I've been there many times, Located nearby Loyola College. Tasty and variety of tea with cookies and snacks are available. Red velvet Brownie is a must try. Only Bike parking is possible.

90ml best place to experience good quality tea's and coffee's, even there we some brownies and sandwich, where you can have a brunch, and ice brewed tea's too.... Well personaly as a tea lover, i had just tasted two varieties of tea and here after that's gonna be my favourite forever (1. 90ml special & 2. Ginger tea). Good hospitality with some forever taste.
I had three delicious brownies delivered to me through Zomato. First of all the delivery experience was wonderful, the delivery guy was very polite. The chocolaty goodness was too much to resist so, I immediately began to devour the brownie. The texture was perfect and it was just baked right🥰. All in all this is definitely a wonderful place to try out brownies for a very reasonable cost. It sure will make you want to go back.

The concept is to bring the old school feel of having tea/coffee while giving various types of flavours which will leave you spellbound, my whole system works on tea/coffee, when I visited Chennai, I wanted to try some of the best places and 90ml hit my radar so I visited.
They have few outlets but I went to the Nungambakkam one, which is located at the backside of the Loyola College, this outlet has a very neat outlook and seating facility for a quick sip and bite.
While there were many options to choose from, I decided to try a few of the drinks.
90ML Special Tea: The flavours were strong and I really liked this tea.
Chukkappi: I was quite intrigued to try this one as I was told this is kind of spicy, well, to be honest, it was but it had a great flavour. Something which is very unique and must-try.
Lavender Herbal Tea: While I am very keen about the herbal tea, this one was good, the flavours of herbal kicks in very strong.
Filter Kappi MilkShake: This was my favourite hands down. Chennai is known for its filter kappi but I wanted to try how the milkshake will taste like, and I was left speechless. This drink is a must TRY.
Strawberry Blast Milkshake: The thickness and flavours were perfect, I really liked this milkshake a lot.
Apart from that, the service of this place is phenomenal, the staff were very friendly and helpful, they use paper straws so brownie points for that.

They serve a quite a good range of menus even for picky ones on their beverages.
The taste and quality of the beverages are too good.

Perfect place to start your day peacefully with a Tea. They have different varieties of tea, they have more herbal tea which you haven’t heard about it. Ginger Tea is the best with good amount of ginger & sugar in a tea. Single tea costs 20₹ & double costs 30₹, they even have sandwiches, cakes, biscuits, puff pastries too. Mushroom Mayo Sandwich was very nice. I have tried all the drink in 90ml, they also serve cold drinks like milkshakes, ice tea & much more. Just try it out.

An amazing pitstop on a hot summer afternoon or a cold December evening for some chai and kapi ❤️. I am a big fan of their black tea and lemon tea for it is a rarity to find black tea or lemon tea that is just the right amount of sweet and flavouring 😍. Will always come back to you, especially on a cold rainy night 😘

Not bad ..not bad at all ..!!! Nowadays who gives you a bill for a single chai at tea shops . Ok we pay double rates here , where we can get a chai for 10 bucks in normal shops . But , way they serve (neat and clean ) and most importantly the different flavours of tea and coffee they have here is surprising and also you don’t have to pull out more than 100 bucks from your pocket for a quick evening snack. A 90ml special , bread rolls and cookies won’t cost you much . Personally I liked those crispy bread rolls and veg puffs they have here, also some decent varieties of biscuits in the jar. A good place to hang out with friends ..sit in the bench , take a sip and relax . Parking your cars and bikes are not that difficult(not much of traffic flow ,except the college time ).
NOTE : They also serve ICED tea and coffees 😍 ( milk + water the mixture is pretty good , and trust me you won’t get hot water in the name of tea 🤣)

This is one of my most regularly visited hangout place. Truly a great place for Chai Lovers. I have tried all the types of tea and my favorites are Black Mint, Cardomom and Peach Ice tea. A nice place for some variety Tea at reasonable price.
Best place to have filter coffee. The best part is peach iced tea with sandwich. I just loved it, the place is so neat and clean. One must try there and the price is so cheap as well.

I have tried their Classic filter coffee, 90ml tea, briyani tea and cold coffee. The 90ml chai has been my favorite and I'm one of their glass lover. It is definitely worth the buck and staff is courteous too.
As much as I love their drink did not find the snack options attractive, like the sandwich is not grilled. But definitely good place to stop for a quick refreshing drink.
Good place to hangout and enjoy a great cup of chai. Coffee Lassi is a must try. I love cold coffees and this is one of the best joints in Chennai for a tasty and affordable cup of cold coffee. Top quality and doesn't burn your pocket.
Experiencing road side Tea shops was a dream before 90ML.. Decent ambiance!!! A must try for Filter coffee lovers.. :) they do have some snacks, I tried corn & Mayo sandwich and brownies both met the expectation taste wise and available at affordable prices comparing with High end Cafe's. If you wanna try some beverages or snack on the go you could try cold beverages and sandwiches are really filling Worth paying.. Anddd I did try their spl item "Coffee Lassi" if you're someone looking for experimenting new varieties then should definitely try.. ! Overall I did have a good experience with 90ML

Nowadays I'm carving for best tea in Town. This place has actually full filled my search. They serve tea all time. I actually first like the timings. Then their money worth, this is so cheap and worthy. And then last but not least, variety and innovation. They have many varieties and full fill it with the taste.

Today I had a pit stop for nice chai at 90ml tea shop which is close to Loyola college Nungambakkam chennai...it’s a perfect stop for a tea break. U get different flavours of tea one thing that got my attention was “biryani tea” I guess it’s like masala tea tho. They also serve ice tea will be a good pick for summer.
I tried ginger tea and it was absolutely refreshing. They also serve small snacks like sandwiches, rolls and puffs and I would rate the snack 3/5 it was ok. The best part is it’s pocket friendly tea cost ₹30 and snacks from₹35 onwards.
FYI: there is no parking and very few seats it’s more like a tea on the go. It’s a best place for students to hangout.

Our order was,
1. Spl 90ML Tea- the tea was thick but we felt it was a bit milky and the tea concentration was a bit less. Would have been perfect if the proportion was proper.

I visited on Saturday evening. Only a few variants of tea were available. Most of the snacks items were not available. We tried Giner Tea, Lemon Tea, and spicy varki. All are good and tasty. Rates are reasonable. The shop is located on the high road, getting parking during peak traffic hours is quite difficult. Staff are supportive. .

90ml is a good hangout place at evenings for a strong hot glass of addiction of ur choosing😉 and varieties of small snacks. They provide clean and good service. Though they have a limited area (suited for only 6-7 people at a time), the shop is crowded during the evenings.
