i have oder cheese masala puff and cold coffee....cheese masala puff so taste .keep it up .cold coffee also so wonderful taste and yummy ......try the cheese masala puff
Eating for past 15 years... opposite to my school.. the best place for chats and lite gossip.. try the pain puri and if you are lucky to get a veg puff do try a masala puff.. nice fillings and yummy combinations..
This has been my favorite chat shop since my childhood days. Almost 5/7 days in a week I visit this place with my friend(Second home feel 😂)
I've tried almost everything on their menu. They are known for their Pani poori and masala puff. I can keep eating them all day♥️

Nice place to hangout with friends and family. Nice ambience and cleanliness too . However food taste and quality can be improved further if needed.
Keshav is a brand name for getting some great chaat in chennai. It is located opposite of the GSS college. It's a small shop and we need to place an order and wait. I liked the cheese pizza here. Tried the falooda but it was not great. Try having bhel puri and sev puri here. Jain food is also available.

Khakra sandwich which was full of cheese and mayonnaise. And the other one which i ordered was dahi papdi chat. Their signature green chilli and mint chutney will blow your mind. Must try place for chats.

Sri Keshav Chats ! Speaking of chats this place is one famous outlet among the people of chennai exclusively for their north indian chats.
This place serves one of hottest pani puri's with no compromise in the taste.
The next on the list which you should be looking out for is their cheese balls, two generous size of oil fried cheese filled balls with their signature green chilli &mint chutney will make you crave for more.
There isn't much of an ambience to lookout for, service is okayish.
We just travel all the way till vepery just to try these both and believe me its worth.
Overall a worthy chaat shop which everyone should try.

Many a times u travel miles together to try out an eatery but miss out to try the local ones. This is one such place. I had kattori chat and pav bhaji. They were really delicious and very unique from other chat outlets that I have tried so far. The kattori chat deserves a Special mention since I expected something like Raj kachori but they were small pieces with right amount of everything and very very delicious. They also have pizzas, toasts, sandwiches, shakes, drinks, Augratin and many more. I have to try my hands in them soon.
Next visit had their dahi padi chat, khakra sandwich and fruit cocktail falooda. Khakra sandwich was decent. Others were okayish.
Famous Pani Puri outlet in vepery .. sandwiches and Vada pav are served hot in the evenings and are often seen crowded for these items .. fairly priced considering the location and the quality they provide
Amazing place to hangout with friends for a snack.... Corn and cheese augratin is my all time favourite and pani puri is topclass!!! Worth every single penny and tummy feels satisfied

Best of all among the row of chat houses present there. Pani puri, Pav Bhaji, Bhujia Sandwich are the ones I liked it there! One of the oldest and renowned chat house with quick food service. Chatpata and swaadisht chaat. 😁😋
Was here for a quick snack on a weekday night. Their ambience and shop styled setup isn't really the attraction factor, but spread and quality of offerings seemed more like the crowd puller.
Decided what I wanted to try the moment I parked my bike and got the aroma of the bhaji from their pav bhaji counter. Fortunately and unfortunately, they had run out of pav buns but had bhaji for three more servings. I decided to try it nonetheless and ordered a plate with bread as replacement.
Lip smacking and spicy bhaji, while bread kinda failed to combine. My other order - pani poori - was a tad too spicy and forced me to order their sweet beda (which was decent).
The pav bhaji was priced a little high for the setup, but considering the quantity and quality - I am surely going back for more. Other things I intend to try during my next visit are : sandwich variants like muruku sandwich, kakda sandwich and vada pavs.

With its location being a stone's throw away from my office, Keshav Chats is a place that I've started to frequent often. Located at the ever busy Vepery High Road, right next to the EVR Sampath Road, Keshav Chats is a landmark of sorts and even with many similar looking chat shops, it stands tall thanks to the name it has earned over the years.
The place has very little parking at it's frontage and this too is always filled with bikes. A 4 wheeler to this place isn't a good idea, but I've seen some 'brilliant' folks with zero traffic sense parking their cars to dine here. There is almost no seating area and I'm calling it almost, thanks to a few plastic chairs placed next to the billing counter.
They have a plethora of items ranging from the ever-in-demand Paani poori to other chats, sandwiches, pizzas, ice golas, shakes and drinks. It's surprising on how they can dish out so many items within such a confined spot.
I've been here countless times but there was only one instance where I'd actually taken pics which are attached here. Their pani-poori is a must try as it's one of the best in town. Grilled sandwiches here is a speciality and with the liberal amount of cheese that goes into the making of these sandwiches, it's a no brainer that this place is a haven for cheese lovers. What impresses me the most is their juices and the varieties in it. Though they might not have whatever they've mentioned in the menu, they still offer a number of options and they're surprisingly good. Their pav bhaji too is lip smacking.
The paani poori is priced at Rs. 20 per plate. The sandwiches cost about Rs. 70 and so does the pav bhaji. Service might obviously not be their strongest feature but they make up to it with the delicious food and drinks that are pocket friendly too.
High on chat and high on cheese varieties; but low on the purse! High on taste but low on variety; high on crowd but low on ambience. A great place for any time chat at greater vfm.

This place is perfect for people who are broke during the month end. They have amazing varieties of chats and less than 100 bucks and one can hop in here anytime of the day for a snack. I love their cheese puff and cheese murukku. They also have McCain snacks.
A good place to try chat in chennai. Serving delicious and spicy chats, cheesey delicacies, sandwiches, drinks and many more. Everything was good but the pani puri's were amongst the worst i had ever tried. Seeing the crowd i expected pani puris to be the best but they didnt come up to my expectation.Service was fast....
Keshav Chat is my favourite. There each and every Chat item is delicious. They have amazing service as well. It is according to me a legendary kiosk in Chennai. A big competitor to Hemant and others near by.
This review is only for pani puri in this chaat shop... When I used to stay nearby vepery I ll visit this shop once in a week to taste their pani puri's.. The pani taste is out of the world, as far as I know it ll have more amount of pepper and a big ice cube ll b immersed inside d pani to make it hot and cold. A little expensive for a total of 6 puri's but ur tummy will be fulfilled after having 6. Since it has high amnt of pepper if you are suffering from any throat infection or cold it ll be quitely gone after having the pani puri.
