AFTER so much research and asking, I ordered this places chicken dum biryani though they charge way more like 100 more,still I did and the biryani was so so good, excellent on taste, finely cooked pieces you don't have feel chewy and raw in between, perfect mix of spices, brinjal curry π given with it is the highlight.. ππ.. Though the curd was not much very less, good quantity for two adults.the chicken 65 pieces was big and spicy, came hot hot. Best biryani in chennai.. Soooper.. Please do try this place coz good biryani is finding like a rare diamond.

First we Ordered the Khushka which was βΉ110 and the rice was cooked properly and all the spices were normal and the best part was the Quantity!!!β€οΈ
Compared to Other Briyani Places the Quantity which they provide here is more and Having a Single Plate of Briyani here is like having two Plates Briyani in other Restaurants.
We also Ordered the Pepper Grill Chicken Full π βΉ370 and it was monstrous in Size we couldn't finish the Full Grill Chicken as there were lots of Pieces and the gravy in it was spicy too.
Rather than checking for Reviews just visit this place it will not disappoint you and it will be one of the best Briyani experience you have ever had.

Table for four were readily available and we were seated .
We ordered 2 plain biryani and 2 egg biryani and also a pepper grill chicken...
The biryani was served very quickly and the grill was served a lil later. The quantity was so much for one person to eat and we struggled a lot. The taste was also too good... After a long struggle we completed 3/4th of the biryani...

Really the best biryani in chennai. Always i am addict with SS hyderabadi biryani, i think this is the best biryani in chennai. Moreover they giving the enormous amount of biryani, i cant eat even though i am very much hungry. Lot of biryani and wonderful mutton pieces, i enjoyed my biryani lovely. But it comes to ambience and service little bit disappointment, they taking nearly 15min to serve our single mutton biryani.
This outlet is very small and little place to dine in. They have more orders in online only, i saw nearly 10 to 12 bucket biryani orders in call. But it worth to spend our money in SS.

Good place for biryani.. Let me tell you why i prefer SS over others.. We had a function at home, and my guests had arrived a day prior.. There were about 15 to 20 members and cooking for all of them is gonna be tiring.. Having heard about this bucket biryani, tried ordering... Any day mutton biryani will be our choice, unfortunately it wasnt there... went ahead ordering chicken biryani.. one full and one half bucket.. believe me the package was awesome, the side dishes were awesome.. and one full bucket was enough for 15 members... and the other half was sufficient for some 6 members... we thoroughly enjoyed the taste... completely satisfied.. Just that the delivery was a little late, took more than 1 hr for delivery though i stay nearby.. the taste is above average...

The brinjal gravy is bit sour but i liked it much. I have heard that mutton biriyani is also very good here but never got a chance to taste it as it gets over soon. If you are a Mutton Biriyani lover reach there early. Mostly on thursday's they dont prepare Mutton Biriyani. The quantity is huge. It can serve 2 easily. This is not the place for Grill Chicken, so please try to avoid it. VFM. They have a AC hall in the 1st floor. If you are looking for a place with Good Ambience you are on the wrong place. But worth a visit for the Super Good Biriyani :)
I have went to this restaurant for may time with my friends, the ambiance in non ac room may not be good when you go with family. Ambiance in ac room is better than out side and there is no extra charges for the ac room. Quantity of biryani is more for one person, and taste is OK for the money you pay. So altogether this is a good place to give treat to your friends in budget.

Nice hotel but most of the time its crowded. They have lot of menus in non veg. However mutton biryani is rarely available in all occassions. Reasonable price and you have to keep your patience because for parcel it will take lot of time to receive the order when the hotel is crowded

Worth eating briyani.. Ate many times, all time ill go with briyani. Either chicken,mutton or prawn.

Excellent briyani with basmati rice. One briyani is sufficient for two normal eaters. Long grain rice with less irritants. Their bread halwa is good. The concern is their dining area which is tiny, 12 to 15 can sit and eat. Dining on the first floor. Recommend to take a parcel and eat joyfully.

I dined in this hotel during a rainy day and my experience was full bleak. Not spacious enough and labourers are small in number so it consumes a lot of time for them to serve.
