Normally, I don't enjoy chai sutta bars, but today, to my surprise, I had an adrak chai and it was a great cup of chai.
Good ambiance, good snacks category available there and tea types.
Located near the main road and easily approachable
Seating arrangements are very good
Self service available and snacks are yummy

This outlet "chai sutta bar jakhan" is one of the most reputeted outlet comparetivly other outlets in dehradun..
They are serving high quality food and all products,

I cant forget the ambience which I felt there. An amateur band of 5 or 6 men was singing(with music) there which made me extremely happy.
This chai sutta bar is better in terms of ambiance than other ones i.e. clocktower or rajendra nagar as its surrounded by trees. Sitting space is enough, smoking space is on outside. Chai's and snacks are good as any ther branch.
Very cheap and cost effective. They dont offer sutta as the name suggests! Variety of snacks and beverages are available. Its newly opened and very famous among college crowd. Do try their Rose Tea ome of my favourite.
Bun maska is also good. Sandwiches are average. Service is fast.

Staff is quite Nice and Friendly. Both of the Owners are very kind and generous.
Ambience is Quite creative and full of hand made arts plus you can visit it with you friends and family.
Pocket friendly snack point near mussorie diversion.. Good variety of tea. We tried masala chai, cold coffee with ice cream, csb pizza and white sauce. All were tasty. Parking a car can be an issue during rush hours.
CSB ππππππ‘ is a must for tea lovers. This is a place where I get relief after doing daily chores. Yes, the tea burst out the stress, & CSB serves the best Tea & food. The staff, interior, music, all the things are amazing. If you like tea and snacks, then this is a place you must visit.

It's the best place i have found till date. I made friends there who are soft by nature and talk nicely. Service is far better here than any other restaurant. The best part is you can have a great time here and make your self relax. I give my advice if you visit once you will be coming here everytim

The place is in Jakhan.. Opposite to hotel radiance ... it is visible from heavy traffic also... they have parking facility too ππ β

They have indoor as well as outdoor seating arrangement, which is very beautiful, subtle and serene. β€οΈβ€
Though I'm not a tea lover but after having a sip of tea, I must say chai ho to CSB jakhan ki ho warna na ho.ππππ
And if you want quench your hunger it is the right place. Recommended to all.

Iβve tried Pan chai, Kesar chai, Chocolate chai & Rose chai. All were good.
Great place to hangout with perfect vibes and songs. At night before the shop closes a group comes and sing songs. I'm not sure if it happens everyday but mostly when I visited at night they just sing very good.

Great vibes and prices are less as compared to other chai sutta bar franchise ( although being a franchise rates are supposed to be the same in an area ) but here the prices are near as compare

And most importantly, the owner is very polite and helpful.
The different flavours of chai are the attraction and overall a good place for budget snacks. The housekeeping needs improvement
