Regularly I am coming on this bar.. worthable price for all things.. all are doing good serving.. especially, there is a girl.. name is Nunu.. very enthusiastic/Hard and smart worker and she is serving to the customer as part of family..
Vimal is awesome and very good hospitality in bar... I would give more than 5 plus....

It is an awesome bar in the heart of Chennai. Oddly located in T. Nagar, it is a place that needs to be discovered, and the discovery is worth the effort. The place is dimly lit with decent lightings, TV screens are well placed across seats to view ongoing matches/popular movies. The stewards are very polite. The variety of munchings they provide with drinks is brilliant. And that too all complimentary. Once I had seasonal sauted mango slices with drinks. Every time you go some new munching will be there. Food is always humble to your taste buds. The reshami chicken kebab i had has a unique preparation, similar to a dish called Moge wala kukkad, I had at Mocha, Ludhiana. Have been here ample number of times, and this place never disappoints you.
Good ambience and good food. Need to have bigger screen to watch games. Very friendly staff. Been here a couple of times and compared to roof top. Roof top scores 5 stars

Wonderful hangout spot in the evening for friends. I really suggest the roof top. The service is good. The price is moderate and the taste is good too. You cannot ask for anything more. This is the spot. Do try their chilli garlic potato which is really awesome. The only pic i have a is a photo of the Bill. Hope this helps. Try it once.
Have visited here a few times.... Loved the environment and the services they provide..... Food options are good but taste varied all the time for same pepper bbq chicken..... Guess that can e maintained a bit....
I was looking for a decent bar in tnagar. My friend refferd tranz bar. Wow they serve butter popcorn and penut Masala as complimentary and veriety of combo offers. We had Chevalier brand combo and pint bucket beer combo offers friendly staff i would come again. When ever iam in chennai this will be my regular place to hangout with mybfriends.
Good ambiance , Good food , Medium rates. Only problem is they dont have variety of beverages like in the menu. They dont have mini beer. Its a good place to chill for a drink after a busy shopping
This place is awesome but the rating has been given low just so that it doesn't become toooo crowded.
As in the lighting is low but the chakna is awesome and carlsburg is available here.
Had planned to visit Skyline the rooftop restaurant and unfortunately due to rain, they were not entertaining any further guests. So reluctantly we went to the bar in the ground floor.
Had a couple of beers, Tandoori chicken, scrambled eggs and watched Terminator Genysis on the overhead LED screens ( there are an ample no. of them) and waited out the rain..
A good experience as the staff was very polite and were genuinely interested to serve..
Should improve the quality of the complementary snacks..

Rooftop. Excellent bar and food service. Nice place to hangout with friends and the food is tasty. Car parking is not great as only 2 to 3 cars can be parked at a time. Do not go for the Hookah.

After a year i have enjoyed in this bar.Superb enjoyment with my friend and this is the best bar in t nagar place. I love this place and the staff Mr.Ashok is too friendly with the customers and he the best service Capitan to do service in this bar I love his service with full of grace

I am us8ly monthly 2 days went there. I like very good condition to view TV and drinks also .especially server mr.bharthiraja doing good same lasy is there no problem just share guest nor there not problem k .If u care good cure come to bar plz focus and work.

Situated near to the T.Nagar bus terminus, Tranz bar is the place if you looking for a decent & nominally priced one.
Beers - Kingfisher and British empire costs around 240Rs while Carlsberg and Foster's comes at 300Rs.
The bar's interiors are done well and the lighting effectively resonates the bar environment. The bites(cucumbers, peanuts, boiled channa, chips) provided for the drinks are sufficient. The service is fairly good enough.
We visited yesterday that is on 30th march as it is a casual meetup can say kind of farewell treat for one of my friend who stayed with us shorter time but impact is huge !!!!

- Ambience is good
- Quality of the food is too good though we didn't like one item and the captain immediately adviced us to replace that with another item and it was really awesome.
- Service and maintenance and people who are serving is too good.
- Hospitality is too good.
Cons :
- We found beers were not served chilled first time but next repeat order they corrected it .
Overall i will recommend this ...
Advice : Its good to serve tomato sauce / garlic sauce / pudina chutney for the non-veg items.

One of the good bars in and around t nager. It was around 8 pm when I reached the bar...the ambiance is extremely good with a gloomy appearance and lights on the walls. They only had carlsberg and kingfisher beer so I treated myself with a kf and there were no cocktails by the time I reached. Sides were provided along with the beer which were some chips and veg saled. I got refilled thrice when I asked for it. The prices are reasonable here at tranz. Overall the bar is good with nice ambiance with average service.
Wow...this is a repeat place for me and to be truthful their menus are fresh and surprising...loved the crispy potato and their cheese omelette was yumm to the core...what a repeat place this is gonna be...
