cheese toastizza and a desert. Both tasted really well specially the desert.
After a tiring shopping day at phoenix, this is the place that cures my headaches. Latte is my only choice. The place is quite comfortable to spend a few minutes as well !
CCD is not best among choice chains yet it's famous spot for people top hangout. This CCD express is am open one in Phoenix Mall which made it a little cool. Yet this disturbs privacy if you are in need. Menu and taste is same all over their chain outlets. Good place to sit, chit chat after a long-standing shopping.
This CCD express is good. I generally go here when I need to meet somebody. Their coffees and sandwiches are also good. Could have done the ambience little better. This place will always be full during the weekends. Good one for relaxed coffee on week days if u r around velachery.

This CCD is located on the lower ground floor of Phoenix surrounding the elevator at the extreme end of the Mall. This is an express outlet which mean it is generally an open space and smaller than the regular CCD branches.
I have tried most of their menu since one of their outlet was present in our campus (since closed). They are best at desserts. The Chocolate Fantasy cake is just calorific! Choco Hola combines the choco fantasy cake with Ice cream. Dark Passion is my favourite with Brownies, Chocolate ice cream and lot of chocolate sauce. Their Sandwiches are decent and you could try them once in a while. I have tried their Cappuccinos and Frappes which are quite decent. Also try their shots - mango and chocolate are nice.
CCD prices have rocketed like all other multi national food chains with sky high taxes over the top of inflated prices. I have seen their prices double since I started eating here. But worthwhile to try their desserts once in a while. Can't resist chocolate temptations, right?

I honestly feel this place deserves an overall rating of 4.5 stars atleast.
Located in one of the mall's atriums, Cafe Coffee Day (CCD) is the perfect spot for a coffee break.
Positives:
- The mall does not have much in terms of seating in it's public areas. CCD is located quite in the open and offers genuine respite. (Or in my case, a place to lounge around with a book while your wife goes to the salon nearby!).
- Lots of natural light and ventilation.
- The place is consistent with its coffee offerings which is served hot and the barista is very willing to customise your milk or coffee strength ratios free of charge.
- Staff is polite and efficient although they can smile more. Anandhi is an exception here. She is the morning shift barista and has an infectious smile and laugh which is a great positive for the team.
- The place is kept surprisingly VERY VERY CLEAN inspite of its turnover. A special shout out to their house keeper Ms Dhanakshmi who works quite hard to ensure.
Negatives:
- Please be specific when you order both in terms of type of beverage and size. I have sometimes had my bill punched incorrectly and charged a bit more however the staff immediately refunded the overcharge.
- The place has a few flies but I don't blame it on CCD. It's in an atrium and located next to a hypermarket which has loads of fresh produce.
Overall, it's always a nice experience when you are here. You can spend hours just sitting here and reading or take a break after shopping. Highly recommended.

If you are inside Phoenix Mall, you can try this after a long day of shopping. You can rest yourself when the order is getting ready. Food and coffee items are the same as the other CCD. Nothing Special. The person who is in-charge of billing was super polite and even explained the order. Customer service was good as expected.
There is a wide range of food and beverage on the menu other than coffee, the chairs are comfortable and I had a relaxing time with my daughter.
