A straight-faced owner at the cash counter. And a sad-faced delivery guy who gives off your items in less than 2 minutes. Again, this is the usual stuff. Can't complain. This is not the place for you to make friends.

Can maintain this place better. ACs do not work that great. But then I visit only after 11 PM and it's mostly for takeaways. So I have no complaints again. :)
Biggest Pro: Open till 12.30. This is one of the very very few late night ice cream shops around this area.

As a part of an offer,ordered Titanic Ice cream and chocolate cake ice cream. Delivery was before time and the ice cream was still in good condition.
Tried Titanic version icecream and 3 different flavoured ice cream we can see in that.Strawberry,Butter Scotch and Chocolate.It was like an essence or flavoured one,but that was good.
Chocolate with Cake ice cream was different and it taste good at top to bottom.Top is filled with icecream and bottom is with cake and mix of that is awsome.

Litchi Twister (170₹) it was in the todays special menu so ordered it was so good with vanilla softy in large amount served in tub with nuts litchies and frozen fruit
Tall Beauty (140₹) tbh ordered this only cuz of its name so i would get more ice cream but made a slight disappointment after seeing this dish a cup full of ice creams with layers of cake fruits served with some nuts also tasted good
Titanic (150₹) was good served with 3 softy nuts sauce and awsome taste
Softy Ice Cream (30₹) was so good
overall a great place to have ice creams but this place was left in a under rated phase

Ambiance: Good space. Quite environment. Not easily seen from main road. Well ventilated and lit with the good view to the adjacent Grand mall.
Food: One of the best ice cream tastes in the city. As the name beholds, it is highly "creamy". Affordable rates. Not too much sweet nor too much of coldness. A good balance.
Been here for 2 times. Quantity and quality both worth the money. It is so creamy that I barely felt hungry for the lunch after having a medium black currant delight! Not to forget the presentation. The way it is presented is really good!

They have been in the city for years now and still have manged to sell! this place has always been my most favorite! Opposite to the side entrance of grand mall, besides the McD, this is a great location with parking ! always empty, this place fails to attract crowd!
Be it cones or cups or smoothies, they have their vennila base and add toppings n sauce based on flavor u ask for! My favorite has always been their vennila softy, the basic ice cream on gets here! Dont forget to try their chocovennila softy as well!

Just wanted to grab something, so went for a vanilla softie, worthy for GST included pricing. A good place to chill and relax. My friend had a double burst of vanilla+chocolate softie combo. No complaints.

I have visited this place quite a few times . This place affords some good ice cream at nominal price . I have tried some quite a few flavours and the main flaw of this place is that all the ice creams doesn't differ much in taste .
Choco Mania - 4⃣
It had chocolate sauce on top with vanilla ice cream base . It tasted good
Choco caramel - 4⃣
It had caramel sauce toppings with vanilla base . It was pretty much same
Nut butterscotch crunch - 4⃣
Had some nuts and butterscotch topping with vanilla base .
As I said there was nothing much different with those flavours only topping differs . As I would say if your sweet tooth is craving for some quick dessert at peak time then you can grab a quick dessert at very nominal price .
After a really satisfying meal at McDonald's, I decided to treat myself some desserts at Creamy Inn. Located adjacent to McDonald's is the compact yet pleasant looking icecream parlour. Parking is not an issue since there's no parking restrictions on their side of the road, the seating was subpar.
I ordered Nut butterscotch waffles and a Chocolate fantasy. The Nut butterscotch waffles was pretty much vanilla icecream server with butterscotch sauce in a waffle cone with some cashew nuts. The waffle cone was good and the texture of the cream was nice and i loved the combo of nuts with the ice-cream. The chocolate fantasy was good until i found pieces of cake towards the bottom of the cup, the taste of the cake spoiled the entire dish and my fantasy was a total let down.
The price is going considering the quantity and quantity of the dessert. Would like to taste a different flavors of ice-cream in the future visit. I'd rate Creamy Inn a 3.5/5
Minimum order of 99 you get your favourite ice cream at your door step. It comes with 10% off too!! Taste quality all good. But I feel packing can be better, because they take max of 1 hour, i stay .7 km from their shop, still i get delivery average 1 hour. By the time it comes, it melts down. Normal rubber band packing. They even charge for packing more, they already charging something...my points are only for ice cream.

After a Gud dinner at nallas appakadai,i was longing for a dessert,then I stumbled upon this place. This place looks very neat and cozy.
Coming to the taste,its wonderful. My family and myself thoroughly enjoyed this place. The pricing is also good and overall a really good place to visit.
Creamy Inn makes me nostalgic! They first started and went big opp to sboa school(alumni) at anna nagar! After selling millions of softy cones for 5 bucks now they have branched out to several varieties! The taste continues to be good but the competition like haagendaaz and others are way better! I see its still a hit amongst school kids considering its very pocket friendly! Avoid butterscotch - as they add only the sauce to vanilla ice cream - very disappointing!

They seem to have only vanilla ice and various toppings/ ice-cream based on it. Or that's what the person in charge there knew.
Nutty Crunch and Choco Delight was what we had and was good.
Six of us were in grand mall we had an hour to kill before a movie , so we went to this place right opposite to the mall's entrance . The place is quite spacious but there was no A/c running ,so we did feel a bit warm . There was a super big couch where we all sank in . A pretty old uncle took our order . The ice creams were served win normal cups, Waffle cups , or waffle cones , The ice creams were good , it wasn't the wow it's super rich expensive gourmet stuff . I noticed they used the same base for everything and a little syrup to make each of the flavours . Nevertheless I did enjoy it . There was a flavour called 'Thandai' which had a spicy aftertaste to it .The bill was 420 which was well within the budget .
Go to this place to chill out for an with your friends , without having to spend too much
I've been here many times..its my friend's uncle's shop..you get very soft and creamy ice creams here..i just love the mixed fruit ice cream at this place..its very reasonable.

A name synonymous with SBOA but sadly I had to write a review for the Velachery outlet as the Annanagar outlet is battered and bruised now.
Velachery outlet hardly felt any bit nostalgic but went there just for the name. Had rainbow cassata and Choco dip or something. Nothing could beat Kwality Walls cassata, so expectedly I didn’t like it much. It was like Titanic, with three layers of ice cream on top of cake. Choco dip was decent as it was chocolate but nothing extraordinary.
They do have a lot of flavors but it isn’t anything like hugely exclusive. Everything looks like a slight modification of one another and the menu looks very similar to Milky Way with somewhat less pricing.
Good thing about Velachery outlet is, it is very near to the Grand Mall. If you want a relaxed atmosphere outside the mall, this is a go to place. Bike parking is quite decent. Not sure where to park your cars. Ambiance wise a lot of things could be done because they have a huge space but no creativity.
But come what may Creamy Inn would always be special for a SBOAn like me.
I have been to Anna nagar Outlet ,this dosnt match that quality in terms of publicity .Lot of people are not aware about its real quality .The place is very calm ,good place for roamntic couples to have a icecream.Quality is above average and not very good .Bananas are got from local shops and sometimes poor in quality .Other fruits are great to have .Bike Parking is easy and not car Parking is that easy. PVR Cinemas Will surely bring up the market for this Outlet.Because it is always good for a ice creame to have before or after a movie .Do have any of the milk shakes there ,most of them seem to be damn good.
I have been waiting for creamy to be in velachery, because everytime I need to go chetpat or Anna Nagar for some good stuffs. Placed slightly behind the crowded area need enough promotions to promote them. May the new PVR in Grand Mall can highlight the outlet more. At a time 20 people can accommodate the place. Enough for two wheelers but cars difficult.
This s located just opposite to grandmall since grandmall hav not opened completely with food court this s the only ice cream shop at Vijayanagar Milky Way has not sitting facility ....
The staff who who works here s well knwn to me bcoz he was working at kk nagar branch and he recommended me milkshake of Lal Gulab flavour and I orderd with ice cream on it and it tastes dashing too good .. I prefer raspberry before and now addicted to Lal Gulab

Cool place. Just go up there. Sit back. Relax. Watch som vh1. Order som ice-cream from their varieties. The cones and waffles are quite big and yummy. Reasonable pricing. All over quite a good place with good environment and good ice-creams.
creamy inn at velachery!!!!! how did i miss it.....well visited this place finally.....good cosy little place adjacent to the mcdonalds....soft,creamy and thick vanilla ice cream with delicious toppings..i went for a badam delight and a rose soda....loved it!!! looking forward to my next visit so that i may tick off the list i have in my mind...
This place has one of its kind vanilla milkshakes which i've never had before. You can drop in to this place if you are around and you ll not regret it !

After I was done with Grand mall, this place caught my sight. Very humble place with a decent seating area and so many were heading to it. So decided to have some ice cream. The menu was quite good with decent varieties so thought of trying a simple vanilla ice cream and it was mind-blowing. Trust me, you can actually get a super duper sundae easily but getting a vanilla ice cream with such good quality was really something. So ordered few more and everything tasted heavenly. And the price was awesomely cheap for their quantity & quality. The ice cream was so creamy and thick. Loved it overall. Here in Chennai where in the malls & other parlours, you get ice creams not less than 100 bucks. But I really loved these guys for their awesme quality of stuff with such great price. Families were crowded with all their kids happily hanging around with an ice cream cone in each hand :) Only thing is the space and number of branches in Chennai, which if they expand would be really great.

I have previously visited Creamy Inn at K.K.Nagar Branch and ever since I was praying and waiting for an outlet in Velachery.. Prayer answered. Their new outlet in Velachery is very spacious for an Ice cream parlor with a fantastic ambiance and you get your ordered bowl of ice cream in minutes, and alas, it tastes awesome and liberally topped with nuts and caramel. A real treat for ice cream lovers and value for money as the menu says maximum price for any flavor of Ice cream is Rs 100/-

CREAMY INN!!!!! One of my favorite spots in chennai.I used visit shanthi colony joint during my U.G days.
While travelling towards velachery, I saw a new building named creamy inn, It just enticed me. The facade was beautifully decorated with golden colored leaves. As it a newly inaugurated building it was under construction. I didn't mind anything and I just ordered a cup of choco caramel without looking at the menu,my favorite softie. As usual it tasted good. Apart from this plenty options are available in softies and shakes too.
If you a softie lovers, Its a heaven for you!!!!
