Abode of the great Joe himself, this is a peaceful little community. The security staffs are so friendly and understanding.
Very nice place has park and ground to play , club house for library , gym , table tennis and swimming pool. A-Block Recommended for these extras, but B-Block Recommended for no out door activities other than tennis court, R-Block Recommended for 2 floors and other nice activities.
Amazing place. Calm and silent with everything you will want. Spacious there is 10 acres of land. Spectacular place must visit if your looking forward to buy a house away from the busy traffic noise.
Vicinity of the apartments is really nice with broad roads and good greenery. An ideal place for people working out during morning. I see most of the people of all age groups running around and jogging.

It's a nice apartments complex A very nicely maintained gated community with good tarred road and facilities like park,club house,tennis court. Nice place well organised and maintained with lawns n ro water facilities. A lot of shops and supermarkets like Nilgiris,heritage,more etc are available nearby also hospitals like Apollo and GEM are also close-by
It’s a gated locality with greenish surroundings. It’s got a very safe entry and exit procedure. Perungudi having been one of the key dumping grounds of yesteryear gives a pungent smell, this is one of the few localities where the smell remains largely suppressed

A nice gated community with clean environment. They have both villas and apartments. I have seen playing areas like tennis courts, shuttle courts.
One of the best societies to live in. Really nice people, ample open spaces, large play area for kids.
The maintenance charges are high but i guess that's fine.
