Visited this place for lunch. The ambience looked good. We were only present on the whole restaurant. Tried their vegetarian menu. Had a soup, sabzi and naan. The food tasted really good. The portion of sabzi was too much for two people. They can reduce the size of portion and price. Soup was quite salty. Would love to try again with non veg dishes.
superb place. refreshing interpretation of dishes. wish more people come to know about the place. never had a bad dish till date. will recommend
nice and tasty food..
spot on delivery.. liked it very much
I visited with my relatives and ordered buffet. The food was really good. But you will get a delayed service especially for starters and main course. Only the soup, mojito and ice creams will be served as soon as you order.
ordered food from kichee's restaurant today.
food:
1)potato paneer boat(5/5) : After reading positive reviews about this dish i decided to try it. scrumptious paneer filling stuffed in potato with lots of cheese, it looked like a boat. There were four ginormous pieces perfectly packed in an aluminium foil box. There was an explosion of flavor in my mouth with the first bite. Gooey cheese with soft paneer and potato skin on was soo flavourful.
2)southern fried gobi(5/5) : deep fried caulifower florets garnished with curry leaves. it was crispy and tasty.
3)shangai fried rice(3.5/5): It is a normal fried rice with a fancy name. the menu description was quite different from the actual food what we received bcoz according to the menu it is supposed to be spicy but the rice was quite bland, neverthless it tasted good.
4)veg pesto pasta(3.5/5): It was very rich and creamy with a nice pesto flavor but it was bland for my liking. they had neatly packed it in a plastic container with grilled garlic bread in a separate aluminium wrapper. the quantity was huge.okish dish.
delivery: parcels were delivered on time. the food was hot and neatly packed. aroma was oozing out of the packaging and i couldnt resist from opening it asap.
final verdict: starters were awesome especially the potato paneer boat. main couse was normal. prices are reasonable and the quantity is huge. Satisfied:)
Always a value for money. All the dishes I had till now are excellent
Not so big yet not so small restaurant which is slightly off the road, however I located this place easily due to their advertisement of 'Epic Feast' where they were offering 30 dishes (including Veg+Non Veg both). Went their while I was in Chennai for my work and got some breathing space after a long meeting.
Being Foody and hungry at the same time, I easily got tempted towards Epic Feast Offer. However I tried only Veg dishes (being a vegeterian)
It started off with Sweet Corn soup, which was OK. Then they served Chilly Paneer, Southern Fried Gobi, Subz Pakora. Chilly Paneer was not very spicy however it was too testy. And also Paneer was very soft and juicy at the same time which I was not at all expecting. Other dishes like Fried Gobi and Pakora, which were supposed to be deep fried however there was not a single drop of oil spilling out of the dish. Both were equally good.
For the main course, I asked for Pudina Roti, along with Paneer Butter Masala and Dal Makhani. There was another option of Kadai Subzi, however my love for paneer made me ignored that dish. Roti was soft and very tasty. Also Paneer Butter Masala was mouth-watering with Juicy Paneer. Dal Makhani was also very palatable. I asked for Subz Pulav which I did not find that great. Also for Dessert I went for normal Strawberry Icecream after they insisted continuously.
The staff was very courteous and very attentive. They did not disturb me continuously with their unwanted suggestion and their service was also good and prompt. Ambience of the place was very quite and peaceful which will help you to be with yourself. Soft music at the background at such place would add up to the experience. Thanks!
Overall experience: 4.5/5

I visited this place for the first time with a friend for dinner, expecting the quantity wont be much we ordered for the Indiana nachos and pesto veg pasta. It ended out to be something we did not expect ,the quantity was super good that we could not complete the dish 😅 I think this is one of the few restaurants which gives you the perfect quantity for what you pay😀 After having a good experience, I took my family for dinner the same week to celebrate my parents wedding anniversary!! So,
Ambience and Service -
The restaurant is located in the first floor , and when you enter you have the wooden finish kinda seating which gives you the feel of being in a resort ,this place is ideal for friends , candle light dinner kinda place and you also have the usual restaurant kinda set up.The ambience is good. The parking is also spacious.
The service is super slow(definitely need to improve on that)
Food-
You are welcomed with some papads and green chutney.
Starters-
Indiana Nachos - Desi style nachos (healthier version) made with papadi, dhal makhni and some veggies.Tasted good 👍
Chettinad Lollipop - This was one dish which my entire family loved, well cooked meant packed with flavours. It tasted sooper good that it was over within mins 😅
Shredded Chicken - This delight was from the Chi-tas section which we loved , chicken cooked in Chinese style stuffed in pita bread was so yummy.(must try)
Panner Tikka - Was soft and tasted good.
Prawn Fry - The Prawn was not that great , it was crunchy on the outside but overcooked, very chewy and rubbery on the inside.
Main course -
Pesto veg pasta - Nice and creamy with pasta cooked to perfection.
Indian breads and curries-
Breads were good , we had the murgh tikka masala which tasted good both the meat as well as the masala was cooked well and was packed with flavour but the Chicken patiala was a miss inspite of it being the chef spl , i think it did not click for us , the gravy was good but the stuffed chicken itself was bad , on reporting the issue we were given some discount on our bill amount .
Beverages -tried the mango lassi which was more like a milkshake tasted okay and the peach ice tea which tasted very okaish.
Overall a good place to hang out with friends and family which gives you a very good quantity for the amount you pay.

(Review totally based on food and service, because no longer care about ambience xD)
Chose this restaurant seeing the kichee's kombos and there were a handful. So we ordered, 2 veg kichee belly kombo ( 1roti/naan, 1 gravy, steamed rice, daal, and a dessert brownie with ice cream or gulabjamun ) and a non veg briyani kombo ( chicken briyani, chicken 65, and a dessert) . Veg combo was 190 and non veg combo was 220 bucks. Totally worth the money. I would request everyone to come and taste here in kichee's kitchen, a place for decent and satisfying dining. All the dishes were good except for panneer butter masala I didn't like it much. Aloo Gobi masala was really good. Daal was fine. Brownie should have been hot and much less hard. Gulabjamun was also good.
Service was fine.
Good experience :)
Food is good quality and quantity
Had a good Saturday night here. The food was awesome starting from soup to deserts.
Gone here through @dineout_india app with 50% off on buffet. I couldn’t take a pic of the main course, the best was the mutton curry with Lucknowi biryani. These two dishes were show stealers.
I avoided the fish starter it had some sort of smell.
But one drawback is that the service is very slow which needs to improve otherwise everything is great.
Food :- 4.0
Ambiance :- 4.0
Service :- 3.0
This restaurant deserves lime light. It's cheap and the dishes are crafted beyond perfection. The Thai prawn soup was flavorful and the prawns were cooked to perfection. The lucknowi mutton biryani was aromatic and yummy. Chicken patiala was out of the world. Onion methi roti was soft and had a good taste of it own.
A value for money buffet.
It was planned for a last one month and made it.
We tried their on table buffet. No doubt food was awesome.
The soup was regular and good and STD green salad.
In starters we had chilly fish, chilly chicken, chicken 65, paneer Tikka and rajma ka dry.
The veg starters were very average and non veg starters were so great.
We loved the chilly fish and tried 3 times. Superb taste.
All their variety of breads we tried and it was all soft and tasty.
In gravy we tried paneer changezhi, murgh hundi and mutton curry.
All these 3 was good and the mutton was high light.
By the time we are reaching main course we were almost full. So we tried only chicken pasta and curd rice. Both were awesome. Lived it.
In dessert we tried brownie with ice cream, gulab jamun, phirnee. All were so yummy and we lived their brownie with ice cream And had 3 of the same. Kids loved the gulab jamun.
We finished with mojito which was a perfect finsiher.
Overall a superb experience and all the above was unlimited and at 499 per person including gst. So surely a value for money buffet. All their dishes tasty except the veg starters.
The only problem is in their in table buffet all the items are full bowel qty. Even if we are insisting for the smaller qty like 1/4 they are able to get it. Like in gravy we wanted to try all the five varities but the service person told us it will behave for 2 and it will become waste. So we tried only 3 dishes. He was correct actually we wasted in the 3 dishes which tried also. But surely anybody will love to try all the varities in buffet. So guys please try to reduce the bowel size.
Lunching at Kitchee's Kitchen
The overall ambience of the hotel was all pleasing to the eye and the service was pleasant. But could have had Tamil or english speakers for service. The seating arrangements outside could have been a little better by replacing the chairs with cushions. (4🤩)
The starters can be rated a little above average. And the soup was salty. But the main dishes, butter chicken and the gravy were awesome. The pulao was average. The naan looked as appetising as it tasted. The salads were fantastic and the desserts, literally took the cake. The mojito and the buttermilk was really good. (3.5🤩).
It was overall a great experience and worth every penny. ( 4🤩)
Went in last week for a birthday treat...One of the good ambience restaurant I have went in recent times...A silent atmosphere and a very good service....Crispy veg was like fire lit and brown ice cream 🔥🔥 Must visit
The restaurant is kinda hard to find and when you do and enter the place you will find that they have a great ambience so quite and with the natural lighting.
Now coming to the food, I found that the menu of the buffet to be quite good considering the price. Let me list out the must try-> the Hot and Sour soup, chilli fish, Tandoori chicken wings, kadai paneer, butter chicken and pulao.
To be honest this restaurant does have a don't try too like all the deserts, red sause pasta, noodles was okay but i didn't like mine.
But the overall experience was good nice place for a date, family or friends get togethers.
Of all the places I have been to in Chennai, this place impressed me the most. The best service, the best food, loyal waiters, brilliant ambience and all in all, the place to be for reasonable food rates. You can have food in here when you're broke as well :)
Service extraordinary.
Do try manchow soup and lasagne in here
For healthy dishes, try devil's chicken
We opt this place for family dinner.we chose 3 nonveg & 1 veg buffet.by default buffet menu is on the table, that made our job easy on choosing items. They start serving the soup, sweetcorn chicken- strongly felt the egg-chicken odour so skipped on having it further & sweetcorn veg-really good.continued by starters, mutton sheek kebab-asked to pan fry again for better taste & all the starters were bland but good.then the main course (Indian-rotis,gravies,rice & Chinese-noodles/pasta) in which the masala phulkha & creamy pasta was superb, roti, mutton gravy, paneer gravy & kadai vegetable was okayish, dal makani & butter chicken was good.finally the desserts(phirni-superb,brownie with ice cream-fresh soft homemade superb brownie, gulab jamun-good,pastry of the day-fruit cake-really good).
paid around 2k for 4 of us.value for money, good ambience, very friendly staffs especially Mr.Vishal who made our visit really a memorable one & easy to locate.good thing is they value our suggestions & work on it.each visit is becoming better and better.sure will try again & recommend for others.
Nice Place to Hang Out..
A Place and Ambiance was Good...
Food : Starters was Best in the menu,
Soup and main dishes were OK,
Mojitoo and Ice Cream is bad, could have better..
A Price Worth able Place to Goo..
Very good ambience and staff. Food is also good. Well priced too! Would recommend people to go try out. Good place for friends to meet and dine.
The sit down buffet is certainly value for money in terms of quality and quantity. All dishes were decent. Must try is their rajma galawat kebab. Service was very good.

Once we entered the restaurant we were welcomed by a sunlight glass shed interior but also has the option of getting into a closed environment which in my opinion seemed congested, the restaurant itself being situated in a quite small space.
We went with Buffett and got our soup and starters (of 4 kinds) served as usual all of them were typically good.
Oddly the Buffett was supposed to be 'served'. The waiter asked us our choice of pasta and bread, then the he took a while to attend to us (Maybe they cook only after the order is taken).Meanwhile they repeatedly wanted to serve the starters again but we turned them back.
But we felt it was worth the wait. There weren't many dishes but variety was plenty. It was a great treat to taste buds!
After this we were overwhelmed by the desserts(this was the best part as they had a bakery of their own).
Overall it was a delightful experience even after the dining as the food was light on stomach(and on pocket too!).
Awesome biryani and North Indian food..very nice ambience..buffet is very good too..a hidden gem but expensive restaurant... awesome ambience
I have a NV buffet with my friends of 7 members. Wow really worthable for money and we enjoyed a lot. Good ambience and very good behaviour of staffs. I. Strongly recommend you guys for NV buffet.
Had non veg buffet , gud vfm resto. Sit down buffet is a good concept for ppl like me who hate making multiple trips in queues to fill plates wen hungry. The service was top notch. The starters were all good . Chilly fish and tandoori chicken were good , for main course had naan , butter chicken and pasta . finished it off with brownie and ice cream .
Food = 3/5
Ambience = 4/5
Service=3/5
Price= worth
The place was nice... Since me nd my friends went for bday treat so we wer only ordered for buffet.
Veg buffet : it was totally non worth... They had only paneer items as major item. With absence of mushroom nd other items etc
Non veg : it was overall nice... With chicken soup nd chicken starters ( motton kabab was not at all nice) except that every thing was soo nice.. Particularly chilli chiken.
On coming to main dishes - naan nd roti was soo good... But it was little overcooked.
Desserts= soo awesome ( unlimited number of serves)
Especially brownie with ice cream was soo nice.
Drinks= mojito was not like mojito.. But it tasted nice..
We ordered Lasagne Bolo Ki Nice, Chicken herb pesto pasta and Shangai fried rice... Quantity was realy satisfiable..
Lasagne and pesto pasta were awesome, they are fully loaded with cheese. Garlic bread also good. But Shangai fried rice was not upto the mark.
Pocket friendly price for tasty food... Real italian flavours in pasta and lasagne.. We will make order again.
Again we ordered pesto pasta and paneer tikka lasagne... Really enjoyed their taste... Loved to eat again and again...
I have tried all 3 non veg pastas this time. Non veg curried pasta was not upto the mark. But as usual lasagne and pesto pasta were yummy...
The food was very good. All the dishes tasted nice. Quantity they served was also good. At the end of the meal a complimentary dessert was also given. Price, taste and quantity are all good. Definitely will go back there again n again
A restaurant with a good ambience and tasty food.We were 25 members for a birthday party and we selected veg buffet. It is on table buffet system.People in the restaurant were really helpful to conduct this party in a grand manner. They immediately acted upon our request and made the work .A big thumbs up to all the members working in the hotel. They arranged facility for us to project our video in the hotel and responded well immediately to our request..
Food had a good tatste .It all started with starters with the hot soup ,Paneer tikka, natchos mixed veg which was really yummy and then to main course. It was stomach full when we completed with starters and main course we had just a taste of all foods as we had stomach fullness. We were wondering why it was such an effect but ignoring it we were much happy with the taste.
It was a perfect dineout and it is good to hangout with family.Money paid is worth its food.Hats off to the hotel workers who made made the day for us!!
Excellent service, good ambience and good food. The daal Makani was really good and creamy! They catered to our needs and were very understanding when we wanted to replace a dish we ordered by mistake. So happy with the service! thanks!
Excellent food , value for money. A great place for family outings. Overall a very good experience and would recommend everyone to try out their Tandoori food and desserts.

Last week I was here great place good food and nice service. The buffet was huge it was my first time in kichees kitchen the welcome was good enough to boost our energy with a great food ahead I think @449 it's fully pocket friendly and good place to have food.I think people should try this place at least once .Keep it up
HATS OFF TO THEIR PATIENCE. + .5 rating for their service.
SIT DOWN BUFFET.
We were there at 2.30... Their were serving us till 3.30. ( pls note that their closing time is 3)
Coming to the food, everything was good. Except that rice in briyani was bit hard, as if it was half cooked and just mixed with masala paste. Other than that, all other food from soup to dessert was good.. Loved their fish starter, and had two plates 😉..
Chkn fried rice was grt.
A good UNLIMITED food for just 450rs!!!!! 😍. A complete VFM.
Definitely worth a try.!!
Willing to try it again too 😋😋
Excellent Food.... everything that I ordered from the soup to the main course was yummy and perfectly made....Keep up the great work...cheers
Can I know what r the menu for veg and non veg buffet bcoz I am planning to visit this hotel . Bcoz I can't see the buffet menu in your website . Pls kindly tell your menu . It will be easy to visit their.
Located on main road kodambakkam, went on saturday lunch non veg buffet...they have a wide variety..chicken soup, masala papad, chicken biriyani, butter chicken, tandoori chicken, mutton, fish, pasta, naan butter naan brownie, ice cream, gulab jamun mojito buttermilk...all the above dishes tasted well except biriyani ..only dissapointment was their service its bit slow..900 for 2 worth a try..going again for sure..😊😊
Potato paneer boat rocks..
A must try for all. ONE OF THE BEST VEG STARTERS. paneer is very soft and fresh and potato is soft. Amazing in the rainy season.
Went for a weekday early dinner
It was an empty place
First time here
Ambience was good
Welcome was perfect
They have both buffet and alacarte.
We tried ala carte.
Ordered
Devil's chicken
Butter chicken masala
Butter naan
Plain naan
They gave a welcome papad.
Devil's chicken was not good.
Not recommended.
Naan and butter chicken masala was good.
Butter is lil more in the gravy.
They gave a complimentary dessert. It tasted good.
Overall the service is of top notch.
Sure for my next visit towards their buffet.
Cost effective, service and quality it's good.
For people around Ashok pillar and West mambalam should try this place too.
I came to kichees kitchen past Sunday with my family. The food was tasty and the service was terrific.specially the starters. I had a great time there.we loved it and we will visit again soon.Thank you for the memorable
I went here 3-4 days back with my friends and had non veg buffet.. It was surprisingly not crowded. I love their snacks especially chilli chicken and mutton kabab.. Service was a bit slow but the food was really awesome.. And then we came to main course, butter chicken was really tasty and butter nans also.. Then we came for deserts in which i had gulab jamuns and brownie with ice cream.. That too was really good..
This place was also good for having long chat with friends.. One must visit and have a buffet with friends or family..
Wanted to try this place after hearing about it from friends. Since it was located on the main road, there was no problem in finding the place. The ambiance was good and peaceful with minimal crowd.
We ordered chicken potli kebab, paneer tikka, malai kofta, rotis and brownie with ice cream. Both the quantity and quality of the food was good. And the price was reasonable, as well. Only drawback about the place is the slow service.
The food was great. Delivery of the food was well on time and also the staff is very courteous and helpful. Would certainly order from this place again.
Been to this place for dinner. Had taken the non veg sit down buffet . Soup and starters were decent. For main course have ordered butter chicken, egg masala and chicken biryani..all of them were pretty good. Butter naan was good too. There was no place for the dessert which included brownie with ice-cream, gulab jamun and ice cream. Overall worth the cost of rs. 449.
Just bumped into this restaurant in kodambakkam.. The space is less but the northindian food is something to die for at this place.. we had ordered for Dahi ki Sholay.. made out of hung curd and worth a try.. it was a very different delicacy.. butter chicken was something which is very difficult to find in chennai.. we ordered it in confidence of the starters which were served.. turned out butter chicken gravy with bones.. however the gravy was tasting very good.. it should have boneless chicken chunks and you have the right and famous butter chicken of northern Delhi darbaar..
All in all good tasty food is served here.. we enjoyed it very much.. they served us with a complimentary firnee.. after a full stomach a perfectly made firnee was jst something one can ask for..
I've been there for the third time now and I must say, the experience was awesome. Quality food at a good price. 200% worth it. Ambiance was really good. Good dining experience. Loved the way they showed commitment to their service.
Buffet at 450 and that too amazing food. Only disappointment in the entire menu list was the pepper chicken fry. Other than that, it was top class. Would definitely make more frequent visits to the restaurant.
The food was really good and delicious...worth the price..New type of ambience, with different types like moderate and rooftop...very good service..do visit the place...
Although I haven't visited the place, we order food from here quiet often and I can't remember one dish that I didn't like, the potli kebabs are a family favorite and always asked for, the chettinad lollipops are a unique taste that you can't help but crave later. Apart from that the pasta and curries are good too....so overall amazing food, very well made. Hats off to the chef

Dinner buffet. The ambience was fantastic. The food was good. The service was fair.
The chicken briyani, pepper chicken, chilli chicken (too oily) was a big let down. The brownie with ice cream was amazing. The price is worth the food though.
I will recommended this to a friend.
I have never been to the restaurant but I order takeout now and then. Absolutely love their wraps and the nasi goreng fried rice it's absolutely amazing 😍
Great place great ambience thumbs up to the entire team.we ordered Tulsa almond soup, mushroom as starters and lassagni mucha with dal for main course for two it was approximately 1000 and also we got free dessert.please do visit the place for great and lovely place.
After a long time, I'm writing a zomato review. After three months to be precise. After a very very long time, I walked out of a restaurant last week, barely able to walk. That's right. I stuffed myself so much that I Couldn't speak. When I eat "naan" at a place, I know it has got me. The food was so good in this place I had no expectations from. I really do not understand why it was so empty. The service and the ambience were completely worth the price. Like I said, I'm out of touch. This review is not gonna be a long one. I would recommend everyone to give this place atleast one shot. It's worth it. Just one note. The Biriyani is Northern style rice (not mughal) which blends beautifully with their own salan. Give it a try.
We went and had chilly garlic fish as starter and mutton biriyani in main course, which is awesome . Service and ambiance is really cool and everything is very neat and clean. Must say, desert is really really tasty . Here the taste of food is very good and didn't find it anywhere and there is a separate touch of chef for the starters and main course. Sit down buffet also really good, for everything I will give 5 star rating.

People nearby kodambakkam must try, and it has huge car parking area..
Based on Zomato review gave a try for a delivery . It was really good and the flavor was nice . They packed it really well. Devils chicken and chicken malai tikka must try .
This place has something had been trying to visit for sometume but being pretty much next door has always been postponing. A sudden dinner plan and we decided to try this. We were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids. Our order included tomato mint soup, a rajma galawat kebab, potato panneer boat, creamy herb pesto pasta, panneer feast sizzler and desi goreng rice. Everything thing was nice. Service was prompt and courteous.
Menu didn't give much options for desserts and we were wondering if we should hear or to some other places for desserts and they surprised usa with complimentary phirini which tagged really nice.
Overall a nice experience.Nice place to hangout with friends and family.
Just that even with good food being served found the place not much crowded even on a Saturday night. Maybe needs a bit more local marketing.
Food was excellent ....really try this place everyone..chicken briyani my best for here....
I love this place...service good...but not excellent....
Deserves better reviews and visibility!!!
A very silent and discreet place you would hardly notice from the road...
Reallllllly good quality, innovative and decently sized portions of food
Service is good too...
Humble ambience
A very good neighbourhood restaurant in Kodambakkam/AshokNagar areas
👌
Its my brother's wedding anniversary. Been there for dinner. Ordered a pineapple cake, the cake if fresh and it tasted good. After cake cutting, ordered the starters potato boat, chilli prawns were delicious.
Mutton kebab was too spicy and ok in taste.
Then comes the fish sizzelers oh my god it is large in quantity but tasted good. The nan in sizzeler were rubbery. Then methi onion roti with panneer subji was too good.
Atlast the complimentary dessert tasted wow.
The mango lassi is ok type not upto the expectation
Kichees was in my hit list for a long time based on the reviews here. Went for dinner tonight with my better half and we were not disappointed. Infact we felt good after our meal.
We hit the restaurant bang at 7 pm for a early sunday dinner and as expected there was no one and we were the only souls throughout the meal. The waiters were courteous enough to welcome us with a complimentary paid and green chutney.
Badan tulasi shoba was super hot and tasted nice. Perfect medico for a running nose. It was creamy too.
Going by the reviews we went for the safe choice potato paneer boat for starters. It was super awesome and very filling. Take it from me, this just fills 40% of the tummy for two.
Extra mileage sizzler for main course was OK. Had the peas naan which was decent. Malai kofta was super creamy but the kofta was hard. The kebab in the sizzler was edible and the smoked potato stuffing was nothing much to complain about.
We werent surprised by the complimentary dessert they gave since we pretty much expected that based on the reviews. They got us a phoenix after i asked if there was anything from their menu for dessert. We were flattered by their service.
They did offer us another 15% discount for axis Bank card as per their promise.
Total check turned out to be Rs 523/-

Coming to the Food,
We ordered Tulsi Badam Soup, which was very very watery, that had no sign of Soup's thickness and flow! Tbh, it had the consistency of milk! Was totally upset with that! But the main dishes compensated it totally!
Paneer Tikka Lasagna ❤️ Was layered with paneer pieces and lasagna sheets! Worth 200 and odd bucks👍🏻
Paneer Feast Sizzler - Tasted yumm but the quantity of rice, 2 quarter pieces of Naan and paneer gravy were too less for their pricing!

Late brunch was the order of the day when I went here... 12 noon!
As expected the place was desserted. They had just opened. Nothing too fancy about the place. But a nice pleasing ambience.
We ordered the stuffed mushroom and the potato paneer boat.
The SM was absolutely delectable. Lip smacking. Very well skewered and roasted too.
The boat was a heavy one. Tasty too. A nice dose of tandoori sauce with paneer and a well seasoned potato boat. Loved it.
Knocking .5 for the service charge in the bill. Good service though!
A must go!
Went for an online order and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Curry pasta and malabar curry were delicious. Having this fulfilling feeling after a long time with outside food. Thanks!
I had lunch at this fabulous hotel last weekend with my collegues.Dishes like Chicken tikka and chicken lollipop were Tasty. Chicken biryani and butter chicken masala were delicious. Desserts such as brownie with ice cream was mouth watering at the end in this good atmosphere and the service are satisfactory for the customers.
Like to have Good Party, Come to Kichees Kitchen, which is located in Kodambakkam.Kichees Kitchen is a perfect dining restaurant.
dahi ke sholey - Just like cheesy bites,
Potato Paneer Boat - Paneer lovers will definitely enjoy , the taste was so delicious, crispy potato layer.
Paneer Tikka - It was too heavy after having the Dahi ke Sholey & Potato paneer Boat, But you can't leave it, food is heavy because of Taste.
Veg Pasta - Settle down with a comforting bowl of creamy pasta. the taste was just awesome.
shanghai veg fried rice - A Chinese fried rice rexcipe, is all time favorite among children, Perfect Masala & spice, extra flavour with spring onion is simply superb
Mushroom Gravy- Mushroom is a very delicious, flavorful, Indian style dish.
Finally we were thanked with a complementary Dessert, It was also tasty, yummy, delicious
Would recommend you to visit the Best Restaurant.
Kokkaroko a new restaurant in Kodambakkam and it is going to be a best place for all Chettinad fans. This place is located when you take right from dr. Ambedkar statue on d way to Kodambakkam.
visited this place for dinner, started with soup (Kokkaroko kozhi rasam) taste of the chicken in rasam was just awesome 😍. then Jamun soda (based on navazhel pazham). started with Kada fry (Deeply fried in oil), then Gunturs prawn masala (Andhra style prawn masala with perfect spice level for the name). Tried Madurai bun parotta ( soft parotta mixed with salna made it soft was mouthwatering) also tried coin parotta from same parotta family. Since, I was so much satisfied with soup, starters and mains. I went on to try desserts (They had 6 dessert from the menu). Menu contains 1. coconut saffron pudding 2. black forest akkarava 3. rose falooda 4. panchamrutham Pudding 5. Tirunelveli halwa with ice cream 6. pomegranate payasam, all the 6 desserts are available only in this place. The Best desserts fusion in Chennai. Overall very food experience with the food i was served.
About the staff working, I personally wanted to say thanks for entire team for making my dinner a perfect dinner on year-end. The staffs was very very friendly, started to explain how the chef with creativity make new dish and how the disk thats on menu card was made. the way they explained made me go crazy 😁.

Excellent food and great value for money in the Sit-down buffet @ 399 for Veg and 499 for NV (incl of GST). Whatever served as part of the buffet we had was very good!
But going there on a Friday afternoon, we were puzzled that we were the only group in the entire restaurant.
The best budget buffet in chennai.yet to pick up a fan following but really really amazing .the dine in concept for buffets ensured that the food was hot and fresh ..... really really really loved the place
PS : I don't have any personal relationship with the guys but became a fan after visiting them
Visited this restaurant when it was almost closing time, still all of them were patient enough to take the order and wait till we enjoyed our peaceful dinner. Quiet and pleasant ambience on such a rush road. Food was yummy and absolute value for money. Way to go kichees.
Taste is awesome and homely. I took the veg thali for rs 149. It came with parotta, rice, welcome drink, kootu ,poriyal, vatha kuzhambhu, sweet, podi and pickle choices etc. Kootu was my favourite. They give panagam made with palm jaggery which gives unique taste than adding jaggery. I would suggest they add one more vegetable than serving only one poriyal. It was a busy day and the service was not good. They made us to wait just for the rice almost 30 mins. If there was no rice they should have not taken the order or informed earlier about the wait time. Waiting with half filled tummy was really bothering. My partner ordered biriyani which came as bad. Reordered wheat parotta then. Overall taste is the best. Service has to be improved a lot more to be in this market.
This restaurant is new and the waiters are patient enough to take orders and they serve very good . The food is also unlimited food for 500 rs . And tasty north Indian aswell as south Indian food available .( Phirnee) should try as dessert .
Food tasted good. Not comfortable with this sitting buffet thing. All items in the menu were not served on the table. Whatever was served was tasty.
Tried their sit down buffet .. Initially they took relatively more time for preparation but it was worth wait .. Delicious food .. Enjoyed our dinner
The starters are impressive.. but they must work on their gravy and desert items... Altogether it is a good place to hang out and also to satisfy ur stomach 😋
