A very unique ambience to experience at this place. Has a so called desi live music. Really loved the interiors and the seating which gives a pure punjabi touch.

This place is good and you can enjoy here food as well as culture of punjab. This is only veg dhaba and you can feel fresh here. Live music of Gurdas Maan always plays here.

Loved this dhaba! We stopped here in the middle of the night, and yet the atmosphere was lively and safe. The dhaba has lovely seating with normal chairs and tables, but also khatiyas and jhoolas.
Serving staff was prompt and nice, and food was amazing. We had lovely hot tandoori rotis, paneer kadhai and dal makhani.
The dhaba is open 24×7.
Food was good late at night. You can also find multiple options in goods and music was awesome.. ambience was also attractive they added multiple actors photos and quote decoration was good.
The food is good, ambience is also good, had been there on weekend and the Dhabha was almost occupied at even 1 am as it is Chandigarh Ambala highway. The seating on the Manja/Charpai was one of a experience sitting cross legged having dinner.
The place was amazing. It's decorated and has lots of stuff to look at.

It's a pure veg dhaba.
We ordered aloo and onion paratha (mix paratha) (₹60 for one paratha)
They served with a wonderfully generous chunk of butter and the taste was amazing. The best paratha I've personally ever had.
We then ordered the Rasmalai. (₹50 per piece)
This was the best Rasmalai ever. It was big and had all the flavors in perfect proposition.
The place is open for 24 hours, however you would not get food (thali, roti, lunch etc) until 12 pm.
The service is great here. Quick and efficient.
You can get quite a few options for parathas for a filling breakfast. A great meal to start your day.

Good taste really nice. I have tried there main course also but didn't liked it. But allu pranth and other pranthas just amazed me with authentic taste. Must try once.

Have taken Tea and paneer parata with Dahi in breakfast and in lunch we had dinner we had Taken lassi , mix veg and paneer with tandoori roti and Rice.
It’s so old property,but as per the time taste is change may be cook changed, but for quick bite you can stop here ,sandwich n tea is a good option , else you can try all you can
A nice place to have your food. I would suggest visiting this place in the evening. As per my observation the food was undoubtedly tasty.

Sethi Dhaba is located in Dera Bassi and its bang on the highway that connects Ambala & Chandigarh. Its a vegetarian restaurant & famous for its stuffed paranthas & "Makhkhan" - White Butter. We have been here multiple times & love the paranthas here. The paranthas are pretty decent in their size & one is sufficient ro satiate your hunger. The Dhaba has spacious outdoor & indoor seating area. For the more enterprising one's, they have put Charpayi or the Manji (as they refer it as in Punjab) where you can take the feel of our beautiful Punjab village culture. Spacious Parking area available here as well.
The stuff that we tried here are mentioned below :-
- Aloo Parantha : Adequate stuffing & nice flavour. It was a Tandoori Parantha & we had requested to make it crisp & they obliged us with the same. Served with a huge knob of "Makhkhan". They also provide two pickles alongwith it. Tasty indeed.
- Gobhi Parantha : Equally good stuffing & flavour. Nicely diced gobhi together with onions & green chillies. Delicious.
- Paneer Parantha : Huge stuffing of Paneer there. Pretty heavy on the stomach.
- Makhkhan : You can have this as much as you want. It tastes fresh & pure. You would love it.
- Tea : This was a pure winner. I am not a tea lover, however, I relished the tea here. Its just perfect. The prolonged heating of tea gives it a very peculiar flavour which will make you crave for more.
All in all, a pretty pleasing experience here. We came to know that they serve paranthas here day & night. They also serve Tawa Paranthas as well, which are equally good. A must try place. Hope the review helps.

On the way from Chandigarh to Delhi. You can have typical North Indian Dhaba. All the menu North Indian style. Good decorated. Food quality also very good.
Greta place to visit and eating. Atmosphere is very energetic.
Will go again if plan for a trip there.
