We stayed there for 3 nights in two superior rooms and one classic room. The overall experience was good but the taste of the food was not as we expected and they over charged. This hotel is good for family vacation. The staff were kind and helpful. Food was above average but they can do better. Room service was slow. The rooms were so spacious and all the basic amenities were given.
Our overall stay was a great experience due to the courteous and professional behaviour of the staff. Service requests were promptly met, for which we were truly grateful. The location of the hotel is really great, only 5 minutes from the Mall and the taxi stands. Would love to visit there again.
Best hotel to riside in Darjeeling. Even though I was there for only 1 night, it was very pleasing experience. The food was also very good and the location was prime for Chaurasta, Mall road and Mahakal Mandir even though batase loop and tiger hill was bit far. I loved the experience here.

The rooms were spacious and we were given heated beds as well as heater.

Pros:
1.Mall is just a stone throw away. It shows 5mins on map but takes 2 mins via a shortcut
2. Managers and staffs are extremely helpful. We were upgraded to a higher category room at the same cost for better comfort.

Premium room with balcony had wonderful views of mountain,sunset and specially Kanchenjunga mountain.The hotel staff specially Pashang was very helpful and provide great service.Full marks to her for making the trip memorable.
Well my overall experience with them was just perfect. The location of the hotel was really good. Mall road from here was just a 5 minute walk.

We stayed in the Hotel from 3 July 2023 to 5 July 2023. Stay was good. Room was very neat and clean. Room service was very good. Best thing is the location as being on MallRoad you can enjoy anytime. Restaurant staff especially ladies need to be more friendly and welcoming and need to adopt service
Being one of the oldest hotels, there is bound to be creaking noises in the doors and windows of the old building, but the coziness of the place, and proximity to all the tourist spots are unmatched.
The annexe property has much smaller rooms, but has a great view of the town.

Hotel is very good hotel , we stayed for five nights four days , it is right in front of darjeeling mall road ,room service and food quality is very good and hotel staff is very good and they always respect everyone.
