Excellent taste and good quality. Also I love their simple but good servings. Ordered chapattis and masala. So far so good. Also its economical and best for group orders too.
Food is really good.... I love it....
But please check with the menu... It has written ghee chappathi 15/- (4ghee chappathi with 2 side dish) but actually it is not 4 ghee chappathi... Only one piece rate is 15/-... Please make a change... Thanks... Taste good
the taste of the sides i.e. chole and aloo gravy can be bit tasty. rest bindi, pulka and paratha are tasty
I really like the food these people make. The food is really yummy. The best part is that it's safe to eat their food even every day. It feels like eating homemade food. They don't use too much of spice or chillies and yet their food is real tasty. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!

Ordered the food for the first time with ChappatiKings. I must say I wasn’t disappointed.
What did I order?
1. Special Chinese Combo
2. Manpasand Combo
3. Gujarati Phulka
While the 3rd item is self explanatory, Special Chinese Combo had 4 Phulka, Veg Fried Rice, Curd, Pickle, Gobi Manchurian Gravy.
I loved all of them except Gobi Manchurian Gravy as the taste was bland though the colour was attractive.
Veg fried rice tasted real good.
Phulka was real good too & so as pickle(mango slices).
Manpasand Combo had a Aloo Paratha Which was of good size along with Veg Biryani (very small portion). While aloo Paratha was real good, Veg Biryani was too spicy as I felt the mint leaves was dominating the taste of the rice & other spices.
The total order value was ₹275
I had the food along with my parents & overall the portion was filling.

Delivery time should be reduced. They had taken exact one hour. I had been charged 30 rupees for delivery. Why should I pay? Then what's d use with Zomoto? U r not giving any offers again u r charged 30 rupees for delivery?
Very good taste of evey dish, however I am concerned about the amount of oil used. My order Gujarati phulka, Aloo paratha, Veg biryani, Mutter Paneer fry accompanied with raita, curd, pickle. Delivered on time. Sure to order again.
very tasty....but Manchurian gravy is not much tasty...paneer curry is superb...
Simple cooking form Home Kitchen, Veg Biriyani was good with Excellant Raita mixed with proper curd & onion was never runny. & Was very distant from my place but received on time by their Own delivery staff ......Anna nagar is close to me but it does not deliver to my address.....second time ordered chinese combo was Excellent expect for Gobi Manchurian Gravy which was bland & tasteless ...I hope they prepare it with Egg yolks in Indian way

Simple tasty food. Ordered Butter peas masala, Paneer butter masala and chapatis, phulka's and soup. Everything was as expected except the packing of the gravy which made it to hot to handle. I understand they did so in order to keep food hot ( which is a good thing ), but they should provide for some sort of easier opening option. Definitely recommended.
Delivery was Okay. I ordered aloo Prantha in dinner . Two piece was enough for grown up like me. You get nice curd n pickles with it and if you want you can get Tasty chana as well with 15 Rs additional price. You can get disposable plates if you request. Definitely going to try more varieties of prantha’s.

Home Food ! Home food ! Highly recommended for any north indian living in this area. Northindian thali was Good, Quantity was more than enough for me. Thali was delivered Hot n fresh. Nicely packed no spill of items here n dere. Definitely gonna recommend this place to my freinds in Ambattur. To Mr Raja, Keep serving good food sir, you’re saviour for us (NI).
Damn !!! Food was so tasty I ordered Phulka + Veg fried rice Combo Totally worth it. First time i got better phulkas in chennai..Soon this place will get famous for sure ..To management - Don’t increase the prices and maintain the same quality. All the best Next i ll be trying is aloo prantha
One evening I was craving to eat some good home made north indian food so decided to place my order as early as 6pm.I had ordered for phulka combo,aloo paartha and poori combo.They took around 1 hour 15 minutes.
I was very surprised to see the owner delivering the food .He introduced himself,greeted us and handed over our package.The packing was decent, food was good i especially loved the aloo parathas and pulka.But the Poori was bit oily .Among the side dishes the dal and kaala channa curry was good others were average.Overall my experience of chappathi kings was good and will definitely order back from them.
If your planning to order from them its better to order early so that you don't get queued.

I usually order the North Indian Thali: the roti is soft and fluffy. Sabji, dal and channa masala, white rice are well done in terms of taste and quantity. The sweet (kesari) tends to be on the hard side, but overall if you want to eat some good North Indian cuisine within 200 bucks, this is totally worth it.
I called the owner before ordering and let him know about the sweet being hard and he promised to correct it and as promised, the kesari was slightly better done this time. So, 5 stars for the owner being humble and receptive to customer's feedback.
Will order the Thali again and recommend it to others as well.
We’ve been ordering from Chappathikings since the time the flyers came through with the newspapers in 2007. I don’t even know if people remember those times now. The quality of food and service has been maintained so well over all these years. Our family meetings are always made special with food from here.
Honestly they provide delicious food here !!! It was around 10pm when I called Mr. Raja to check if we can dine in at the hotel as it didn’t look like a dine in restaurant from outside. He quickly set his place for us to dine in. I really really wish they start a full fledged dine in restaurant super soon. Coming to the food, they were piping hot and delicious and were served super quick. Remember guys it was over 10pm and they promised they had everything was available in the menu. Honestly not sure why the rating is just 3.5 stars. They deserve really more. If you are around this area I would suggest you to pick it up directly from their place instead of complaining about the delay in delivery. Thank you, Raja !!
Had order tawa parathas cooked with butter. It was awesome, exactly what I had expected. The Chole tasted good too with the right spice. They ahev varieties of paratha which certainly a plus.
Cheap and tasty. Also has many varieties in paratha and curry. If there is any query just contact the owner, Rajaa R K he'll assist you through an hassle free process. I had an issue with a order, he replaced the item with a new one without any second thought.
Best place for north india food…awesome taste…loved it.

Chapathikings has been a great place to order home style food with healthy ingredients. The quality and hygiene aspects are very good . The tiffin service is amazingly good besides the delivery on Swiggy and Zomato. There is utmost personal care given by the management. I have always been relying on them to serve food for my elderly parents besides regular orders .
I tried their aloo paratha, and it was really amazing. Being a North Indian it was really doubtful for me to get good parathas in Chennai, but ChappatiKings proven to be a right choice !
