I accessed this bank for DD (for FRRO related work) and also asked Mr. Velselvam who helped us for DD about the nearby Xerox place for taking a photo copy. He immediately helped us out of his way and took that photocopy which was a great relief. The whole branch is kind of helpful. Kudos to him and the entire branch
My experience with ICICI BANK took an easy height because of Relationship Manager Mr. Karthik of NH road branch, Nungambakkam, Chennai. He made life easy for me. I had been running between pillars and post for the past 7 years.
No matter what, this branch is my all time favorite bank. I have SB account with them more than 2 decades and i still have them operating.

They have 2 counter for cash deposit and 2 CDM . They have nearly 10 counters to help and other process.
