These guys are selling old unsold chicken
The place is has a nice view in the evening times and night times , they are amazing with their BBQ , I had a lovely experience in their small hub. The food is worth the try and money , their variety for both veg and non veg is satisfactory and up to the standard. I really enjoyed the crispy chilly beef and their mushrooms both with malai and with out . It's certainly a crowd for non vegetarian , because the meat is always better when BBQ or kebabed. I would love to visit the place again and I would tell others to give it a try also.
If you're a meat lover , you can definitely hit this place up for some juicy meat varieties in both kebabs and Chinese items . They are known for their shawarma and gravies as well . They have a range of vegetarian options as well , and their malai gobi and mushrooms are a must try๐คคโค Loved their chilli beef fry , which is a chef's specialty . The place is cute and has a outdoor seating and live counter as well . Definitely worth the try
Best taste. Tried baby corn wrap and my friend tried malai chicken tikka... tasted very well... stuffing inside the wrap was very much filling. Friendly staffs and nice location right at the beach corner
The Best place to chill out with many varieties of chicken items with mouth watering taste. known for it cleanliness too. well maintained with decent environment

A small joint with less seating capacity of 10-12 ppl at a time. Located just on the beach the the parking is the common beach parking . If crowded seating will be difficult . The menu shows very nominal price and less damage to pocket.
The preparation is in open and one can see their dish getting prepared. shawarma roll was delicious and the kebab was juicy . The taste is good and it is better to parcel and enjoy the food. Overall a nice place for some good kebabs , shawarma and tikkas.
One of the best place to try different kebabs..

Price : Beef Malay Roll 150rs
Review : One of the best rumali roti roll u can get in Chennai, So far the best I have tasted, which was fantastic and the roll was big too. Can have one and u r done with ur dinner because it was so filling.
Highlight : Malay sauce added to the roll which seems to a secret sauce prepared them alone u don't get that malay sauce in super market outlets. They malay sauce had a strong flavor of ghee, butter and yogurt altogether
This place really can bring out all your hunger strikes in a second ๐คฉ cheapest n best of all ! :โ)
SHAWARMA PLATE - soft kubos and best marinated stuffings
CHICKEN TIKKA ROLL - best for spice lovers , packed with flavours
Will I go again : yes , if I can for a n number of times โค๏ธ
I have ordered paneer tikka kebab and a chicken tikka kebab. With water bottle it costs around 240. The paneer tikka kebab is very good. They gave a green chutney and some Onion salad. My friend had Chicken tikka kebab. That too taste good. I will try more dishes. If you wanna try out starter dishes alone you can visit here. Ambience is minus point here. Less place to accommodate just 10 members. That's it.
Being from Andhra , I have an extra stomach for Kebabs especially the ones found in the streets of Hyderabad (Hygienic Ones obviously). However there are very few places in Chennai that serve Kebabs and even if they do, it's too costly. This place isn't one of them, the prices are really cheap. Here I have eaten Mutton Seekh Kebab and chicken kebab roll. The roll is made from rumali roti which they make it freshly and the Kebabs which they cook right in front of you , you get all of this for a really good price . I have always packed my Kebabs with chilled coke and sat near the beach and have enjoyed it with my friends.
The place is too small and cramped up if more people come in , better to parcel it. Overall great taste , love the spicy and juicy flavor of the meat. they have beef items as well , I personally don't eat beef due to religious reasons , hence can't comment about it's taste.
A great place for evening snacks.
The Shawarmas here are soft, creamy and heavenly. I would definitely, definitely recommend it to anyone who wants one. Everything I've had from Kebab it so far has been amazing, I keep craving for more. Their dips and mayos are so frikkin amazing. Both their veg and non-veg kebabs are great. But my favourite is their tangy lemon chicken kebab. It's perfect. It's my favourite eatery at Besant Nagar beach.
One of the Best kebab Restaurant in town.Must try for all kebab lovers .Besant Nagar Beach and when you are around itโs a pocket friendly eat out
Kebabit is SPOT ON!
The rolls and kebabs at this place are easily on par with the best you can get in Chennai. Despite me being a vegetarian I found a lot of tasty and satisfying options. The varieties of sauces/chutneys that comes along is surprising and they taste great. Set right by the beach with hassle free street parking has made me come here several times without a second thought
Favourite dish - Hyderabadi paneer kebab
Great and awesome place to have night out food... Varieties of chicken is really awesome.. And they serve good based on our choice.. people around are also good... Thank you for making late night out a great one..
Visited this place on the day of new year Eve!! The beach was damn crowded but we managed to get a table in this place. We had orange juice, lime juice, green chilli kebab and barbeque chicken. The barbeque chicken was just amazing. The chicken was Soo tender that it melted in my mouth. The green chilli chicken was average. It was a nice evening. Overall,
Food: 3.5/5
Ambiance:2/5
Service:2.75/5
One of my favourite place for the best kebabs and rolls along the chennai beach โค๏ธ their malai chicken roll gives you the best taste, one roll can fill your tummy to the fullest and it's very addictive!! ๐ด A definite visit place when your in Bessy ๐
The best rolls in Chennai I ever had ! The 'Malai chicken tikka roll' is a vera level dish you must try ; You must be blessed to be at the shop before 8 to eat this roll, else you are unlukcy , come back tomorrow!
The self made sauce they serve makes the more spicy and delicious.
I love Bessy and I go very often, all my besent nagar visits ought to be this shop. Without Kebab It Bessy is incomplete.
Found this place in Zomato and was tempted to order... What will be a better thing to have on a Saturday night than some kebabs...
Ordered using Zomato as they do not take delivery orders... Ordered for paneer tikka, veel kebab and rumali roti... Food arrived on time as promised...
The food tasted good. Nothing wow and at the same time not bad... May be we didnt order their signature sheek kababs and rolls... May be next time will do so... Overall an okay experience..
Qty could have been more for the price they charge..
Easily one of the best kebab outlets in the city! Lip-smacking kebabs with a wide variety to choose from! Reasonable price and quick service are icing on the cake!
Ultimate destination for kebab lovers! Give this place a try, I'm sure every non vegetarian will keep returning to Kebab It!
Best rolls ever with freshly grilled kebabs right in front of you , reviewing this place after multiple visits .this become one of my fav joints after bay fresh 's shawarma rolls , in big fan of rolls , frankie , shawarma and this place being one of hidden gem , the display of variety of kebabs makes anyone tempted and to come over and have one literally ,
I have tasted cocktail , green afghani malai chicken roll I liked most very much and they add large portion of meat kebab with lots of malai sauce and onions one best thing they make their own bread in front of us freshly and bake it over thick vessel / tandoor which made me feel it's something different .
These two rolls became my fav . Worth trying once
It's just visit after bay fresh I would suggest
Happy eatin ! Alldayhungry007 for
Excellent food reasonable price quick service amazing taste good portion
one reason why we drive down to Besant Nagar all the way from Tnagar
Must try
The varieties are numerous for non veg... though they provide limited varieties for veg their standard of taste is not lowered at all... they have major specialities in all veg and non veg tikkas and rolls as well... malai paneer tikka roll cost 120/- definitely worth for the money the quantity adds weightage to the roll enough of paneer stuffed , well wrapped etc etc seating facility available .... taste 5/5, quantity 4.5/5, quality 4.5/5....
Good place to try different kebabs. Had chicken schezwan tikka and beef sheek kebab. Chicken was juicy and spicy. Beef was cooked well. Pudina chutney they serve is also good in taste. Also located in a popular destination. Must try if u love kebab and in besant nagar.
I am a vegetarian.. Thought there won't be any dishes for vegetarians.. Surprised to discover Malai Paneer Roll... It was so delicious and yummy.. Now it is my favorite dish...
To get a awesome experience with kabab "I will say kebabit besent nagar beach". Bec the I had a wonderful taste and superb dishes . Especially chicken fry murthabba and green Kashmiri tikkka with a malay dip, really a superb taste .
Small shop tucked inside eat street near bessy beach..
Smoke from kebabs invited me to check this๐ place but surprised to see that i ve bookmarked it already in zomoto so went in..
On a Saturday nite only one table was filled but many were standing to get parcels ๐I hope..
We r not hungry as we had burger from near by shop so tried only Malai kebab n beef murthaba..
Orders arrived nly after 15 min. Malai kabab was some marinated kebeb done n malai poured over it tasted good but I expected Malai to be marinated n done like d one I ate in Bangalore..
My hubby ordered murthaba I was sceptical abt beef but to my dismay murthaba was just out of world tasted heavenly ๐with mayo n green chutney..it had good amount of beef filling..that too meat jus melted in mouth not at all chewy..murthaba is actually made of egg as outer covering but I didn't find any eggs in this..but was super satisfied with the one..
Bill came up to 250..which is VFM
Definitely going back to try other dishes..I highly recommend this place if u r on bessy beach n want to 've good food n not burn a hole in ur pocket..
We all went last night to KEBAB IT, Really aswhome variety in chicken's. I really enjoyed Malai Chicken.
Malai Chicken i like it. Friends try malai chicken taste once in KEBAB IT.
I had bookmarked this place long back, so decided to check this when we were at the beach last evening.
A tiny outlet right next to Westfield with ain't that great interiors, just 4 tables and few chairs.
We tried the Chicken Tikka roll and Malai kebab roll. Both the rolls had good fillings in them. Chicken Tikka was spicy, filled with juicy chicken meat and green chutney, it was perfect. Malai kebab is medium spiced and creamier, almost similar to a Shawarma but was good.
Overall, this place is worth a try. They have a variety of rolls.
It was after a long time at the beach and decided to grab a bite from kebab it.
It's basically a very small little outlet with some three tables, located right next to Westfield at the corner.
We ordered two rolls, chicken Tikka and malai kebab roll. I had malai kebab roll and my chicken Tikka was my friend's order.
Malai kebab roll had a huge filling inside with mayonnaise, kebab and onions. Chicken Tikka had the filling of green chutney, chicken tikka and few onion. Both were good but I liked the malai kebab more. The rolls were big and perfect for one person.
A good place to grab a quick bite when in bessy.
Amazing place to grab a quick bite . Good food . Try your kebabs with the "maalai".
A must try when you are at Bessy !
The ambience is okay .
Good Kebabs and Sheek roll place
Try any roll with Malai if you like fresh cream.
The beef, chicken double roll is insane.
Service is good. You can sit in the store next to it and have a juice from there since it's breezy.
3.5 because this idea isn't original and a bit of a rip off. (KC)
For people like me starved of good food in Chennai, this place was nothing short of a saviour... Kebabs so good, I was compelled to write my first zomato review... No more words, just go and eat them kebabs
OMG this place. Just out of the world!!! Rolls here are to die for. Tried their special Chicken fry malaai roll = Heaven. Manager / Staff Aarif explained the different kind of rolls made here and they have this dish called Murthaba which was being served continuously and was on high demand. I was full with one roll, that I couldn't try the murthaba, but next time definitely I will. This is going to be favorite spot in Bessie hereafter. The staffs are so friendly and patient! Worth the money you pay!!
So we had our dinner here! The beef and chicken roll are really really good. one roll is enough to make your stomach full.the paneer tikka is also good.
Glad we found out this place near beach..situated in between tasty Jones and Pupil.. serves good kebabs and rolls.. management can be a lil better.. overall a nice experience.. :)
Superb kebabs. Glad i found this place. I ordered a kaati roll and just went around to see for another shop and found this. On seeing this, I cancelled my order at kati rolls. It was absolutely worth it. It is similar to that of Kebab Corner on greams road.
Ordered for the paneer tikka roll. It was filled with 6 huge chunks of paneer and veggies.
A sure shot try for all you people.
Best place beside the beach for wraps.๐๐๐
Decent place for tandoori, kebabs, tikka and rolls.
My favourite is Special malay chicken fry roll. Bestuu. Quantity of chicken they stuff inside the romali roti was too high. This one roll is enough to make your tummy full.
Tandoori will be decent. But, could have been served better. The masala was not well spread at times, bit watery inside the tandoori.
Overall, very good place for quick grabs
Great kebabs at affordable prices. Don't miss the chicken and beef fry and ask them to make it spicy. Special mention to Arief for his service.
This place is tucked next to the coconut bistro. The place is very small and could hardly fit 7-8 people. Nothing much for the ambiance . The service is really quick. We were starving and so spotted this place . We ordered a panner malai tikka role and a sheek kebab roll . I must say this shop serves some really juicy kebabs . And when those juicy kebabs gets warped by a kaathi roll with added chutney and onion it just tastes awesome. And a total VFM
Corner place located next to besant nagar beach..along with string of outlets.
You will have to fit into the 4/5 ย two seater tables and fans. Ideally its suited for a take way / stand & eat like most kebab corners.
Tried the veal kebabs (beef). Six small pieces is what you will get for Rs.100. Tasted good along with the spicy chutney. Takes about 10 minutes for preparation.
This place is very small, located next to the beach. We took parcel did romali rotis ( soft and fresh ) and 5 different kebabs. The chicken tikka was too dry, the green kashmiri was marinated well, the schezwan was a tad bit spicy and the malai chciken was a sure winner ( although one plate was a lil salty ). Liked the kebabs, got lil dry towards the end. But worth the price.
Date: 15/1/2016
Rated 4.5 for just one item I tried here. Also, ambiance was pretty bad. Just chairs and tables in a badly ventilated room.ย
Another one dish review, but I only do this when it's pretty good. When eating at Besant nagar, I've never got the feeling of the food being excellent maybe because I've only tried burgers at Pupil, katti rolls from the Katti roll shop (which are good) and the usual soda and fried potato spirals. Anyway, wanting to try this new place, decided to order just one for myself since my friend is on a diet. The menu showed a number of rolls and kebab options and I was confused. Asked the owner which the best of the lot was. Wrong question. He said everything was good. :P So, asked him which one was the bestseller in non-veg and he said Chicken Malaai fry kebab roll so I decided to go with that. It costed 130 bucks including taxes.
This place is one among those where you need your tummy filled and yet be kind on your pocket.
Visited it on a suggestion from a friend as i was running out of places to eat and being home alone for a week sucks!!!
Had gone there with no expectations what so ever....We had ordered for a spl cocktail malai tikka roll & a spl combo ckn roll and upon suggestion by one of the staff we also ordered for spl malai chicken tikka roll.
The first surprise was the size of the roll....and the next was the juiciness of the dish.... it was amazing how they had packed all those stuffs in that one single roll. The malai tikka roll is a must try for all those seeking of for an intense taste in street food.
The cocktail and combo roll had all the varieties and damn they were just too spicy. It was the only day in summer i had actually enjoyed the heat.
the ambience is not so much as its just a small outlet, its best to opt for a take away and enjoy the rolls in the sea breeze.ย
its place to stop by for a second try without question!!!!!!!
This is a long overdue review for the place.
I have been here long ago and have been ordering home regularly through swiggy.
The food is good. I love their kebabs. Not a. great fan of their rolls. Had a disappointing experience once with their beef roll and haven't ordered again. But i regulary order their chicken sheekh kebab and the chicken omelette. The omelette smells a bit funny. But tastes really good and the chicken sheekh is amazing.
Good food for a cheap price.
Wow great place for some mouth Watering tandooris. They make yummy and tenderish tandoori chicken which cost around 150 Rs per plate and I tell you it's awesome. Must try spot.
Good food, good people, prime location. Four of us reached there at about 11:15 pm looking for a decent eat out after a long day and stumbled upon this place. We ate a LOT. Cocktail kebabs, chicken omelettes and paneer tikkas (there is always that 1 vegetarian in the group). The food was reasonably priced and considering the location can even be considered VFM. Overall, good experience and will return for more!
One of the intelligent locations, you won't find it difficult to find the restaurant. Its a tiny place with around 4-5 tables, but the hospitality of the owner makes up for it. Combo Chicken Tikka could be tried if you want to taste all their kebabs and then order the one you like. Chicken Murthab (Chicken Murtabak) is like a chicken stuffed pancake and was very good. Achari Tikka was any other average tikka that you would eat in regular joints like this. And Tangri Kebab is also one of their must tries. The lady asked me to try their rolls which is their specialty but I didn't like it as much as other dishes served. All the tikkas and kebabs are superbly marinated, good work!
Great, cheap joint if you want to just eat non-veg.
Kebab it! Is more like a takeaway restaurant. I ordered some malai kebab and beef it tasted good but everything was very spicy so i guess this place is a right choice for people who love spicy food and this is the only place in besant nagar which serves beef.

Had Chicken Malai roll On new year night , I bet you it's worth every penny u spend . Awesome juicy roll with perfectly cooked chicken inside . Try it :)
One of the places where you can grab the food on the go and head towards the Beach. The Tikkas, Rolls, Sheek, Barra are stuffs worth trying. The Chicken Murthaba dish is a must try. The poultry is juicy and blended with the spices.
The Beef fry is tasty in it's own parallel with tender meat used. It's a pretty cheap place to try out.
Best places for kebabs in town.. I had tangri kebab and a chicken roll.. Was awesome and tasty.. Can improve it by making it Air conditioned.. But otherwise its best kebabs i have had.. Rates are also pocket friendly.. Must try place
Kebab it is the best place for college students to get lip smacking kebabs for the most nominal prices. Of course it's location is a plus point just grab your dish, sit by the beach with friends and have a gala time.
We ordered malai paneer and Malai chicken Sheekh along with roomali roti ! Every bite of the cream dipped and cheese garnished soft red Paneer is heavenly and so satisfying ! Worth every penny ! The paneer was So soft that it melts away in ur mouth ! The chicken Sheekh was perfectly minced perfectly with spices and garnished with fresh cream.
This place is worth every penny.
Kebab it.... A best place for all kind of kebab... And then most delighting one is the chicken fry and Romali roti.. I love that... A good place to dine....
I reeeeeeally liked this place!!! Came here for dinner and it was pretty quiet but I loved it! It was right before they closed up for dinner. The staff was nice and the food was sooo good! The menu wasnt extensive but thats ok bc everything they had looked good. I will be back soon to try some more of the menu and hope that all the dishes are just as delicious ..Got the sheek kabab and the chicken tikka. YUM!!!!!!!! Def going back when I'm in the area!
A best place for kebabs varieties, I just luvd malai chicken fry roll,The juicy taste makes you crave for more. The taste of cocktail chicken tikka is best for starters . A best place for kebabs and rolls for sure.
amazing place, the first thing you notice when you walk in is the courteous staff. This is a cozy place which is still a work in progress as far as the decor is concerned and the food is very nice. A good variety which is nominally priced coupled with quick serving. The place also has a number of combos available which can fit different budgets. The beef was well done and was cooked to the right flavor. A must visit for the taste and the hospitality. Will visit again :-)
We had chicken roll and panneer roll. Both had more stuff inside compared to other places. The meat and panneer are well cooked. My only suggestion is they can make it more spicy.
I'm a chennaite settled in delhi, on a lazy eve me and my wife decided to visit elliotts beach. There are many new food joints now to my surprise... Being settled in delhi... "Kebab It" took my full attention, we went to grab some rolls and ordered for chkn malai roll... Believe it or not, i was impressed. Then we tatsed sheek kebab which was even better, we both were praising the taste and juicyness of chkn. Must try joint for kebab lovers... Keep it up guys... We will visit again soon.
Dis is the best place for kebab's it tastes really gud u guys just go and check it outtt... The spl malai chicken and veal fry it's the best ovr there.
Yesterday night we took a take away
Paneer tikka - sufficient quantity of paneer tikka special cream onion and capsicum tastes delicious and tummy filling worth for the money
Baby corn also tastes gr8 but for me paneer tikka is first โบ
And wish to try their other aloo and gobi spl soon...
Its value for money...
After searching for Amma, the eat street and couldn't find it and owing to our hunger pangs..ended here..overall a tummy filling and tasty food place.
Food- Baby corn tikka roll and chicken tikka.
Chicken tikka- It was so juicy which i guess is due to the marination. Sliced onions and pudina chutney accompanied it and priced 110/- Everything was fine except the price. For an non air conditioned food joint with mediocre dining and service i think its definitely pricey. Only 6 pieces as well.
Baby corn tikka roll- This really took me by surprise..it was way too gud...the tikkas stuffed in a roll with crunchy onions ,chillies and chuntneys and its more gud than a kati roll since the stuff is a tikka. All the rolls cost u a 20+ rs from the price of a tikka plate. The outer roti of the roll was dry which was the only con..try toasting with butter or something.
P.s. Ambience and surrounding is a definitely turn off...not so tidy.
An OK place near besant nagar beach. 3.5 as they are among only few outlets that are serving seekh kababs. They dont have mutton seekh but beef seekh and veal kababs..ย
Nobody in Chennai knows how a seekh kabab is made. Neither these guys. They make a single big thick seekh, but atleast they do. Their chicken special roll was very good. As they are serving these rare items in a good location, prices are ok, but overall I found it pricey.
80 bucks for single seekh. 30 bucks for roomali...anyways, its chenna, cant complain. They should do good business here as not many places are there but if it would have been Delhi,, they are sure to go outta business
Suggestion: make ur seekh thin with 30% keema of what you make. And in one portion, serve 2,3 or even 4 seekhs which are thinner, tender, juicier and doesnt look like a loaf. Also you could mince the keema a bit fine or add raw papaya paste to keema. Try it and trust me you wont be disappointed. If possible please add Mutton seekh too.
As far as other comments go, I found this place better in taste as well as quality than the Kebab Corner at Greams road. Kabab corner adds tons of color to their food and I always fell sick whenever I go their to quench my craving. Glad found this place in chennai.
Thanks
So one weekday night we decided to hit this place for dinner. It was quite empty and we placed our orders - baby corn tikka and paneer tikka roll. The baby corn tikka came hot with a side serving of green chutney. It was yummy, juicy and spicy. The green chutney was a perfect go with it. The paneer tikka roll was alright. It was a bit dry when compared to the other rolls I have had. The place is totally worth the money. But I would still advice you to go for their tikka rather than their rolls.
This place has been on my bucket list for a while now since my friend keeps raving about it. I decided to visit it with my family after going to Bessy. It's a small place with self service. The menu has a variety of kebabs and rolls. They also let u order from the nearby eateries and deliver it to your table. A generous gesture! Coming to the food, we started with the combo chicken tikka. It was a melange of reshmi, tikka and hariyali tikka etc. served with a generous portion of mint chutney. Next came malai sheek, it was yummmm! It was followed by Veal tikka Barra and veal fry. The tikka Barra was succulent, juicy and well flavored garnished with cheese and the fry was moderately spiced with ample masala. The service was good. VFM was excellent! In one word I would summarize my experience as Kebabalicious! A definite try again place! Kudos to the management!
A must try eatery for the great taste of kebab and located in the prime location of the city. The variety and wide range to options to choose from makes people try something new everytime you visit the Kebab It!!
Congrats for a great start! Cheers!!
Went to this restaurant with my friends and got excited because of variety they had and quality was really gud and will recommend every one to visit there atleast once to enjoy the food
Have been there with friends and tried with more than 8 varieties ( chicken roll ) All were too good and it was amazing experience ..I suggest you to come up with more variety with dinning ... Good luck
Amazing!!!! Just came back from this place and had the absolutely best experience.ย Amazing food.ย Amazing service.ย We felt like we just walked into someone's home just in time for dinner.ย The owner came out to welcome us which was really nice.ย we ordered veg combo meal Everything on the combo was delicious... n out of this world!!!ย To sum it up Kebabitย is a definitive gem of a find.ย ย We are definitively going back and telling all of our friends about this place !!!!!
This is such a find. If you've loved the stuff at Greams Road Kebab shop, you'll be happy to know that you don't have to travel far from adyar for it.
I ordered the seekh kebab, the veal malai, surthi chicken kebab and on the suggestion of the person who spoke to me on the phone (and actually called back after I got a busy tone!) the chicken murtaba. The seekh was really aromatic with garam masala, the surthi chicken kebab was flavoured with roasted bell pepper and mustard, and the veal malai was outstanding - soft meat kebabs with a creamy sauce. I liked the murtaba as well. I think it's well worth eating there to get a sense of what it tastes like fresh off the grill but it's probably awesome.
Service is smooth - the proprietors are really nurturing this - right from running deliveries themselves. I liked how they gave me an honest estimate of the delivery time and stuck to it.
Definitely ordering again. 2 people can eat very well for what I ordered (maybe with another murtaba or seekh piece) and it came to 380 bucks, great vfm.
It's been 4+ years now I am tasting their kebab varieties. They have never compromised in their quality anytime.
The place or ambience may not be Hi fi, the trust me, the quality is definitely a Hi fi.
My favourite item is Malai chicken, I stronglyrecommend this item anytime for anyone, a must one to have for sure.
Its a great place for kebab lovers. It reminds me of the famous Bangalore fanoos. Great taste and variety. The meat looked very fresh and juicy. The chicken malai kebab roll and tangri kebab tops the menu. Must try for meat lovers. Good luck on the new venture ..
One of best kebab I have ever tasted so much juicy and soft the sheek roll was the super best and malai kebab was finger linking. All the flavours were so yumm one of the best kebab that I would recommend. The ambience they are best and so much friendly. A good place to spend time.
Seldom do you see yourself greeted by the owner of the joint . The chutney has a very personal , homely and healthy touch to it . The rolls are filling apart from being out of the world delicious and tasty . The Romalis are are with wheat on a traditional tandoori . Malai Panneer , Baby Corn wrap is the must-try for vegetarians .
Wonderful place to hangout with family especially beach goers...exotic rolls which s mouth watering...all items really taste good "chicken murthaba",.... One of d best restaurant I be been recently
....service factor s very good ...friendly service nice atmosphere...clean n hygienic.... My wishes to continue d same service throughout....
Definitely a place to be for some one who likes kebabs and rolls.
Should try the Murthaba , which is one if its kind. And yes of course their rolls , please note their rotis are made out of atta, which is good for some one who does not want to put on those extra calories
Guys you should definitely start delivery
I enjoyed the thattu muruk they served although itโs not as good as linkโs murukk itโs spicy and good. The mixed chicken kebab was just okay cause it was made with chicken breast and kind of hard. The Hyderabadi paneer was super soft and tasty loved it. The romali roti was soft, the chilly beef was super tasty! By the time we went they ran out of any veal kebabs that was a disappointment.
If you want to taste many varieties and most delicious food, this place is best. Pricing is reasonable. Friendly atmosphere. We can customise the taste as per our requirement too. Good place to hangout with family and friends. Loved it.
100 % you will love it. Dishes tried Romali roti, Chilly chicken, Mexican shawarma and chicken momo. Not even a single dish you can complain about. Must visit place if you are planning to have food at bessy.

The Taste and quantity was good and the ambience was better, recommended for dinner and the prices were a bit affordable compared to the nearby restaurants. Must try for a lit meal ๐ฝ๏ธ.
Paneer tikka roll with huge cubes of paneer was tasty.
The price was also reasonable . I felt almost full after just one roll .
Must try place in bessy
Swings are basically an attraction to this quirky place. Price is moderate. Visited before 2 yrs
It's a wonderful place to dine in or take away. Food here was awesome. Every item in the menu are so tasty and freshly made. This place is special in Shawarma (very soft and juicy), Mallai chicken, chicken tikka, Hyderabadi chicken, all items in paneer. Especially chicken fried rice is delicious and quantity is good. Best place to hang out and eat with your friends and family.
Great place to have kebabs.
Specially the kebab rolls are mouth watering.
Small food joint with variety of food items... Like kebab, shawarma, momos etc. Tried their Momo which were delicious. Nice place to hangout with friends.
Loved the romali roti. Priced at 25 rs so worth it. The lemon soda outside is not very impressive. The chicken kebab combo was good so was the swing themed seating.
It was my first time trying out street food in Chennai and Kebabit was the first location I was guided to.
Absolutely enjoyed eating the Mushroom, Baby Corn, and Paneer Tikka Kebab that I ordered. I wanted to eat more but had no place left in the stomach.
If you ever go to near Besant Nagar Beach, then make sure to swing by Kebab It and try out some mouth watering stuff. Itโs so good guys
It was amazing experience again there that too in rain. Whether we go here, it makes os so happy with its serving food without compromising in quality and quantity. Main thing is they serve in time even in hard times and the prices are so reasonable to visit again and again. Vegetarians can enjoy the for items as non-vegetarians do here.
Special plate shawarma is a must try here !
