I just loved the food but there is definitely a hygiene issue. Also the crowd was unexpected like a fish market. But the food was tasty.
Amazing chettinad style food. Very humble and courteous service and it's a surprise once u sit down and taste the food. The Outer humble appearance totally vanishes once u taste the food. Definitely a must visit.
Food: We ordered Chicken, Mutton & Fish meals. The taste was good. This combo meal comes with 3 starters of chosen meat. If you go for Mutton meals you will Liver, Boti & Mutton Chukka with the meals. For the fish meal we got Prawn, Crab & Fish fry. I have attached a pic of the Combo meal items, pls check that for the entire menu. Apart from the starters you will also get Mutton Gravy, Chicken Gravy & Fish Gravy for Non Veg meal you choose. Additionally you will get Sweet, Appalam, Rasam, Butter Milk.
Ambience: Good, but crowded since we went here on Pongal day.
Service: A bunch of youngsters dressed up in traditional attire amid Pongal festival looked great. Quick and receptive.
Location: On the ECR road, 2 kms from Kovalam.
Recommend this for Combo Meals during lunch.

Mutton chukka biriyani - 4/5 - Good taste with good quantity. Can try once
Kadamba gravy - 3/5 - Decent taste
Non veg meals - 2/5 - should have been better. Taste of the curries could have been better.
Chicken lollipop - 3/5 - felt very dry, it's like chicken 65 with lolipop shaped chicken.
Schezwan chicken rice - 4/5 - Good taste but too much of beans in the dish.
Fish curry meals - 3/5 - decent taste but too expensive
Bread halwa - 5/5 - served hot and it tastes good.
The hotel was chilled with good air conditioning. Just entering inside the hotel from the hot ECR road is just awesome... food wise we tried only vegetarian... this hotel has good non vegetarian food. If one is looking for awesome non veg chettinad food one can visit this place. Service wise it is good... cost wise moderate only. I tired veg meals and mushrooms pepper dry. Bill was around 530.

Many varieties of food. Good ambience. Have to wait for seats during peak time.
Have tried chicken biryani, fish meals & chicken meals. Foods were so delicious & flavourful. Unlimited meals.
Fish meals comes with normal kootu poriyal added with crab curry or sura puttu, prawn thokku & fish kulambu.
Neatly served & the servers were good. Have enough space for parking.
You will get here both veg and non veg. Weekends crowded...so be quick. In and around that area this is the good hotel to have lunch or dinner. Car parking on the road sides....manageable. Rest rooms are available but not very clean.

Seriously an awesome restaurant with delicious taste. Only one thing today happened here I have ordered mutton chettinaud and they give worst mutton pieces so I have ate that gravy and intimated with then as the same. So they have not billed me the mutton gravy.... Really a good restaurant with excellent customer satisfaction.
The eatables offered here are delicious! I tried out Chapati with Butter Chicken Masala, which was delectable. If you are someone who loves spicy non-veg food, then you should check out this place. This restaurant is on the way from Mahabalipuram to Chennai. It may look like a small hotel from the outside, but it has quite a lot of seats and, the interior looks good.
This place is directly on the highway towards Mahabalipuram. Place is easily visible while driving. Just half kilometer after Sheraton Grand. Has all the menu that is generally expected of Karaikudi chain. Staff were courteous and place was decent. Good for individuals and family. Good options available too at all price points.
Newly started place. Best treatment I have received in restaurant till now. Complementary soup once you get in, Biriyani was tasting ok but you get complimentary rasam rice with it. Complimentary beeda for all. Good one if you are around this location.
If you are going Mahabalipuram beach , it is a must try place for you to taste the food and the Ambience of the place it's felt like our home cooking and dinning and if you are a sea food lover fish meals is the correct option for you ,but it's bit costly and it's worth for your money ✨

I wanted to check how this new hotel is. We are satisfied with the hospitality. Taste is good. All non veg items are good in taste. It's very good for non veg people. Many dishes are there in non veg particularly in chicken, mutton, fish including prawn. Another special thing is they have special items based on area wise like Tamilnadu special, Andra special and Karnataka special. Non veg dosas are available. All of you can try with hope. Good luck!
