My family’s go to restaurant whenever we do shopping at T nagar. They serve good meals and also some lip smacking Tiffin items throughout the day. Last when I visited the restaurant I ordered Mushroom parathas which was pretty amazing and I recommend you to try it on your visit.
I have been to this place many times and they really deserve a good review.i ordered Rava dosa , peas parotta and rose milk.Everything ordered was served in genuine speed and piping hot.fantastic and Authentic rava dosa very crispy and tasted awesome with all chutineys enhancing.peas parotta and rose milk was no less everything is Good and the bill was very economical when compared to others .value for money and good food.
It was worth for money. apart from Masala i don't know why they have given white chutny for poori, i tried and i didn't liked it.
pls note that pulka was not baked we'll nd dish was good
I had breakfast with my friend here.We had pooris and Rasamalai. The pooris were good and tasty. The rasamalai was good. The ambience and service was good.
Decent place to hav veg food in t.nagat.we had meals after shopping.the service was quick and the food is average.the place will get overcrowded during weekends.
Must try their sambar idlys and pooris. Awesome taste with very decent pricing. The best visit around usman road especially when you are tired after shopping.
Had tried Puri masala, dosa and coffee. Good taste with reasonable price. They have variety of sweets and dry snacks as well. Will visit again.
A regular dining place for our family whenever we visited the nearby lending library over the past decade. Located between pothys and Chennai silks this place gets awfully crowded on weekends.
Returned here after a long time; for a late lunch/evening snack so had #Schezwan fried rice, #Chilly Mushroom and #Rava dosa, all the items were good, haven't tried these before but it was good.
The quantity is strictly for 1 person will not be enough for sharing and pricing is average.
Too good !!! Especially poori masala, don't ever miss it. It was puffy and soft and seemed to be so light on the tongue.. yumm... Dosa is awesome. They serve Dosa with regular chutneys and sambars, though the serving is simple taste is too good. You don't have to try out varieties of Dosas cos the plain Dosa itself leaves you finger licking ;-) and don't ever walk out of there without sipping the filter coffee. Fresh juices were a little pricey :-/ We went as a group of ten members but they served us quick enough. I really wish they add chaat to their menu. Would have given 5 stars if the ambience was better -_- it was little dark and stuffy :-/ in spite of which I give a thumps up for the taste.
Served as a saviour when i was starving after shopping. Ambiance is not that good but the food is amazing. Its crowded most of the times. Special meals is must try for south indians.

This place, situated on Usman Road, just before The Chennai Silks, is definitely worth visiting. I had been there last weekend for lunch. The ground floor was full, so we went to the AC section on the 1st floor and had their special lunch. Believe me, it is totally worth the 130 rupees they charge. You get a chapathi kurma, kootu, poriyal, appalam, sambar, kaara kozhambu, rasam, curd, buttermilk and of course rice. They also give you a decent second serving of any item that you ask for. Much better than HSB, in my opinion!!
This is an awesome place just opposite Pothys and Saravana Stores in T Nagar. I have always passed by this place without trying it. Last week, we decided to have coffee here after a shopping spree and what a surprise this place turned out to be! Don't expect much in the ambience - it is a very basic restaurant. The food is amazing though. The bondas, bajjis and masala dosa that we tried were all made very well. The chutneys were also perfect and the coffee rounded off the meal excellently. A perfect place to recharge yourself after a busy round of shopping.
