Nice and Pleasant place to Stay in Heart of Chennai (Anna Nagar).
Rooms were very good, in respect of space and amenities. Housekeeping is very good.
They provide variety of veg and non veg food for in room dining. The restaurant at ground floor in only veg. But offers a great variety.
My stay there was for 15 days and I had a very good experience. Staff was very courteous.
A nice hotel at a beautiful place in Chennai. The price was reasonable (booked for Tue - Fri in May 2018 via fabhotel website; weekend might be expensive) and I would say my wife and I were quite happy with the comfort and cleanliness level of the room at that price. The hotel has a 4 wheeler parking in front. Breakfast (included during my booking) was pretty good. The staff were courteous and helpful. During my visit, some renovation work was going on in the hotel. They were coming up with a restaurant and a beautiful glass walled lobby. Once ready, I think the hotel would look much more glamorous. Apart from that the hotel is at a very convenient location and a lot of shops and restaurants are available nearby. I think staying in the hotel was a complete value for money for me.
This place is under renovation construction now and hence messy. Stayed for a day and the stay was okay. The room was clean. I did have an issue on no hot water in the bath room and the reception arranged to have it fixed and meanwhile arranged for a bucket of hot water to be delivered. The key aspect about this place is its location on a key avenue with proximity to the happening places in Anna Nagar and surroundings. No qualms about the place though. There is breakfast available in the mornings and nothing out of the ordinary. Generally courteous staff.
Good hotel, located in the heart of Anna Nagar. Value for money budget place. Main restaurant serves MILLET based food only which was something new for me. But there is a separate non veg restaurant as well which serves good dishes too.
Fab Flamingo was fabulous. We took thirteen rooms for a marriage function..No hazzles. Everything went out well. Polite staff. Manager Deepak was very courteous and helpful. Good ambience. Good parking space. Main location.Easily accessible to other places.Overall experience was good except some rooms didn't have hot water.
I had a really peaceful and comfortable stay over here. Pretty much good location. Other good restaurants and other shops nearby. It’s worth the price. Don’t expect 5 star facilities. Comfy and safe.
Staff is really good and kind...infact they gave me a huge discount which won my heart. The hotel is decent and lavish rooms service is good. Some construction work of expansion is going on. Definitely recommend and myself book there just because of their generosity.
Has always been a go-to joint for a quiet family dinner. With exquisite range of delicious millet food items that are truly automatically and like home made food, it just makes you go there often. Worth every single penny spent.

I have selected a standard room through make my trip and I was little confused of quality as there was some negative remarks and ratings both in Google map and in Mmt. When I entered hotel my thought was true seeing reception as it is not good to see. But it was due to renovation works in progress. When I got allocated to the room. It was awesome best for what I paid. Room was neat and clean. Linens and blankets were also neat. Bathroom was neat and had both hot and cold availability. The staff was polite and helping. Only negative that could be sited is limitation in breakfast options. Only idli and porota was there for breakfast.
Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well kept. Restaurant was neat. Complimentary breakfast was good.The front desk management could have been better.
Overall a good experience and value for money.

Location Anna Nagar West on main road.. easy to go.. room are good. Service is fine. Complimentary breakfast is not worth at all.. there are many restaurants near by just choose one go for it..!
Nice friendly staff. Manager really great. Had fantastic traditional (ancient) South Indian Thali, no rice only different millets. Very filling, tasty and healthy. Even had some butter milk and some very tasty drink.
