70yrs old restaurant, famous among locals for tasty breakfast items like kali dosa, idli wada, gulab jamun.
It is a very small place, difficult to find tables during rush hours.
One star less for not accepting digital payments and lack of hygiene.
Visited here after a good 20yrs. And it tasted the same. Loved it . Masala dosa is really yum
Masala dosa was a bit oily
Idli was soft
Vada was very crispy.
One of the most talked about restaurant in chitradurga and we had to try it out. It didnt dissapoint us though. The khali dose was very good(authentic davangere dose taste) and masala dose and vade was good. Coffee was decent. Overall worth one time visit if you are first time traveller to chitradur

Perfect place for a true south Indian breakfast experience. Little congested but it’s okay .
Have been to this place many times for breakfast, decent place which serves good breakfast. Dosa was good, Vada was crispy, sambhar was very good.
Can improve upon rest room and coffee was sort of ok.

Great food, restrooms not clean tough. Brilliant khaali dosa no doubt. We usually stop here for breakfast when driving this route. This time we tried Idli & Vada too and they were delicious as well.
Idli and dosa both are very tasty.. hotel is very clean and neat sitting space is less and parking is a main concern

Wow it’s a awesome breakfast point in Chitradurga. If you guys go on weekend and in first floor it’s crowded then please go to ground floor so it’s a self service and we get our food soon.. in 1st floor it will take more than half a hrs…
One of the old heritage must eat place in Chitradurga.. no one can do better Kaali dosa than LTR In Chitradurga. I always love this place from my childhood. Love everything on their menu. Would vote for Kharabath, Khali Dose and Masale Dose as their best and top three. I personally find it worth to go all the way from Bangalore just for breakfast and maybe to spend a Sunday
