The resort is nice with all the facilities. Good option for a family staycation near Bangalore. Property is huge & near the airport, you can see numerous flights landing on the runway not very far from the property.
Food is fine & Staff are nice and courteous. Pool is big & very clean with a lot of indoor-outdoor activities to keep u busy.
Good place for a relaxing outing. The way to the resort has changed a lot during last few years. Earlier it was through a village with the broken roads and now it's smooth movement once you take turn near Signal on the airport road. They have renovated the whole place. Good decor, games, food and swimming pool. There are a few water rides as well which were not functional when we went there. It was a weekday. I am sure weekend would be fun. Overall a good place to break weekday job life and recharge yourself.
I went for a wedding here. The rooms were very cosy and very apt for leisure stay. The campus is spread over a big area and you need to depend on the buggies for moving from place to place.
As I went for a wedding where the catering was not part of the resort, i have no comments to offer on the service levels.
The location is convenient for people who fly in and out of Bangalore. If you are from Bangalore City and need to attend a function, it could be very tiring.
For holidaying with a large group, company conferences and for group functions it will be a great destination.
For other guests, I strongly opine that you would have much better options available closer to the airport or in the city depending on your business and personal needs.
If you are a solo guest or a small family vacationing here, you may get bored after some time.
Clarks was a great place to have a restful vacation with family as well as a reunion with friends.The rooms were clean and comfortable.The amenities including Gymnasium,Table tennis,Badminton courts and swimming pool were really well maintained and good.The food served at Ambrosia as well as at Sunflower was tasty and delicious. The only downside was that some areas in the resort was out of bounds for the hotel guests.This was a bit inconvenient as i am a morning walker.Overall a great place to stay in Bengaluru and also due to its close proximity to the airport.Must recommend place to stay when in Namma Bengaluru.
Most amazing place. Got a lot of help from Shraboni, received amazing service from her.... The room was really clean, The food was amazing. The buffet is excellent with a great variety. My stay has been fantastic so far.......
Off the airport road. Nice wide boulevards. Beautiful locale. But far from city. Inadequate hotels nearby for large conferences. Food was good.
Lovely resort, spacious and well designed.. The restaurant, Ambrosia is good, and the food is very tasty. We were celebrating our college reunion there. Rooms were nicely done and maintained well.. The banquet halls are good too..overall a beautiful place...

We 6 families (12 adults) stayed in the Clarks Exotica between 24th Nov-23 (2 pm) to 26th Nov -23 ( 11 am)
Pros - Rooms are very good and location around the resort also nice though you won't get the feeling of real resort ambience. Breakfast is very tasty
Cons : People did not maintain the upkeeping of rooms before check in properly. For e.g in my room 711 , handshower was not working properly at the time of taking bath. Water was not just spilled out around circumference. It was replaced only after I made the complaint. Most of channels in the TV was not coming.
Food - Very mediocre food for Lunch and Dinner.at Amborose restaurant as it was part of our package. Rotis were just cold and not served at the table. We paid Rs.15.5k per night for per couple for all inclusive of BF,, Lunch, Dinner and evening Tea/Coffee with the cookies. Certainly, food is not worth for that money . Certainly required lot of improvement in the food quality. Ofcourse, breakfast was very good
Swimming pool - Friday evening (24th Nov) pool was not at all having any crowd. We had a good time . But to our dismay, Saturday (25th Nov) it was flooded with heavy crowd as we came to know that they allowed certain family day outing for some company which literally kllled our privacy despite being residents for two nights
Went for a day outing yesterday with my family.
It's a clean, well managed Resort with good food and indoor/outdoor sports facilities.
Ms. Shruthi and team provided a good service in their restaurant - Ambrosia.
Recommend Clarks Exotica Resort for family outing.

I went for a two night stay at this property
Pro's
1) Very friendly staff .
2) They have crib (baby cot) facility if you are staying with the baby .
3) Very big property to roam
4) Activities (swimming pool with slides , table tennis, big volleyball court ,squash,kids indoor/outdoor play area)
5) Food at ambrosia resturant is good.
6) There was a attender to lookafter the kids in the indoor play area , she will play with the kids and feed them snacks so that it will give some free time to parents.
7) very prompt in room dining service .
8) Nice big rooms.
Con's
1) The price of food (al-carte) is on the costlier side and the portion size is very small. I took a dal tadka(200gm) for 475 Rs and two phulka's for 140 rs ,excluding taxes.
2) Very high rate for extra bed . They told me 2000 Rs/day for an extra bed after discount
3) The property lies in the path on which aeroplanes descend to t land in the airport so every 5 minutes you can hear the aeroplanes jet engines.
4) Some of the activites are charged like we need to give 200 Rs/hour to use the cycle and to play fuzzball or pool table we need to give 400Rs
The rooms and the property was super. I believe the service could have been improved here. Sometimes we had to call the helpline multiple times for simple requirements. The additional services that we had paid for was provided only after follow-ups.
Went for a team outing.. Lot of indore and outdoor games available.. (Squash, TT, badminton, basketball, lawn Tennis, cricket, volleyball etc)
Breakfast was great. Lunch was so so..

Fabulous location and environment. Upmarket and American feel all around. Looks like a resort cum residences cum hotel units cum confer nce rooms. Understood my confusion
Takes a while to understand the layout. Cannot figure out which is a hotel or a conference room or hotel unit .. first of all figuring out a parking lot is a big thing.
As we parked ..we reached the confernce rooms which are kind of okay. We were a group of 60. Rooms which we used were kind of okay for 35 members.
Food was awesome . Every item from soup to dessert and everything in between was wonderful. Kudos to the Chef.
Stay was in a hotel unit which is average. Simple rooms and that's about it. Toiletries were a notch above ! Good choice.
Evening walk was peaceful and rejuvenating. Environment is cool. Large houses and wonder what is the occupancy as could not see any KID using any of the amenities. Nobody lives here may be just for weekends ??
Overall a reasonable experience..10 marks for food
One of the best resorts in Bangalore. Happened to stay twice and every experience has been better than the previous one. From faster check in to quick hospitality everything has been as per expectation.
Clarks resort holds its reputation high.

Also a special call out to the Housekeeping who has been on toes to make this stay more comfortable.
Staff was hospitable.
The rooms were clean as well.
However, I feel, it is located at a place where Uber service is not available. As a result, we can’t go out late evening and expect a cab ride back to the hotel.
Overall, the stay was good though.
Very nice property for a weekend getaway or an office off-site. The pics in brochure doesn't justify the quality of place. The banquet is very spacious. The campus is very beautiful and still very close to Bangalore. It's oppo to the airport.
My Family went outing here during day time on a weekend. The place is huge and so beautiful with good restaurants and spa. The buffet was great with wide variety of both veg and non veg options. The pool side was very relaxing with seating arrangements under the seat. Pool side also has water slides which looked fun. There is also indoor games like badminton, table tennis and also stuff for kids. It's a great place for a day outing and more if you'd like to explore more.
