SuzAm's is one of the most homely places one can ever visit. Primarily a cafe, the hosts also run a very cozy bed and breakfast in the same building. We were two female travelers who spent three nights at their BnB and are extremely grateful for the warmth and hospitality we received from Suzannna, Abhishek, and their staff. Not once did we feel unsafe or uncomfortable at any point. The common area outside the room as well as the insides of the cafe are very gracefully decorated and one can just expect to spend a whole day here. DO TRY the chicken momo at the cafe, which are bite sized pieces of absolute juicy delight! I also fell in love with the hot chocolate with marshmallows, which is such an upgrade from anything in the name of hot chocolate one finds in Darjeeling! The food is so good here that we even gobbled up an entire plate of noodles in no time! And absolutely reasonable too! The cafe comes with an excellent view of the Himalayan range comprising of the Kanchendzonga above, and an equally beautiful view of the tea gardens below. SuzAm's may seem slightly out of town, but it is only a 15 INR shared taxi ride away from the main Bazar. If you're coming to ride on the famous Darjeeling ropeway, then it's right next door! I would highly recommend SuzAm's to all travelers, not just for the food and beverages, and most definitelyt the view, but also for the absolutely delightful conversations you can make with the hosts here!

This cafe has the best vibe!! It was a place where you can have a nice coffee by enjoying the mountain views. The food was also good. We ordered a korean spicy ramen, waffles, garlic noodles and cold coffee. All were good. Liked the korean ramen alot. This was one of my fav place in Darjeeling. It was just opposite to the Ropeway. They also have a rooftop openspace in the 3rd floor.

I was searching for a hillside cafe or restaurant where I can sit and have tea/coffee/food and enjoy the hill , clouds and valley view. I didn't want to go to the famous cafes in Darjeeling like Glenaries and Keventers which are generally crowded. I found SuzAm’s Cafe while I was visiting the Darjeeling Ropeway . This cafe is exactly opposite the ropeway stairs and on the main road. It has proper signboards. This is a cafe,Restaurant and a homestay . The top two floors are cafe/restaurant and the below floors are homestay . We sat on the top floor terrace to relish the mesmerizing view and enjoy the chilly Darjeeling weather. There is also a sitting area on the below floor , but we chose to sit on the open terrace. We ordered the chef's suggested favorites . Chicken chowmein , Pasta, Momo platter, and coffee . All the food items were very good. Properly made with adequate spices. None of them were overwhelming. They have a small handwash place. But they don't have a proper washroom. We had to go to -1 floor for the washroom and it was very dirty and stinky . They also allow smoking on both the floors. If you don't like smoking or cigarette smoke then you can request them not to smoke. Taking out a star from the review because of the washroom. They need to have a proper washroom. Please visit this cafe for the view and food .

If you are looking for a place to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee or tea with a stunning view of the mountains, look no further than SuzAm's Cafe n Kitchen. This cafe is located in a scenic spot that offers a panoramic view of the Kanchanjangha Mountains, one of the highest peaks in the world. You can sit back and relax on the comfortable chairs and sofas, and admire the beauty of nature while sipping your favorite drink. The cafe has a wide range of coffees and teas to suit your taste and mood, from espresso and cappuccino to green tea and herbal tea. They also have some snacks and desserts to go along with your beverage, such as sandwiches, cakes, cookies, and muffins. The wait staffs are very friendly, helpful and polite, always attentive to your needs and requests. They will greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome and valued. The cafe is cozy and clean, with a nice ambiance and music. The decor is simple but quirky, with some motivational quotes and plants adding to the charm. I had a wonderful time at SuzAm's Cafe n Kitchen, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great cafe experience in the mountains.

Visiting Suzam´s Cafe Kitchen and Stay had always been in my check lists visiting Darjeeling and i finally got a chance to experiencing it. I loved the space and how well the cafe is designed and crafted. The lights used makes you feel so joyful and happy. I simply loved and enjoyed the food and their cofee with amazing company of the owners. Abishek and Suzanna were so very humble and generous and the staffs had amazing hospitality. And i fell in love with the Handsome and the real owner of the Cafe Kit-Kat, miss seeing his handsome face. I didn't get an opportunity staying in there cosy cute room but will definitely stay the next time i visit Darjeeling. The location of the cafe and stay is perfect for people who want to experience Darjeeling town closely and its surrounding areas. Ahh i totally forgot to mention that they have a such an amazing rooftop from where you can enjoy the views of Darjelling and the Mighty Kanchenjunga and fall in love with the place all over again. I could spend my whole day and evening in such a beautifully curated rooftop. Thank you so much Abhishek and Suzanna for all the Good times. Wish you very best in all your endeavours. See you soon again in coming days. Godspeed and shine on.

I stayed at this place for 3days. Away from the hustle & bustle of the main city it is quite a peaceful place. One can see the cable car moving up and down from the windows. And the hosts Suzzana & Abhishek are also lovely people.

Well, what can I say about this stay and cafe. Words will fail me if I sit down to write about the surreal experience we had here. The food, the hospitality, the music, the coffee, the hot chocolate, the view, everything was out of this place. Never in my life have I experienced this much sadness in leaving a homestay or a hotel, and I have stayed in quite a few in my life. It is the little things that make staying here an experience of a lifetime. The beautiful lighting, the rooftop cafe, the bluetooth speaker they give you to listen to your own favourite songs while enjoying the view, the ambience of positivity, conversation, laughter, and relaxation, everything... And the icing on the cake - you can use the entire space when the cafe is closed and be in your own zone. Na, I can never stop raving about what Susanna has made out of a building. I now have a place in Darjeeling to keep coming back to. Thank you, Susanna, Rina, and Diya for everything. 💜❤️ I was extremely lucky to get a last minute booking. So make sure that you are booked well in advance before coming here.

A hidden gem, located nearby Darjeeling Ropeway. A cafe with decent food options. The menu is limited but full of quality. The people are courteous and friendly. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating with beautiful views. We ordered hibiscus tea, cheese corn pizza. The pizza was served steaming hot and tasted nice. The tea was balanced as well. The price range is very friendly considering the overall experience.
