I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Abu Palace in Chennai during my recent visit. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. Very good hotel in chennai. with Huge spaced reception . you can see the Restaurant in ground floor with spacious space. reception people will give guidance .They having good banquet hall and good atmosphere.

Good hotel, nicely maintained rooms, good south Indian breakfast!!! If they add Grill Tandoori chicken items in the menu for dinner, it would be great!
I am staff of Abu palace. Management are strict and at the same time nice human being. They provide breakfast, tea, lunch and dinner for all staff without any discrimination. I thank God for the same for making me to join and part of the staff's. I pray God for their name and business to flourish longer-hariharan

We had my daughter's first birthday here couple of months back for 150 members. I and Abu palace go way back for more than 25 years while they were through multiple managements. It had its ups and downs but I was happy to experience that the hotel if not to keep up with the leaders, it still stands out. Mr.Balaji and Mr.Raja of banquets were very responsive, responsible and respectful of everything. They were very knowledgeable with respect to conducting the banquets, catering and decorations. Although decorations were outsourced, they oversaw everything. They were very accomodating with several menu customisation and reasonable on the tariff as well. The food is another great topic. We originally had a preference and Mr.Balaji helped with food tasting and suggested few improvement which we happily accepted. The vegetarian was not all that great but the non vegetarian items were amazing. He knew what fish to use and what pairing would be great. Everything was arranged well but as any event would face, there were few minor hiccups but that was ok. The staff in general were very hospitable. I am aware there are few unpleasant reviews but trust me. Keep an open mind and be flexible and you will definitely enjoy the hotel and most definitely it's food.
Attended an wedding there. Location is prime, ample car parking. But hotel is very old and lacks modern touch. Looks a little dull. Not appealing much. Little bit of renovation will make it look good and will attract more customers as the location is very good.
