First time ordered beef Kothu Parotta.
The taste is divine and I never had that taste of beef with parotta. Finally felt blessed with my lunch today.
If you're a beef and parotta lover, you can blindly trust this restaurant.. I assure your tastebuds will burst when you eat beef kothu parotta. So tendery, not so dry and hard beef.. It was perfectly cooked.. Thanks for giving such a experience.. One of my favorite restaurant for beef ππππππππ
Had beef and kappa. Taste great. Love the food and one of the best restaurant which have Kerala food. Will try again and order some other dish too.

Been here many times. My favourite is Egg Kothu Parotta, Ghee Parotta with Chicken gravy. Good Kerala style restaurant i can say. Taste is not compromised. MUST TRY restaurant. Not highly priced too.
Adipoli. I suggest you have their famous Crispy beef 555. My ex gf suggested me this and coz of this i feel so lucky to have dated her. This restaurant has been maintaining its ultimate standard for the past few years silently and has always been on people favourite list. The price is affordable but the ambience makes it a little sad.
The restaurant is awesome.parotta and Kerala chicken curry are the best in the place.mushroom 65 was awesome.NEVER TASTED beef but everyone says it is the specialty. Wish to eat more

We went to try Shawarma on a Sunday evening and that outlet was closed.So we planned to try here just for Parotta & Beef Curry.My friend had many times from here so without thinking much finalized here.
Parotta & Beef Roast ,what could needed for a sunday evening..It got served within 10_15mins after placing order.
Parotta was big and fluffy and the beef roast was superb with awsomatic smell. Tried my first bite and i could taste the spices in that roast curry .It was a good try here and will definitely try more here soon.

Went here with my friends on a Friday and I am glad I did everything from starters to dessert were authentic. You could actually smell the coconut oil from the dishes. The taste was very close to what you will get if you were to actually go to Kerala. Since I have been to Kerala many times I know this is authentic food. This is highly recommended for people wanting a taste of Kerala cuisine.

A very normal hotel ambiance, nothing impressive at all. Service is quiet bad and dishes take too long to arrive.
Mushroom Soup and Sweet Corn Chicken Soup- Boycott soups here, completely! Worth nothing.
Kerala Chicken Fry- A chicken-coconut fry, fried in coconut oil. Good choice and good taste.
Chilly Beef- Was good, especially the Masala.
Ayila Polichathu- Again, decent fish fry with oil and lot of vegetables.
Prawn Schzwan Fried Rice- Very mediocre.
Beef Biriyani- One of the least delicious Malabar Biriyani I have ever had.
Chicken and Egg Kothu Parotta- Okayish.
Bill came to βΉ1k. So, not too tasty a meal. But economical. Ideal place to gorge food when hungry, especially for Mallus.
Nice food to feel light and its looks really Kerala type dishes ..

I went for lunch here... Here fully authentic Kerala based foods... I tried the Kerala style briyani...but not good taste for briyani lovers... It smelled like vennila flavor..... I tried Kerala chicken π curry with 3 chappathi... Kerala chicken curry π is hot and very spicy... It is fully cooked in Kerala style... Chicken is well cooked in curry... Chapatti also soft and good ... Ambience is good... Service also good... Those who want try the Kerala type foods ... They can prefer... Here beef is special one and briyani too.. π π π

Very close to my office. Almost,every alternate Friday, I hangout here. The orders are simple.
Paratha, beef ularthiyathu and chilly beef. Sometime, we order kothu paratto. No disappointment. In Chennai, I have never seen paratha as soft as here. Budget friendly. If you are not worried about ambience definitely try the menu mentioned above. Parking will be a concern on that stretch.
Kottaram is exactly opposite to the RMZ building. It is small in size and ambiance is nothing home to write about. Parking is kind of an issue since it is in the busy MGR with numerous offices. Kottaram offers Kerala cuisine. Appam with vegetarian stew is something I prefer to have here. Fish fry too is something you have give a try. It is pocket friendly as well
the people served with a smile! I had gone for meal but since it was a weekend they offered birayani. The biryani was very different from what i have had and was made in pure Kerala style and i had enjoyed it. they had also given a butter chicken as i had for something non spicy and it was very good, the butter chicken was very well made and was very creamy, never have i had a butter chicken like that.
I have always had a Complaint that chennai doesn't have good parathas and this place proved me wrong..
You get amazing parathas and beef curry here.. As the shop is mainly for Kerala cuisines they have a lot of option for non vegetarians that includes beef and sea foods too.
The options for vegetarians are limited though. Great food with value for money.
I was trying to order my food from this place since last 3-4 days, but they were short with staff to deliver the food. Today, me and my friend visited the place for dinner.
The place is opposite to business parks and stays occupied. Luckily we got seats for two and settled down with the menu book.
I had puttu and Kerala chicken curry and my friend ordered 2 egg upams.
I never expected the taste would be so good.
Basic sitting arrangements with average ambiance the place serves the best food.
A place to visit often as the taste will tease you.
I enjoyed my meal, not only filled my hungry stomach but also filled my hungry heart.
The cost for two was astonishing. As my friend quoted, " This is probably the cheapest and the tastiest dinner we had till date".
I love this place and surely taste each item on the menu book.
The place is quite small but very busy and operates at a fast pace. Vegetarians have a very limited choice in the menu and the ambiance can be quite disappointing!

Ever Since I noted that they serve beef Biriyani from their menu put up here, Kottaram made it to the top of my wish list. So eventually this week I made it here for lunch. The shops green board in stark contrast to the red board of superstar pizza located near kg360 park is hard to miss.
The place is small , but it is clean. Walking in the scorching sun I was wondering if such a hotel had Ac else I would find it difficult to eat the hot Biriyani. To my pleasant surprise , it did have AC though the AC was switched off at the time I was in, it must have been on for a while as it was cool inside.
What I had here:
Beef Biriyani of course - a bed of rice on a spicy and generous serving of beef. The Biriyani is bland , but the spicy beef makes up for it. It is served with an egg , lemon pickle and raitha. I was happy to note the egg as nowadays the modern Biriyani places has strategically omitted the egg from their non vegetarian biriyanis.
Beef roast - this was not dry as I expected from the name. But it was spicy and delicious. The taste of this masala did take me back to the days of my grandmother cooking in Alleppey. The potion was generous and can easily serve 3 medium eaters.
Lemon juice- had this to wash off the spiciness. No comments on the taste . It is just like how a lemon juice should be though it is slightly more on the sweeter side. I did not get complicated question like if I need it sweet or salty π.
If you wanna have some authentic non vegetarian Kerala cuisine made by nammude mallus then head here. I am sure you wouldn't be disappointed , but do not expect too much ambience except for the basic cleanliness which is well maintained

Well this Friday we had a guest at our house, a malayali to be exact, and we had planned for drinks... So kottaram seemed to be the perfect option for us. We bought Kerala chicken curry, Kerala chicken masala, Dry beef fry and Prawn masala curry- 1 each.
We were 4 people and I felt it was pretty cheap. The prawn and beef were too good. Delicious!! Looking forward to try other dishes as well.
An authentic kerala restaurant. And trust me its very very good,
One thing which was amazing was their Syrian Beef Fry.. Simply AWESOME...

It's a small authentic Kerala restaurant in MGR salai and whenever I crave for beef that's the closest place from my office. I have been there few times now and the order usually includes Parotta with Beef and masala omelette and they have never disappointed us.
TIP: If you are in and around the place, dine in and try out their beef.

BOTTOM LINE: Good Service. Good Food. Decent Ambiance. Slightly Expensive.

My favorite spot to dine in just opposite to my office though it doesn't have parking space & ac is too mild it is bareable for its taste...... I have never tasted Kothu parotta in any other place as such in Kottaram... You can try the chinese fried chicken its delicious over all you can have a delicious food in reasonable price.
Having exotic malayalee breakfast at an authentic Kerala restaurant would gratify the food enthusiastic soul. I had one such experience at Kottaram in Perungudi near my office. The interiors are pretty ordinary. The taste of the of the food though is authentic. Puttu with scrapped coconut with Kadalai curry gives a true Kerala flavour. Before Onam sadhya I really enjoyed this preliminary experiment.
Bang opposite office, i love this place for the Egg Biryani they serve. Extremely fattening, but i guess its okay once a while to lift up your spirits.
Also tried the veg meals here with brown rice.. pleasant food.
The service can be a trouble sometimes since its accessed by so many of us running in a hurry, and a decent place.
P.S : u need to carry a whole lot of tissues to get all the oil off ur hand!! :-O

Most of he floors belong to temenos who appears to be global leader in banking software. Construction is neat ! We are on the 7th floor and much ventilated place and good for setting up office
