The Only place in Chennai worth having Sizzling brownie at the lowest of Rs.140 compared to competitors. Been goin to Rich n Creamy for the past 10years just for this. The ice cream quantity n quality is good to have a delight. Need improvement on the brownie(used to be better). N People at the counter could be a little more friendly n knowledgable, all they answer is yes or no n the billed amount when I try to engage a conversation on their products n please the management, request the people at the counter to not stare at the customers when we're trying to enjoy, makes us customers (especially me) uncomfortable since I visit this place mostly alone.

We went for a small team treat . We were a gang of around 20 people . We ordered corn cheese nuggets , masala fries for starters . A special mention - the corn cheese nudgets was worth every penny that we paid . I just loved it a lot as it was cooked to perfection with right amount of melted cheese . Fries was neither good nor bad because the masala topping was not that great . My manager had ordered mini brownie and he just loved it and is was really worth the money and the cost was very reasonable - 30 bucks for such Goodies :) one of my colleague ordered the chicken burger and she loved the taste and she had mentioned that the burger was really soft. Next , we ordered some milkshakes and icecreams to beat the heat . All the ice creams were really good and the milkshakes were decent too. Overall , good taste and ambiance was decent . Definitely , a good place to visit for snacking :) :)
We went here for a small budget treat and I would say we really liked the food. They have lot of varieties in ice cream and shakes..since we are a big team we had opportunity to try almost 75% of what they have.
Chicken burger and chocolate mini brownie is at top list. Burger buns are really really soft and blends nicely with mayonnaise and lettuce inside.
All ice creams especially nutty mania and mango delight were awesome.
Chicken nuggets and popcorn chicken was ok..chicken can be little bit soft.

A pretty decent place for snacks , deserts and ice creams.
Have tried the litchi shake, chocolate truffle ice cream, cheese corn nuggets, exotic garlic bread and choco lava cake.
Except the lava cake everything else was good, I couldn't see or feel the lava part and it went rock solid in few minutes.
Its also light on the cost side.
Best burger in this locality compared to Moz burger and Meat and Eat. Both taste wise and cost wise. They do provide a rich variety of cakes although I've not tasted it.
Had their crispy chicken burger which had soft buns and really crispy chicken. Mayo wasn't spread all along the burger which is a turn off. Buns were heated in the oven I guess because I couldn't touch the burger for the first 5-10 min owing to red hot!
Service is little slow and they have to work on it. They have expanded their seating to first floor thus providing adequate seating space. However,ambiance is on the lower side with dine in are hardly air conditioned. Value for money is excellent.

I have been to their chrompet outlet a lot of times. I was searching for a good dessert/pastry shop in this locality and found this, I wasn't hesitant to visit this outlet because of the trust they have earned for their quality service. I had a tall beauty and a falooda n I loved it.

Rich n Creamy of Chromepet is my most trustworthy and most recommended pastry shop...so when a cousin planned a treat in ekkatuthangal and asked a suggestion for a celebration cake..the first thing that struck my mind was this outlet of Rich n Creamy....and thankfully he ordered it from this place...a 2 kilo white forest...I happened to tag along with him...
Located in ekkatuthangal 100ft road after the ekkatuthangal bus stop...easily visible...close to icici bank too...parking was limited and roadside...
The place averagely maintained and cleanliness too was the same...has seating on 2 floors...though I did not visit the first floor the server said it could seat around 15 ppl...another 15 in the ground floor...A/C was on the lower side...
Service was a letdown similar to their other outlet...was a bit slow...not friendly too...and for the delivery of the ordered cake too they did not keep the promise..and we had wait for an extra half an hour...
Other than our order of bday cake we tried the regular fried chicken burger and banana delight softy...all were perfect as usual in respect to the taste...the softy was perfect..no problems...the burger though tasted good..preparation and presentation lacked a bit....The whiteforest cake was exceptional...perfect...moist and soft...perfect sweetness...
An outlet that is a must try in this locality...wide variety..must try softies and burgers..fries and quick bites are also a must try....
I love crispy fried chicken burgers of rich and creamy. Plenty of time I visited rich and creamy for these burgers. The bread is soft and chicken is awesome. Worth for money better than KFC
This place is one of my favourites. Most of the chennaites do not know about this place coz it doesn't have its outlets in porsche areas. There are two outlets as you can see. And I have ate in both outlets.
CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN BURGER is the one you have to taste in this place. The burger Tastes much better than the KFC's and McD's burgers.
And the Cakes & deserts are tastier than the amount you pay for it. One of the best desert place. Only thing they lag is in ambience.

As a child growing up in Hyderabad, Softy (soft-serve ice cream) was a phenomenon of deliciousness. Softy Den and the numerous other Softy Parlours like it were a veritable wonderland of fake ice cream delight. But they seem to have disappeared under the onslaught of packaged ice cream, Baskin Robbins and that cream stone wave. They're so difficult to find. Except here in Chennai! What is with this city?
Anyways Rich n Creamy is a great place to go to for a quick bite and an indulgent dessert. I know the flavours are a little off and the chocolate isn't really chocolate. But that's what it was like growing up. And sometimes, I still crave it.
I recommend their fried chicken sandwich (Crispy Fried Chicken Burger) if you're hungry. It's pretty good and comes with unnaturally soft bread (I think they microwave it). It's pretty good.
Their chocolate shake and various dessert combinations involving brightly coloured syrups, cake and softy are worth checking out too.

Good place to stop by for a light snack, the menu has all the items that you would expect for a tasty meal. There is also a vast choice of ice creams to choose from.

Stopped here for light snack with friend while on the way to office. They have good collection of cakes, softies, desserts, burgers, snacks, etc..
Ordered a crispy fried chicken burgers & German black forest cake. Cake was served first, which was decent. Burger served in five minutes, which was hot & aromatic (chicken). Buns were so soft n juicy. Fried chicken patty was crispy & tasted good.
Place was spacious enough for cake shop n also it was mentioned they have dining area at first floor too.
Overall a very good cake shop or snakcs at Ekkaduthangal.
A better place for a depressed evening... the sizzling brownie is one of my all time favorite and it is served really hot here.. The not so bad interior will help you in flushing out a stressed day..! Price is reasonable and menu has a good number of soft drinks.. shakes and ice creams.
Din know they had a branch that too near guindy. This one is small compared to the one in chrompet, but less crowded . A good place to spend a lazy afternoon when there is little work at office. Their faluda - large and yet tasty till the last drop.Lolly pop chicken is pretty good, The crispy fried chicken burger was not available - so unable to confirm the hype for it. This has a Ist floor too, if you come with a large group, they would probably accommodate you there :) :)keep it up! and if possible start selling Pizzas again - the chicken tandoor pizza.
Excellent Cakes, never got bored yet, been a regular for over 3 years now. AC does not work at times. interiors are quite old fashioned.
Very pocket friendly, the veggie burger is good and a must try. the burger buns are super fresh , hot , and soft. Milkshakes are good. I take strawberry everytime.

this was a total surprise , I had imagined it as a cake shop only , but this is more of a restaurant types. I gone there with 3 office friends, we ordered chicken burgers ( asked for crispy fried chicken burger - which is its special item from my office friends perspective- but not available ) and different milk shakes, I must admit, everything was totally yum, and very affordable. why I am giving only 4.5 stars? The service can be better.

Pleasant Sunday evening, perfect time, climate and mood for an ice cream. But our experiences at Baskin Robbins had upped our expectations with ice cream. So the dilemma presents itself, where to go? As usual, Zomato's the app of the hour and out pops the suggestion, Rich n Creamy, Ekkatuthangal. Now I had been to the outlet in Chromepet and was pretty much impressed with the "Chocolate Excess Duo". So I was looking forward to the same here as well.
Once you reach the place (right on the main road), you get an idea its not really a place that appeals for a sit-n-eat ritual. This place was more like a small bakery with lot of cakes and pastries on display and a few tables (and chairs) laid out. Not much of a looker, this one, you realize this when you look around and find a broken old AC on one side and the floors not so clean. Anyway, I proceeded to the counter and asked for the "Excess Duo", the guy behind the counter shook his head. I asked, "Truffle Duo", and once again was treated with a vigorous shake of his head. We thought for a while and finally settled for the "Sizzling Brownie", hoping it will satiate our sweet buds. When it finally came, it was a view to watch and was mindblowing to taste! it took us less than 10 minutes to gobble it down and then another 2 minutes to savor it!
Being near to the place, I am definitely going back to try out other items on their menu.
Never been there for a snack but whenever there is a birthday celebration at work, the cake has to be from Rich n Creamy! So good delights. Please keep up the excellence. ;)
A very gud place for a quick bite. My favorite is fries, chicken nuggets and litche shake. Ambiance is gud. Not too cozy. Love it always. One of my favorite destinations for quick bites.

Good place and fresh cakes are available. Ordered 3 hrs before the birthday celebration and we got it on time. Must say Cake was yummy and very tasty. We ordered vanilla flavour it was too good. You will get all variety of flavours....Also give try with sizzlers there. Sply couples go there to enjoy chocolate cake sizzlers. It's small place. But products are good.....Cheers
Good at taste. Ordered veg burger and that was so delicious and crunchy. A great place for the ultimate foodies. And the smoothies are simply delicious enough to taste. Worth a try. Sure you're gonna come back for more.

Superb Quality food with all varities of dishes they have.. very good for evening time treat area.. you can taste all dishes if you go with 4 or 5 friends.. all the foods will give you different taste... Mainly Milkshake, Burger, Nuggets, Brownie so much is there.. both veg and non veg.. and Cake also there.. you can get good fresh cream cakes reasonable price.
Nice place to have ice creams. The ice we had was very soft. We were not very happy about falooda but we ordered a chocolate based ice cream and it was good. Worth for money. The quantity that they give is decent for the money we give.
Awesome place.... Economical and tasty.... Choose any item in the menu you will not regret.... I have been here more than 5 times I choose diff. Nenu each time.... And all of then are very taste....

Nice place for couples. Floor area is less however you can feel some privacy in here. All bakery and confectionery items are good. Birthday cakes are also good here.
