Bought grilled chicken few days back. The restaurant is at a walkable distance from my home, so instead of ordering went there and bought half grilled chicken for just 190rs/-
This has been my go to place whenever I wish to have grilled chicken. The chicken always feel fresh and soft. And have got used to their taste. Must try if u r around this place.
Have ate in the restaurant too many times, the place looks dull and not so neat. But the food they serve always makes u feel its worth the money spent.

There speciality is grilled chicken. One can smell the aroma from outside. There are two sections in the restaurant. Staff are very friendly and helpful. All the payment options are available. I have been there many times and came back satisfied every time.
We were a group of 3 people and we ordered one fish briyani, one Chicken briyani combo with tandoori chicken and one American Chopsey which is my all time favorite dish. The fish briyani wasn't so good as the fish wasn't cooked properly but the American Chopsey and the chicken briyani was really great.
Its nw one of my usual restaurants which I repeatedly coming...Alreef known for it's shavarma never disappoints us with the taste...The aroma from the grill chicken makes us go mad for it!!! My usual order would be a half grill a chicken/mutton briyani and a shawarma which would costs around 500 to 600/-. Since I reside near this restaurant i'd always prefer takeaway and it takes almost 30 to 40 min for the parcel 2 get ready!!!
I usually have shawarma and grilled chicken which is my favourite.
If you are a shawarma lover then do visit this place.
Price is also quiet reasonable
We also order some gravy and naan for home delivery which is VFM and qty is also more

They are having good indian breads， gravies and grilled chicken at reasonable prices for hungry ecr travellers!!Their mayonnaise are terribly pathetic and they will give u only very little with a full grilled chicken and will charge you Rs 20 for extra.

We landed up in this place for lunch. We had ordered chicken shawarma,Gobi Manchurian and kulcha.
The shawarma tasted very bad! Don't even bother trying it. On the other hand kulcha and Gobi Manchurian was tasty.
The ambience and service was fine. The rates were also nominal.
This is a home delivery review. A friend recently threw a house party and we had ordered food from Alreef. The shawarmas and grill chicken were great. Chicken biryani had a distinctive flavour and I liked it. Pepper chicken gravy was too spicy for my palate. The Rotis, fried rice and noodles were about ok. Nothing to write about. Overall, decent food at very nominal prices.

Visited the place on a weekend for dinner. I used to frequent this place when I lived in Thiruvanmiyur. Used to love their shawarmas back then but during my visit before this, they had put in a lot of veggies rather than meat and so I lost interest. But then they seem to have brought back a better shawarma now. The shawarmas were just wow!! Also ordered the alfaham pepper which was pretty decent. We had a dragon chicken and a chilli fish. The chilli fish was just superb that we had to stop ourselves from ordering a repeat. The dragon chicken was slightly dry, I like the juicy version better, nevertheless it had quite a few cashews in it. The other starter was chilly baby corn which was just mediocre. We ordered the lung fung chicken soup without knowing about the froth :D the soup was good but the froth over it was a turn off for me :P Had a chicken fried rice and shawarmas for main course, all of which were good.
Coming to my love for desserts, I ordered the falooda and it came in a strawberry flavour loaded with lots of cut fruits and ice cream. I absolutely loved it. Will visit again just for the falooda and shawarmas.
Excellent biryani and kebabs. This place is just straightforward tasty food. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Ambiance is your everyday local restaurant but that is fine as soon as you dig into the fantastic food.
Went on a saturday night. It was one good dinner we had. We ordered grilled tandoori chicken and butter gobi. Chicken was really cooked well and gobi was too gud. Don miss to have butter gobi.
Food was amazing the mayonnaise and the pepper barbecue chicken is great. They give a lot in quantity for all the food items. not a good ambience though. not a costly affair.

Fried Rice is good here always and Shawerma is so fresh.. They can add extra mayonise for charging 70 bucks.. Grill is oily & Biriyani can be improved..

I go to this place just for their shawarmas and grilled chicken. Ordered one whole barbecue chicken but the quantity was less. A decent place to have dinner
I don't know about other dishes but the Shawarma in here was amazingly tasty. I only came here to try out the Shawarma, which my friend suggested me about it and it turned out to be great. It's definitely worth it.
one of the finest place in the city to satisfy ur cravings for arabian food. located on the main road this restaurant is always filled with alotta people. Their shawarma is one of the best one an get in the city, very pocket friendly. must visit for all those arabian food lovers.
I used to regularly dine here when I was staying in Kottivakkam. This place is descent and has a good ambiance. Grill, tandoori and shawarmas are dishes to look for. One of my favorite item here is Chicken Pepper soup. Likewise, all the other food items are good too.
Value for money. If we ignore the not so great ambience, it is my personal favourite for home delivery orders. I had egg biriyani, Gobi Manchurian and all their bread varieties.

Four of us landed up here for dinner. We were promptly seated and the waiters were attentive and polite. The place is tiny with seating for about 20 customers, and looks much larger outside. The neon sigh is prominent, and hard to miss if you are driving south on ECR.
We saw a number of chickens roasting away in a cabinet placed out front. We also spotted a shwarma roasting on a spit. The interiors were pleasing and comfortable, and their tables were covered with table cloth. A neat unpretentious place and family friendly too.
We ordered a whole Grilled chicken, and 4 chicken shwarma rolls. The chicken was served within a couple of minutes, and had just been quartered and served with traditional accompaniments. The hummus and garlic mayonnaise served was good but minuscule quantities were served which was inadequate. They did serve us more when requested though!
The chicken was too hot to touch when it arrived at the table (always a good sign), and after waiting for it to cool we began our assault. The chicken was tender and cooked all the way through and falling off the bone. It was a stupendous meal. The shwarma rolls arrived and we found them to be equally good.
Within a short period of time, we had finished all but a quarter portion of chicken, and were pleasantly drowsy from the experience.
I see a lot of reviews here which do not rate their food very highly, and I can not comment upon that since I have not sampled anything other than their grilled meats, but the food that I did have there was fresh and tasty. At Rs.320 for a full chicken, and Rs.70 for a shwarma roll, and decent ambiance, it was very good value for money. Including bottled water, the bill came up to Rs.640 for 4 people. Thats Rs.160 per person!!!
I do look forward to visiting this and their other outlets in future.
Great place for Grill chicken and Arabian briyani... Decent ambiance with a few tables... Pretty busy in the weekends and service wasn't prompt.

This is the only decent place with arabic food on ECR, though the only arabic food they provide are shawarmas and grilled chicken. Food overall was pretty good and tasted good. The naan and ginger chicken tasted really good. Not a very big place and food takes time to be delivered. Staff aren't very friendly but aren't rude. Prices are decent.
I always use to visit here... Its cheap and best. During evening time after 8, more rush is there, service is ok.. Taste of food is good & spicy, best for non-veg, but as I m vegeterian, I lyk gobi munchurian and masala kulcha to have here... Hygeinity is little less... But its ok considering money factor..
Dependable place ..9 times out of 10 food quality will be good. Mexican Shawarma roll , chicken chettinad gravy is good here ! I would recommend it !
