Wonderful biriyani flavours. Consistent taste. Chicken 65 is juicy and full of flavours. Highly recommended Kollywood Kitchen for their sumptuous mutton and chicken biriyani.
Good food
Was staying there in the cine city hotel so went there for food. Breakfast was good like chutney v much.
Dinner had tanghadi kabab which was good.
Even mutton roganjosh was v nice, meat was soft n juicy.
Just accidentally went in for lunch. I was afraid because none of my friends had ate here before. The mutton biriyani was awesome, better than other branded biriyani outlets. The mutton pieces served were also more. The onion with curd was really soo fresh. I was the only person in the restaurant. It was a very calm and quiet atmosphere. The settings were good. The value for money is great.
I have always wanted to eat at Kollywood Kitchen as the logo was catchy with the big mush and the glasses!I went there with my friend on saturday for lunch and found the place nice and neat, nothing fancy, but decent. My friend ordered reshmi paneer tikka, which was pure yum. We ordered south Indian thali which was good on taste and plenty to go by. Will definitely go again!
It was my work anniversary yesterday and I decided to treat my friends at Kollywood Kitchen. Though the restaurant looks small from outside it can easily accommodate 25-30 people at a time. The staffs were very courteous and accomodative to all our special requests.We started off with sweet corn soup which was a hit among all of us as it had very good tasting corn kernels.Their " lemon chicken tikka" I would say is their specialty and is a MUST TRY. They served a good variety of rice unlike basmathi rice that is being served in most of the restaurants. Overall the experience was very good and definitely not a pinch in the pocket.I would gladly recommend it to all my friends.
I've eaten three times at "Kollywood Kitchen," a relatively new restaurant in Chennai, and have had exceptionally good meals each time. Although small, the restaurant is reasonably attractive with many Chinese and Indian food on the platter. The menu is standard but they will make you special dishes on request which makes this restaurant special.
Best in its locality - kodambakkam. Perfect ambience, great food. Especially when the mutton and south indian fish gravy are served, maybe that is how heaven's kitchen smells like. Perfect place to have dinner.
