Good food. They maintain their standard. But the packing for delivery was very bad. Need to improve on the delivery and packaging aspect. Otherwise the food is really good. Especially their shawarma.

I visited this restaurant quite a few times, as it's very near to my home & serve some scrumptious Biryanis. They have a dine in place also which I find always empty, but surprisingly their food apart from Biryani is also good for the price they offer. Do try their Chilly Gobi, chicken Biryani, &lasso Paneer. Pretty pocket friendly.
On the way on bike ride my husband insisted me on getting parcel from royal biryani i was not interested at first but on standing there for few minutes i realized how famous they where,
Got naatu kozhi biryani, mutton biryani, chicken leg fry,mini samosas.Â
Naatu kozhi biryani  was cooked in jeeraga samba n mutton biryani was cooked in basmati rice both tasted good.Â
Mini samosas were so crispy n filled with meat tasted yummy.Â
Chicken leg fry was soo juicy n succulent n full of flavor i loved it.
They have the best tandoori chicken in town . All their tandoor items, shawarma are great. The biryani is pretty decent. Don't order the gravies they are bad
If you have a craving for Grilled chicken, this is the place to go. They make their own delicious garlic mayo. The shawarma plate and rolls are great too!Not a sit down restauarant, but if you are a non- veg lover, they are a must - try
"Royal biriyani" not the greatest biriyani in the world but it's good for the price you pay, the pepper BBQ chicken is my personal favourite it is absolutely delicious with the various sauces they give you. The tandoori chicken is a big letdown the quantity you get for the price is sad and I hope they change that. Overall if you crave chicken or biriyani at night you could try this place out, hope you guys enjoy it.

This is another place where I run to on most of the days I have a gravy crisis or that sudden chicken craving! :) . Unlike their Thiruvanmiyur outlet, that serves parceled food only and short-eats, the Palavakkam outlet has a small dine-in facility as well as a take-away facility. Also, they serve only appetizers, starters and main course. So as obvious it can be - you DO NOT get those lovely cutlets and rolls here. :( The place is on the main road (ECR) and does not have much options for parking. Most folks with families that come here, come in to take a parcel and head home. They also do a door delivery. The only folks that come here all the way to eat are bachelors and folks living alone. As far as the ambiance is concerned, there is nothing special about it. It's quite simple and ordinary - so don't expect too much of restaurant standards here! I love the shawarma rolls here. They're absolutely soft and meaty with lots of garlic mayo - they make their own mayo. Other items that are good here are the kebabs, biriyani, butter chicken masala and chicken tikka masala. They also have veg gravies and mutton gravies. I'm yet to try the mutton gravies. As for the veg gravies, I won't, as my cardinal rule is to never eat vegetarian fare from a pucca non vegetarian restaurant :). The items are nominally priced. Would recommend this place any day for a pocket friendly, deli meal.
First of all, this place is very much pocket friendly. I've had food delivered many times and never have I been dissapointed with the quantity nor the quality. I've ate there a few times too. I wouldn't say the chinese dishes prepared here have a pucca chinese style. It's indianized, but I still seem to like that taste too. It's indianized, but in a good way. I especially like the shawarmas prepared here. Naan and parottas are good too.Â

My visit on 06th July '15- Went here for lunch. Ordered mixed noodles, mixed fried rice, chicken manchurian and crispy lamb. The quantity and quality was as usual good. Only thing was, the so called 'crispy' lamb was not at all crispy but was soft like bread covered with masala. The taste was good, but as we were expecting something crispy, we were a little bit dissapointed with it.
The Biryani over here is just average ... But tandoori chicken is really good ... One of the best in town ...

Small place with decent food, only had take away's. Friendly staff and food is delivered fast. Usually have the chicken tikka, naan, ginger chicken and biryani. Good quality food, decent packaging and nominal prices.
If hot and spicy biriyani is what your craving for, this is the place to go. The brinji they give is to die for. Moreover ,they don't mind giving you a few extra packets while you take-out or ask for it to be delivered.
Their prices have taken a hike. Take away's fine, I wouldn't suggest a dine-in though.

Excellent food.....worth every penny....and very quick with home delivery. Consistent with quality as well. Just love this place.... we eat at this more than twice a week and its always been fantastic!!! :)

This place is known for "Biriyani" and its a good take away restaurant and as well as dining restaurant. The prices of food is resonable and tasty too. Lot of kollywood celebrities purchase biriyani from this place. There is a gravy named "Honey Chicken Masala" which is brilliant and I would request everyone to try it. Grill chicken is one of my favorite starter in this place.
Guys this place is a pocket friendly and easy to take away on the roads towards ecr. If your are planning for a long drive to the ecr and wanna have your lunch in the car this place is a rite choice having options of Fish fingers, fried chicks and few other menus are some of the speciality of the place. Food tastes good served hot and clean.
