Had Chicken Afghani, Veg Chowmein, Lung Fung Non Veg soup, Manchow Non Veg Soups and masala dosa. Good Chinese. Must be difficult for restaurant to serve Chinese, N and S Indian 1 roof. Next I will try North Indian and review.
We ordered chicken devil momos which was quite delightful, then we had butter naan and hyderabadi Chicken which was more than delicious, I liked the place for a sunday lunch kind of thing , decent place overall
The Veg Thali I ordered tonight was superb. Dal Makhani was too delicious, and the portions were decent. And the zomato offer was cherry on top that I got the order on a very reasonable price.
Food delivered (special thali and butter chicken) was above average, they delivered it within 25min. Order boy was very friendly and cooperative.
A very good restaurant. There every dish is delicious. I have tried many of there dishes. It is located in Pacific Hills. A beautiful place to hangout.

Well i have a lot to say about this place. It was my first time i have been here. And my first experience was not that good . M not sure whether i will visit this place again in future or not. Talking about the ambience i will give it 5 stars. It was just so good. Neat and clean very well decorated with good use of funky quote framed nicely.
But if we talk about the food. Then it was ok for me. 3/5 is what i will rate for food .
The prices are farely good.
The worst part is there service. I will rate it 2/5 . The service is so slow. Even being few orders placed. They take so much time to bring the food. I also didn't like the waiters out there. Being so cruel they dont clear out the things properly on asking specially in my case.
I ordered chicken changezi , special thali and chicken tikka.
While most of the menu is loaded with indian food what caught my fantasy was their continental chinese offerings with taste so perfectly balanced in Momos & Noodles. However their taste was little bit off for South Indian food I am still giving them 5 star for their super fast service.

Because it is really tough to find fine food in hills, we stopped the car and had some good food in here. They cook pretty good pasta, panini isnβt that appealing but still pretty good food.
Seating outside give you green glimps of surrounding on the commercial road.

The interiors have been done with bright colours, framed posters and some antique telephone atop London-like Red Telephone Booths on the wall.

This is one of their most significant pros! The staff is very polite and helpful.

Lemon ice tea- Made fresh with balanced flavours.
Chicken Devil Momos- They were very average with huge room improvement. They seemed dipped in the (rather delicious) gravy, with absolutely no gravy around to add more taste.
Chicken Cheese Momos- Made on request ! But a little more cheese and some flavours to the filling could have impoved them tenfold!
Panner Butter Masala- The name of the food show that the panner is floating with butter and it is so delicious to have it. Proper punjabi style and the masala is filled with different spices.
9downtown has always been one of my favorites. They cook their meals to perfection and every bite is worth spending money on.

The cafe has both Punjabi and Chinese food. I tried out chinese which turned out to be actually good. Do try tandoori and devil momos, both were delicious.
The place is small with both inside and outside sitting area. It's feel far more better here at night time as it's on the ground floor (or basement from the street level) the view isn't much to see. The service that's what amazed me it was like a flash for me it was so quick, the stuff was well and I appreciate it, what comes next is the food. The food tastes great ordered devil momos(veg and non-veg), tandoori momos, schezwan noodles, honey chilly potatoes,spring rolls and tea. The momos and noodles were delicious and tea was fine but couldn't say the same for spring rolls. It had the right crunch but lacked its taste. Else everything was great. You can visit here for taking a bite or two. βοΈ

He served a flower Mojito which is specially found in the garwhal region. I exactly donot remember the name of the flower but one should try this if you are in dehradun.
We ordered kadhai paneer and roti. Paneer was usual in taste and roti was like "ghar ki roti".
The staff was guiding us about their best dishes and they even served us well. Nice place with decent staff.

Excellent food , specially tandoori Momo's and devil Momo's . Ambiance also mind blowing and the rates are also quite affordable. Suggestion to just improve a bit on fresh lime soda. Otherwise all other beverage which we tried was excellent. Overall a must visit place.

We were on a snacking spree that particular day when we decided to taste as much as we can from different cafes at Pacific Hills. We ordered Afgani veg momos and tandoori chicken momos, both were pretty good. I will definitely recommend it and will go back to try other items.

The thali had enough quantity to serve 2 people and the quality of food was excellent especially daal makhani and shahi panner .
The momos were ok but the chutney they served was extremely spicy which helped us to enjoy the momos, in fact it was just the chutney that made the momos worth .
The menu is not updated on zomato, hence, I have added the menu in the photos .
Best Food with Good Quality of Food. Cost in comparison with Quality is Negligible. My family and me Loved the food that we eat and wants to thanks for helping nature of Staff.

Made fresh with well balanced flavours! No more "powder wali iced tea" for me!
- Chilli Chicken (Dry)
Made well, but I wish it was a little more flavourful and saucy. Chilli Chicken is made either tender or crunchy, and this preparation seemed confused about what it wanted to be.
- Chicken Devil Momos
They were very average with huge room for improvement. They seemed dipped in the (rather delicious) gravy, with absolutely no gravy around to add more taste. Also, the chicken was a little bland - this wasn't bad, but so many restaurants have made their momo preparations exceptional with a little flavour to the filling that it's become a standard expectation.
- Chicken Cheese Momos
Made on request ! But a little more cheese and some flavour to the filling could have improved them tenfold !
Also, I felt the portions were slightly on the lesser side (check pictures for reference).
Conclusion :
9 Downtown is a good option for a meal, with lots of space and decent food.
Pro-tip: Don't be shy to ask for something off the menu - they might just make it !

Nice interior, beautiful wall art and amazing hospitality. The names of the dishes are pretty intriguing and confusing at the same time so would suggest to ask before ordering what exactly it is. Beside that, the food is a bit chilly but makes one taste a nice blend of flavours. I'm looking forward to go there more often and see some more of new dishes in the menu.
Located at Pacific hills, good place to have Chinese and Indian cuisine. Food is tasty. Momos are great. Parking available though lot of people who dont come to the eateries at Pacific hills have started using the parking in front of it making the place crowded.
Offers Veg & Non veg options! Food was good, outdoor and indoor seating is available. Although space is very small. Had best GLT here. Mutton rogan josh was delicious, but unfortunately was not properly cooked.

Lemon corriander soup is good - you can get the amount of lemon π customize to avoid excess lemon. chicken in non-veg soup is added well. The tomato soup was also good.
In summers you can side outside as well.
If you are out for a drive π near malsi road, this is a good stop for a small break.
