Cafe Edina aka A Place Called Edina is located near Sai Mandir on Rajpur road.
It's a quaint and cosy cafe with cute and pleasant ambiance. It's a must visit cafe for readers. They have an amazing collection of books, so that you can read the book of your choice. The taste and quality of food was up to mark. Staff and service was excellent.
The place is so aesthetic and I really loved the pleasant and peaceful vibe there. I will recommend you guys to visit them atleast once.
It was a pleasant surprise to visit this small and cozy cafe with some real good interiors and ambience. The food is also really nice!
Chicken burger- very nice crispy and juicy
Pink sauce spaghetti- right mix of pink and red sauce and was really saucy just the way we like
Kiwi mojito- was very refreshing
Barbeque Cheese balls - was so spicy and nice
The only thing that they lack is proper management and take a lot of time!
Cafe Edina has my heart. This place is a must visit if you're a book lover. Whole ambience revolves around books and it has soothing vibes to it. They've a study table where you can read your favourite book and they've a nice collection of books.
I tried their Kiwi Delight, KitKat shake and mango shake. The shakes were really thick and had fresh fruit pulp in it and I really enjoyed it since I'm not a concentrate shake fan.
In starters I tried their loaded nachos which lived upto its name as it was loaded with cheese and toppings. Do try their sweet chilly crispy vegetables they were really good with the right amount of crunch and flavours coming from sauce.
Main course was too good. We tried their cottage cheese steak with creamy sauce and the cottage cheese was grilled to perfection along with creamy mashed potatoes and veggies.
Food is a 11 on 10 and the soothing ambience accompanying it will leave you happy. Do visit them once.
Pink sauce pasta, Oreo treat and fresh veggie pizza was what we ordered and it was really value for money food. The taste was amazing and I would definitely order pink sauce pasta every time I am here. I am a traveller coming from Delhi and I guess my partner is also reviewing the place I guess. so impatient he is that he couldnβt even wait till we reach back to our hotel but neither am I :-p Delicious food with good ambience overall great experience .

But when i visited this place, i was enticed into trying the exotic dine outs in DEHRADUN. This is one of it's kind, where food is not only different, but also full of ART. The way delicacies were playfully designed and placed over the abstract colored plates, and the way they were being tossed around on the table, while the waiter tried making space for more and more food; it only made me happier and my expressions brighter. We tried a couple of things out there in this cafe, they serve vegetarian as well as non vegetarian food, I'm posting a couple of things at the cafΓ© and you can see in the pictures how tempting the food looks, the food is not only a treat to the eyes but also satisfies your hunger and tastes delicious.
In beverages we had kitkat crunch and kiwi delight, wow both shakes are so thick and creamy with good presentation.
In food we had BBQ cheeses balls, Caesar salad, loaded nachos ETc. Everything was so perfect and rich in taste as well...
In simple terms you can say the food was a 10 on 10.

Ambience - 4/5. The Place can easily get unnoticed because of its location. But when you get closer then you will realise how much effort they have put to make the place pretty from outside. I admit that the cafe is a bit small compared to other ones in town but it has every element of a high end cafe. The aesthetics of the place is something I did like. The attention to detail, decorative pieces and use of books as table lamps. Look closely and you will find that books are used everywhere, not only the bookshelf but also on the ceiling light.The furnishing include couple of tables and a couch. βββββββββββββββββ β Food - 4.5/5. I'm going to be straight with you and tell that their food is really good. The presentation was top notch, they did struggle with service but that's OK. I had a lot of stuff there and I'm probably going to post the dishes here and in stories. They don't have north indian main-course right now. Regardless of that, these are the few things from each category that I recommend you guys eat.

A place called Edina a name so intriguing a cafe so unconventional, its nice to discover a place that's not like any other generic cafe. But its all for nothing if food is not good but thank god that wasnt the case.. we ordered grilled fish in lemon butter sauce and chicken supreme burger .the fish melted right in our mouth and the burger was decent. Can I just say this is one of the most unique and cutest name I've seen for any cafe in Dehradun or elsewhere too. It was just so intriguing to not have come here, the moment I entered it had that bookworm vibe to it.
And interiors were very subtle and minimalistic not your cliched typical luminous light bulb cafe. You gotta give into the unique book lamps they give such a poetic aura.
The food was in symphony with interiors of the place be it taste or portion size. If you wanna find a quite corner where you can peacefully read a book or write something up which doesn't look like your cliched cafe. This is the place to be.

This was my second visit and I was yet again delighted by the staff and the food. The menu has become extensive now and offers a large selection of foods to chose from.
