It's good place for the people who are visiting for visa approvals. Actually I booked from Agoda app so that I got the room for less price compared to normal. Here u will get complimentary breakfast and rooms will clean. We can appreciate for there hospitality n maintenance. They used to respond quickly when ever we need a help such a polite gesture.
This is the best lodging option for you if you plan to visit Chennai for a day or 2 days or especially for the visa interviews. The US embassy is so near that you can walk in 5 minutes. The biometric center is also walkable but it's bit far, takes around 15 minutes. The rooms in the hotel are AC and spacious enough for two. They are incredibly cheap and affordable. The staff present there were very cooperative and helpful. The breakfast is complementary. You will have 2 different breakfast dishes. I think it's totally worthy for a day or two day stay in Chennai. I couldn't take the pictures inside the room as I was in a hurry, sorry about that.
The place is a budget friendly place with the biggest plus being it's close proximity to the US consulate. You find that it's at walking distance to the visa center. The rooms are decent, and the in-house food is good. All in all, a good deal for the price we pay.
I stayed here for 2days when I visited Chennai for VISA interview. I had a great experience here and the rooms were well maintained with AC,TV. The price is affordable and they will serve complimentary breakfast too.

Near to the US embassy for biometric and interview. Hotel is nice, clean washrooms beds are good, bedsheets are kinda unclean but fine for use. Staff are friendly(they gave me a early check-in without any charges). There's a restaurant in the third floor, food is ok but expensive. Cons are hot water count is very slow, room floor is not clean. From 202 you can see the neighbor cats they're so kyute. Conclusion: if you are up to visa interview then this is the right hotel.
Rooms could have been cleaner. If you are alone and need a centrally located place near the US embassy.
The kitchen is responsive and the pricing is ok, quality of food is good too.
Great place especially for visa purposes. The rooms are really spacious and clean and fragrant. The place is hygienic. The receptionist lady is also very polite. There are loads of good restaurants nearby to eat and drink.

This place is located in walkable distance from Bio-metric centre (10 mins walk) and 500mtrs from US embassy so good place for people who stay for two days of visa appointment.
Rooms are decent and with cupboard, TV, wifi, hot water which is rarely required in Chennai weather, a study table and chair. Wifi network keeps dropping more often but still manageable.
The breakfast definitely needs to be improved as free isn't alms that's been given to customers.
