An excellent place to have chaat items at a nominal price. All the dishes we ordered were good. The service is very quick but the shop atmosphere is not great. It’s a very small shop with only few tables. So either we have to wait or we have to stand and eat. They have sweets too which we haven’t tried but there was a huge rush for it.
This "KAKADA" has my heart, I'm out of words to express my love for their Jalebi, all day all time I can have it. I tasted their Jalebi like 7 years back, no going back after that.
They retail 100gms for 80/- which is totally worth
The only disadvantage is, you have to have patience to get your turn, as this place is always packed.
Crowd management needs to be improved
Good packaging
Till now if you have not tried from here, definitely your missing major. Do try it 💯💯💯

I don't know why there is always long queue for this shops panni Puri.
The Jalebi is my favourite and a must try if you happen to visit here. They are prepared in front of you also the badam milk (Rs150) is famous here for its richness and nuts.
This shop is located inside Phoenix Mall's lower ground floor. We took the Dahi Kachuri and pani puri. It was perfect 😋. The size of the kachuri was enormous, and the ideal balance of the dahi, chutney, etc. All items were fresh and crispy.
On weekends and holidays, you will get a long queue.
It’s a bit pricey, but it’s worth it. They also serve jalebi, different sweets, dahi puri, Badam milk, etc. The only issue is that they have minimal seating arrangements.
Price/ Cost: Minimum price: 60.
Most of the items fall into the Rs 60 to 200 range.

Quick bite chat place in the middle of a shopping place. Pricy but given the quality they provide gets justified. Their best sellers badam milk and hot jalebi deserves a mention. Panipuri is top notch too.
My two favourite treats here are cashew nut-based sweets and Aloo Tikki chat. Others might also enjoy their kaju sweets, Panni puri, and jelabi.
Kakada Ramprasad in pheonix marketcity is located in the lower ground floor (LG).
The place is always busy for its pani poori.
They serve Paani with Pudhina , Jeera & Hing flavours.
They also serve hot jalebi and the badam milk is a must try. Seating arrangement is quite a thing here , Very few chairs and table available.
The very tasty Street foods of North India can be found here. The cost is much but serves good. There's no or little place to eat there itself.
The Chaat at kakada always has that special touch. I mean, it all looks the same, but has a good balance of sweet, spicy and tang. The paani poori has three different flavours - mint, asafoetida and jeera (I think). One plate has 6 pooris. You can choose what you'd like most, or go with two pooris each of the three different paanis.
Aloo Tikki Chaat is excellent. Tikkis remain crisp till the last bite.
Jalabis - hot from the fresh deep frying - are syrupy sweet, sticky and crisp.
Because of the crowd
Now the all time favorite badam milk is available over Velachery. It's located inside Phoenix market city in the ground floor. The cost of the badam milk they serve is ₹150 but totally worth it. Other than that they've sweets and savouries which is made out of pure ghee. The pricing is high but once you have their food you'll forget the money spent on it.
This place surely deserves a 5 ⭐️ .. big fan of kakada. Qualit of their food and the taste js unbeatable… conveniently located within phoenix mall. It is a bit crowded but the service is really quick and billing is fast too. Priced ok . Not too expensive like few other restaurants inside the mall.
Jilebiiiiii was so so so so good . One of the best I have had . I’m also a big fan of their aaloooo tikkiiii. So crispy and fresh .. basundi was amazing too. Badam milk top class : so much of badam and less milk :) loved it . I heard their pani poori is also good . Overall an amazing food experience 👏👏
One of my favourite place for chaats in Chennai. The food quality and quantity is excellent. The quality is really good and loaded with lots of flavour. You must try their Dahi Puri, bhel Puri, raj kachori. They have live Golgappa, Chaat, Jalebi and Pasta counter. The jalebi is also delicious and they serve hot. The staff is also quick and organised.
Best clean street food you can get in India! Love the Badam Milk, Pani puri, Jelabi is sooo fresh! So many delicious food here. Come here twice a week when I'm in Chennai. Love it!!!!! Hope you could come to Malaysia soon!!
This place is in pheonix marketcity in the lower ground floor. The place serves mainly snacks type things like chaats sandwiches raj kachori sweets and pani poori. They also serve jalebi. Pani poori counter is always full. Raj kachori, pani poori and jalebi are must try. They also serve ghewar which is very delicious. But full size ghewar is available not mini ghewar.
You can experience your childhood favorite chats In a hygienic way. So neat the atmosphere. It's in the middle of phoenix mall giving out the road side feeling and food was yummy too. A little expensive as it's inside the mall.
I am a regular and a huge fan of the hot hot jalebis... They are to die for... Each of the chat items available are also super yummy. They are quite filling and while the cost may seem high, it is very well justified for the quality and quantity
I think customers deserve much more arrangements. No sitting no washbasin and absolute confusion getting your order. Big ordeal. Taste is awesome. It doesn't mean you can treat people as you like. This is in a walking corridor of pheonix mall.
The food is awesome. If you are a chaat lover and a dessert aficionado, the place is a must visit. However, the seating is quite limited and there is no sufficient place to enjoy the delicacies. Better opt for a take-way and in case if you are eating there, find yourself a place to sit first. The ambience and staff is really warm and good. Overall, a good place to visit and savour delicious chaats and hard core Indian desserts. There are a lot of dry take away packaged items like chivda which you can buy.
