Ordered a butterscotch cake today. Cake was very fresh...very moist..as it should be. The cream was light and fluffy. A lot of places make the cream too sugary sweet and dense. But this one was just right. The butterscotch flavour tasted real good, with the cake layer loaded with sugar crystals. Cake decoration could perhaps have been better. It wasn't the same as what I saw in the pictures here. The one shown in the display case here looks different from the one that was delivered. All the same, we loved the cake.
