Paati Amma is a pretty famous South-Indian outlet in Coimbatore. They are open only in the evening, and they offer wide variety of Roast and sevai. Have been a customer for their shop for the past few years, and the taste has always been consistent.
Highlight Dishes : Butter Egg Sevai, Mushroom Roast, Butter Appam, Tomato Sevai and Idli.
With the dish, they offer you three varieties of chutney and Sambar as well. The food is good and it's price worthy. Pricing is affordable and best outlet to have a dinner with your family/friends. Overall, Good spot for dinner. Must Try!
This is a very no nonsense place with basic seating & quick service that churns out delicious food. If you are visiting Coimbatore for the first time and are new to the street food here, this is an awesome place to get an idea of the dishes in this region. I loved the butter tomato Sevai, egg butter dosa, Egg appam. When i visited, the Sambhar was not that great but the chutneys more than made up for it. It was simply outstanding with all of them packing a spice punch. There's a lot of stuff on the menu i missed out but plan to try them in my next visit and get blown away again.

A great experience on my first ever visit to this place, though I've been through this place hundreds of times.
Had really delicious tomato butter sevai (rice noodles) & kal dosai. The varieties of chutneys were too good.
The prices were nominal and the service was superfast.
Love ❤️ to go there again.
Budget and homely tasty food. They have only idly, sevai, appam, dosa and parrotta. But with that they make variety. Ice-cream Beeda and kalaiyan soda is also available.
Always a best option to visit Patti Amma for a lot of varities for sevai and their butter Appam is literally to fall for.
My personal Favourite is Butter Onion sevai 😋 literally too good in taste and so buttery, and their trademark chutney.
Always crowded place during the evening, but plan accordingly if you are going for dinner.
Overall a must visit place in Coimbatore.
This tiffin stall was good and they are opened night till 11:30..
A decent home made food available up to 11pm with many south Indian dishes
Not old Patti ammas where I had food 7 years back.
One of small and decent eatery located in this Street. You can find lot of such eateries. The price is reasonable and the taste is also good. It's very crowded especially after movie completion time. Parking can be arranged in the road side. The service is also quick. Must try their garlic sevai and dosai.
A road side shop with outdoor seating. Many varieties of dosas are available here and almost all the items are very tasty and is always crowded due to the varieties and taste. Very famous one for more than 2 decades. Prices are reasonable. Vegetarian items with only egg available.
A very neat and clean South Indian homely food with very reasonable price. The service also very fast. You will get variety of dosas also.
