I was suprised by the quality and service provided here. We got cutlet , tea , mushroom dosa, pani puri, appam and kadala curry all of them were perfect. Special mention to the sambhar which was exceptional.
Good quality fresh sweets and snacks are available here. Situated just beside the IIT gate near Gandhi road bus stop. One can try Dhokla here.
It’s just beside the vellachery IIT gate, the quality of the sweet is really good. It feels fresh. You can dine there with a very tight space in ground floor. You can get readymade packets with multiple stuffs for functions really quick. The packaging is top notch. But thing is you may feel the stuffs are overpriced. And I really got disappointed when they served me 1 piece BOONDI LADDOO for ₹30 . That was beyond my expectations.
If you are a sweet lover this is the place for best Bengali sweets.
Dahi samosa chaat, kaju pakoda, onion pakoda and rasmalai are worth a try. Paniyaram is great too, complimented with tomato chutney. One should try their coffee also.
I actually went here to eat samosa coz when I ordered, I liked them. But the day i went there it was not like i ordered but good though. Tasty stuff is around this place. Must give it a try

Food is good especially thattu idli and some of the staffs are friendly and helpful. Few other staffs are rude. But the ambience is poor because of the IIT crowd that are without any common sense or common manners. They are so soooo loud and behave so cheap and they don't seem to have any concept of public place, talking all kinda silly stories so loud making the restaurant noise polluted
which makes you wonder how such literate idiots got into IIT in the first place 🙄😡.
When we spoke to the management they also acknowledged this crowd doesn't behave well even when the management advises them on common manners. Looks like they're threatening the management with bad reviews 😑. LOOKS LIKE THIS IS THE STANDARD OF OUR NEXT GENERATION SMARTIES ??!!!🙄🥴..

Chiratta Puttu with kadala curry is worth trying. Appam also was good. Idli was average.
The sweets served are good, service is also okay. But the chatpata chats, spicy south Indian food items and especially delicious dhoklas are served the best. It has a beautiful sitting area where one can have tea/coffee in calm and look outside of the grand window towards the moving traffic.
Sweets are of good quality. Mixture is tasty. Samosa is also fine. We can get bread and limited bakery items also. Some sweets have discount also
Good place for snacks and sweets. Chaat items are available between 04:00-10:00pm only. Limited seating arrangement but taste is good. Try their puttu (dish), you may like. Pure veg dining. Recommended for friends.
Amazing place to have a decent Madhura food.. Tried dinner here it was amazing, can feel the traditional taste of Madhura here.. must try place.. Need to give a try for chat, beverage and snack.. Parking was comfortable
