Very nice service , ive been there many time , the manager mr. rajan and the entire team in mixx provide very good quality  n make the environment very friendly

This review is based on the only time I visited this place a couple of years back for an afternoon party!Situated in Fortel Hotel, very near to Egmore station, yet the disc is quite shady. Though they have a huge hoarding of MIXX in front of the hotel, I don't think much people bother to enter the disc at all. And having just 4 reviews says it all!

As I mentioned, I had gone there for an afternoon party and hence they managed to attract all young crowd and the place was jam-packed that day. Young as in mostly high-school/college kids! The atmosphere was quite hip and happening.

Ambiance is nothing too great. Few usual table-chair seating, few comfy sofas, few bar seating and a comparatively smaller dance floor in the middle.We were four. Took a corner seat next to the dance floor so that we could have some time to us as well as see the kids having their time! :D

We ordered for a few beers which arrived in no time along with some peanuts and chips. By the time we could even finish our drinks, the music started getting louder and the crowd was going crazy. Dance floor was way too crowded to even step in there. People started to dance right on their seats, some on top of the tables.The music was good! A mix of hindi and english. We hit the dance floor after a while, somehow managed to pitch in. Got some shots too from the bar counter. When the party was nearing it's end, the DJ started playing all hindi ghati dance numbers and there was no end to the craziness of the crowd. It was a great afternoon there.

We didn't order food so no complaints on the service part. Not sure how it is now. Been years I've visited the place and I don't have any intentions to visit it again.
