Every employee is very courteous. They really show their concern on the illness and make you comfortable. The Doctors are top class and well experienced. Very clear and explained well. Highly recommended. The cost is reasonable compared to other hospitals in the surroundings.

This is my first visit to this hospital, and the hospitality shown to me was amazing, no words to express. My special mention for the gratitude shown by Ms. Mumtaj (GRE). She approached us with great smile and utmost care. She is a great asset to this hospital and god bless her to reach great heights to serve more patients. Had a good experience with the hospital. All the staffs are polite and made us understand the process of admission to discharge. Very cooperating PRO Ms latha insurance desk (Mr Prabhu, Ms Renuga devi). And of course Dr Sankar Narayanan Surgical Gastro and his team.
Very good service offered by the doctors, staff and nurses. Special thanks to Dr Tamil Iniyan who was extremely helpful from the time of admission till the discharge. He followed up our process from time to time. Overall my mom in law’s surgery was successful and she is recovering well.

I had accompanied my mom to the hospital for some ortho related issue. We were attended by Ms. Shobana who was very warm and patient while assisting us throughout. She had ensured every step of the way at that the tests were done properly and she was ports were collected. Good service.
Good and excellent care by all doctors, nursing staff, management staff, and maintenance staff, with special mention to surgeons Dr Kumaragurubaran,Dr Sivaran, and Dr Mani, and Dr Iniyan (took care from admission till discharge).
Billing and insurance staffs were also so cooperative and took care to clear the insurance formalities.
The glitches were shifting patients through an open area and room conditions.
I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Jaya Lakshmi, Dr. Ilayaraja, and Dr. Jaya Raman for their exceptional medical expertise and care. Their patience in addressing all my concerns, explaining treatment options in detail, and ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout the process made a world of difference to me.

My overall experience with Billroth hospital was very good. Doctors Kumar's was very caring and gave the needed support. The nurse practitioners were very supportive. However the rooms and amenities needs more improvement.
My mom (very weak) was admitted for a week In Billroth hospital to treat a complex lymph node issue. Within a few days all necessary data including PET-CT was collected to thoroughly understand the root cause and treatment started immediately. I am very thankful to the entire medical team for their special attention and timely efforts. I stayed as an attendant with mom and very impressed to see a large team of Doctors/Nurses/Helpers providing friendly and kind care with high respect. Special thanks to Chief Doctor’s positive attitude which motivated the entire team. The facility is clean and well maintained.

If you need any ortho treatment then don't think twice just drive down to billroth hospital and meet Dr Dorairajan. My husband broke his ankle and we went to him for treatment. From the first moment we met him to the surgery to the discharge we were totally looked after by him and his team An extremely good doctor, blessed with grace, extremely down to earth he just takes you in like his own and looks after you.
Before this my cousin got her knee replacement surgery also done with him and so there is no doubt in our mind that he is one of the best in ortho.
The hospital is not the biggest but has lots of great staff. All the attenders are very careful and give you priority. The lift operators are very empathetic.
In any hospital the insurance team is one of the most difficult. My experience here was very different. Mrs. Pramilla who heads the insurance help desk alongwith her right hand Miss Mukilla are both very knowledgeable. They know their procedures and stretch that extra mile to finish your work very quickly.
Block A ground floor is where we stayed. Nurse kowsalya was very very efficient.
The first time in any hospital stay have I seen a discount called hospital discount given.
If you need ortho treatment.....once again I will say don't look beyond Dr.Dorairajan or Billroth hospital Shenoy Nagar.
