I liked their 14 idly, meals, poori overall good restaurant for veg people.
Ordered regular Chennai tiffin and saravana special chennai tiffin... Got it delivered within the specified time.. They were both tasty and healthylicious... Enjoyed it thoroughly.. Keep it up!!!
I recently had dinner at this restaurant. My order was for Ghee 14 Idly Sambar and a Dosa. I can never stop loving their 14 idly sambar which has been delicious every single time I've had it from many Saravana Bhavan restaurants. The Dosa was good as well. Service was quick and, their staff was courteous. The ambiance isn't calm in the Non-AC hall. If you are someone who likes to have food in a quiet environment, I'd recommend the AC hall. HSB is one of the best places to have good vegetarian food.

HSB has always been a favourite for everyone in Chennai.. today got Dal butter fry..mini tiffen..ghee upma which tasted good and like their new trending concept dosza which is my recent personal favourite!

Really good experience . Ghee roast was fantastic and so was the poori. Would have loved the proper masala though. This one was a proper mash of potatoes. Coffee was superb but disappointed with Vada. Full of pepper ad ginger. Price is not too light.
We had lunch there very good food as we order for bisi Bela Bhat,rava dosa, gobi manchurian, South Indian thali, fried rice rose milk.
The food was really tasty, Hotel is neat well maintained. Price was pretty good value for money for South Indian food good place to eat.

So this was my second visit and I always order special South Indian meals. This place is well maintained located at lakshmi nagar porur. Has enough parking space. They have North Indian dishes too in their menu, however I would suggest one should try South Indian meals, it's authentic in taste. Staff members are courteous and they manage the crowd pretty well. Afternoon especially between 1pm to 2pm you may find it crowded. Talking about price it's reasonable.
Food is good but price is too much high. Just for dosa they charged 104/-. Only high salary people enjoy it. For me only one or two times for month

This restaurant is in outer space of Kovilpatti. Ambience is very clean and neat. Food serving also good. Very quick and neat serve. Parking place is good. Have shop inside premises and have few see-saw games for kids too. Overall it's good.
Saravana Bhavan is a traditional and most sought after restaurant with ample parking facilities at Valasaravakkam in Arcot road. Certain services can be made better to attract more customers and retain them. For instance, mini tiffin costs Rs.160/- but without mini coffee or tea. Similar item costs around Rs.50 to Rs.60/- with mini coffee/tea in many restaurants in Chennai. It’s only a suggestion.
Authentic South Indian vegetarian restaurant. They have so much of space to handle large crowds. Food quality is good, friendly staff.

Post lockdown visit ..Place wasn't crowded too much . Standard menu items . Service was quite decent and so was the taste as well . Food items were hot. The only thing was prices looked a little exhobirant for the taste . Parking is quite spacious though. Would recomend for a evening outing . Can improve a bit on the accompaniments
