Food was really good.. but had to wait for sometime. May be online orders are taking priority. But the ambience and facilities can be better. No where near how pizza hut ambience used to be.

It was a takeaway order. If you walk-in to the restaurant youβll get better deal than ordering online. It seems they change deals every week. As usual good.

Authentic Pizza hut outlet, well built internal design and structure ,good service, clean and well maintained , but service charge was higher than expected , the bell system(to indicate type of service offered like good or bad ) is a nice technique , overall good experience.
went in to try their stuffed crust pizzas since they were providing some discounts on it. Also it is near my work place and had a good time with the overcheesed pizzas wil some liquid cheese on it. Chocolate cake was good which is new i their menu. Same like dominos cake but it is bigger and better.

Situated in a good locality of Arcot Road, this place holds a good place for pizza lovers. I was aware of the place before since it is here for a long time. Good service, coupled with good food. Taste is fine and price is OK. Value for money is acceptable.
Clean brightly lit, well spaced out tables welcome you. Service is friendly and food is good. Not as rich as other big places, pricing is well worked out. Not too expensive. Parking is a always a challenge here.
This restaurant never gives your pizza on time. But the last time I gave them a chance, the delivery boy rang my bell before 30 minutes. If you can make the delivery on time the pizza would definitely be good. The taste was fine as if you are having food at the restaurant. Will be give you people one more chance.
Always been my favourite place for hogging a pizza. The fine dining concept is nice but not much professionalism. Quality has always been good even though the pricier side. Will visit again and again
We called the restaurant around 11 pm after a movie and shopping, enquired for Dine in. They accepted us as the last customer and we went in almost after closing.. They understood our need since we had 2 elders and a kid with us. The options were less since they already closed for the day..
Manager directly served our food and made sure we were given everything they had available. We would appreciate the service and thanks to the kitchen person who made the food for us.
Food was never a disappointment here... No special service to be mentioned, but the speed of service, taste of food gets a high five.
Availability of all food in the menu is a opportunity... Many a times the food we order might not be available.
A low lying place, under rated I would say. Any given day, there pizzas wil taste good. Been there number of times, service would not be that good. You won't be taken care of like in a great place. But pan pizza and basic service is one thing you will get satisfied.

We can have a casual service and the glass ambience is a beauty which i like from my school days.
it is one of the old places around , never changed , same ambience , now actually the place has become dimmer than it use to be. A olot of other happening places came around now and this restaurant is holding its fort if not for a super one. Food is good, pizzas were tasty , chicken wings were baked to perfection. Might need some improvements on ambience and Service.

Food was good, ambience with stairs inside the dining area was looking great. This place is the same for pretty long time.
Service definitely needs improvement but was not questionable.

Went seeing there message about unlimited pizzas Friday this morning and I was the 1st person to be.
Chose non veg option and extra cheese bread and Pepsi.
Garlic bread was okayish and chicken tikkapizza was good.
They kept filling Pepsi until I said no.

Ordered through zomato, delivery was given in 45 minutes, they said my house is far and traffic is high at night. They gave me a considerable discount on Bill without me asking for.
Now coming to pizza., medium Paneer pizza was tasty and warm.
Garlic bread was good and sticks were neatly cut.

I guess nothing to write specifically. All items are great. My current favourite is the Stuffed crust pizza and truffle cake. It is awesome! Their delivery is also great. I got my food before time.

Came for having food and was suggested that they have a offer of 50% discount if we opt for take away. Can't resist...took a tandoori paneer and country fresh pizza..

I was not sure of going to any restaurant post GST came into existence. Then came to know that there are few restaurants whom had their taxes reduced post GST. And pizza hut is one among them. Came to know the tax here had been reduced by some 2 or 3%. Came here looking for a unlimited pizza offer day. the place was dense and fillled. It took 25 minutes for us to get a table. Only 1 option was given in non veg. Β The pizza and garlic bread was so nice and they kept on serving as long as we all asked for. Good service, the place was full and people were complaining about less staffs to attend them. But for 250 rs the unlimited option is a steal and really appreciated.
A team lunch on a Wednesday , was good for pocket since restaurant had given us a 50% discount on pizzas . Pizzas were good and garlic bread was the only good starter.. May be restaurant can think of more varieties in appetizers
Today I visited ashok nagar pizza hut food was too awesome that I can't explain in words. This store service was also very good. In chennai I visit this store first time and the way the welcome me and serve the hot pizza which make me fun of pizza hut. Ordered Pizzas (for delivery) for my son's b'day - 16 personal and 10 medium ones. Delivered on time!. The Pizzas were lovely - hot and tasty. The little giants just devoured them in no time.
Considering the large numbers (26) was worried on them being hot!. But they did what they do best. Pizza Hot Delivered.
